Went into the store and was looking at some halloween decorations. there was a pumpkin that i was interested in and it said try me. so, i tried it. a rude associate came over and turned it off as we were standing there. most people like to try things before they buy it. THEN when i was checking out, the cashier was also rude. told them to have a good night with zero response back - which was expected since they said nothing to us besides our total during the entire transaction.

Don't get me wrong I love TJMaxx for their great deals but when I go to check out and get asked 3 different times about donating and then asked to fill out an app for a card THEN told about how much Ill save by getting a card and each time saying no it is ANNOYING and embarrassing. That should be asked on the terminal one time. Not to mention my cashier was loud as all hell. Stop it TJ Maxx!!!

I love this store as I find good clothing for my children here at a low cost. Staff could be friendlier but it’s not an issue.

I’m not going to stand here and blame this completely on the staff, because a lot of it is also the customers. They are the ones leaving the bathroom this nasty, but the staff are also doing nothing about it… I get not wanting to sit on the toilet or touch anything, because you’re scared of what might be in it, but you don’t need to resort to turning this place into a freaking pigsty. Also, if someone actually took the time to clean these bathrooms, at least twice per day, that wouldn’t happen… Imagine being in my situation, where you had to run to the bathroom, and this is what it looks like… On the outside? The store looks great. Until you go to the restroom… Like, seriously. What even is this? I typically don’t waste my time writing negative reviews, unless something REALLY bothers me, and baby… This bathroom takes the cake, because this has been a FOREVER problem. You’d think I’d coke back here after a year and they would have worked in this problem, but no. Corporate, were you at friend? Please create a position that pays well JUST for these bathrooms, because it MATTERS.

Was in this store today and majority of closed were stained. The shoes, not clearance were worn, bottoms dirty or sneakers dirty. Informed at register that they don't discount clothing or shoes if dirty or stained. If items that say dry clean, they will give a percentage off. I haven't been to a TJ Max like this before! I would say it's giving over priced thrift store vibes, but at least the items at thrift are cleaned before selling. I would go over and shop at the Quakertown or any other location.

I don't like the fact that you even know I was there. I was not happy at all with the store. This was my second time in the store to try and spend a gift card I received. I managed to find a tshirt and that's it. I thought maybe flip flops or sandals. Your selection of those is bad. I could not for the life of me find anything else that I would want to spend the remaining $37.01 that is left on this gift card.

Nice store staff seems nice. Store was clean some deals here if you look around. Pretty good stock for kids cloths.

I don't know when this opened fir business, but looks new. It's so clean and extremely well organized and maintained great. Fitting rooms were very nice too. Staff were very polite and friendly. I really loved this TJ Max. This is smaller size TJ max. Selection was good, but not great (meaning there were not much variety of clothes which I liked or not in my size). 5 stars for the spotless store and to the staff

Good variety of merchandise. It's a store that you have to just find a good value in your size or color. I always find pretty gift bags at a good price.

The nicest TJ I have ever been to. Went there on 11/8 and Bonnie helped me with the jewelry in the case, I bought the most beautiful sterling silver and turquoise ring on clearance for $16 when clearly this ring goes for $75. Bonnie was so professional and sweet. She is awesome. This store has inventory stocked so well and the store is organized and clean.

Ug. Woman at jewelry counter treated me like I had the plague today. I was unmasked but fully Vaxxed. She made it obvious she thought I needed a mask and had a great dramatic show moving her plexi shield around me and spraying everything I touched right there in front of me. Won’t be back there to shop for a while for sure.

Large collection of different styles with all sizes available. Name brands for the low. True Religion, Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hil. Guess , Timberline, etc I walked in and everything is now in style and I want one of everything they had. I purchased everything from clothing to work out go to bed and office meeting. I purchased fabulous bowels to eat my ice cream. Very satisfied with everything. Returns check. You don’t have long but if you go before it’s time they return no questions. I didn’t purchase the luggage. Purchased the book. I was looking for a gift for someone special. Ever since I know him (Hubby) we have this on going thing for flamingos 🦩. Or as in the movie pelicans. Can you guess what movie? For the past year I eat a bowel of ice cream before bed. I gave up all other bad habits but still have ice cream. Turkey Hill Party Cake. There’s been night where he ran out at 2 am because we where all out of ice cream. I am blessed!
