The dirtiest restaurant I have ever been in. Go look for yourself. All around the baseboards , grease /filth, look at the light switch when you come in the restaurant, black with dirt. Dead fruit flies on the wall, even the glass by resister looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. Look up at the air intakes … black with dirt. It was the most disgusting place I have ever been in…. Go in there, you will turn around and leave .hopefully this review will get the owners to clean more than every few months.

I order delivery and this is what I got the wrong sandwich and old orange juice “freshly squeezed “ what a lie smh !!!!!! , And they had the nerve to not even give me a refund. Lady over the phone was very rude and didn’t care to hear my complaint. Never ordering from here again !!!!!

Dont waste your money- the $6.99 breakfast sandwich was small and cold and lacked flavor- the $2.39 side of "hash browns" is just one piece- the same as you would get at McDonald's. Very disappointing.

My mom is from NY/NJ and really craved a bagel sandwich and she trusted Manhattan Bagel's brand. Although the two staff members seemed friendly, they also appeared to be slightly overwhelmed (perhaps with online orders) even though I was one of 3 customers on the store. The store clearly needs a good cleaning, and there was hardly any cream cheese on the bagel I requested for myself. Mom's was "just okay". Sorry, but next time, I'll rather drive to Trexlertown for clean and quality.

This location must need employees. The bagels were stale. What is worse than a stale bagel? A stale bagle being made in a flithy restaurant. The man and lady were extremely nice and patient.

Stopped in for a Lox bagel. It was ok nothing spectacular about it. Would have liked more Lox and less cream cheese. The place could use some renovating and cleaning. The employees all had masks on but they were on their chin, what's the point of that?

The place is disgusting. Coffee is colored hot water. The place hasn't been cleaned since 93. Never going back.

This place is great and the service is good and the timing for placing the food is amazing people is very friendly and kindly to help you what you want to saterfied your needs.

Ordered, waited 3 hours for one bagel sandwich. Was delivered within 2 hours, they forgot 3 of my sandwiches. Then when I got my food an hour later it was a freaking joke. It was NOT a 6 dollar bagel sandwich at all. Change that name it’s an embarrassment 💀

I ordered lox, cream cheese, capers,onions and tomatoes, got home open the sandwich it had a ton of cream cheese, a sliver of lox , 2 little pieces of onions no tomatoes, I called the store to complain and all I got was excuses. I will never go there again

Staff was friendly enough, but my bagel sandwich was disgusting. I've had store brand bagels that tasted better. Bagel was stale and dense and dry. I recommend going elsewhere for your breakfast.

Place is filthy! Order not correct, supposed to be hulled out bagel, wasn’t, avocado was brown. Never again! I have pictures but not able to post apparently.

The job I work for gets bagels once a week... The catering order we receive from them weekly is not good quality. It really seems like they send the stock that hasn't sold. They are deformed and cut wrong. Also the variety is rye bagles, plain, and pumpernickel. That is your choice pretty bazar picks. 2 STARS for the cream cheese though

Why is this place so dirty. The bagels are in a filthy area with dirty glass, dirty floor, dirty drink area, everything. It looks like it has never been cleaned.

Ordered OJ with calcium and they called me letting me know they didn't have it and asked if i wanted without pulp. That's good customer service.

The bagel selection is expansive and the taste is beyond just good. Really feels like a bagel being done in Manhattan (I’m from NYC). The staff is so nice, welcoming, and warm. I’ve only been twice and they are very attentive. It is my new go to spot for breakfast/brunch/lunch.

Just had ordered from here, and omg i am in love a Real Steak, egg and cheese bagel. Will definitely going back

The delivery was right on time. Very Pleasant delivery person. The food was well wrapped and warm. My only complaint is that I received macaroni salad instead of Cole slaw for my pastrami Sandwich . I was looking forward to putting the claw on my sandwich. Thank you

Got the Nova lox bagel, asked no onions... Instead got a bunch of onions and basically no capers. Not very good, pretty disappointed since I've heard a lot of good things.

I ordered a cheese steak from here and it was a joke. Literally all bread a thin peice of meat a few onions few small peppers and cheese. I have never in my whole entire life seen a cheese steak that's as thin and small as a McDonald's burger . Complete disappointment. Worst I've ever seen or tasted

First time trying this establishment - Placed on online order for curbside pick up of 3 bagels and one ice tea. 1. No curbside pick up had to go in and it was sitting there 2. Ordered 2 everything one with plain cc toasted and the other with green onion not toasted - 1 whole wheat with plain cc toasted - well green onion was toasted and burnt the other two were not toasted and whole wheat was not given so plain was given 3. Amount of cc received versus what was paid for was unacceptable as there was a very sheen spread of cc on them. Wish I could reverse the tip that was given when I placed order. They just did not seem to care even with the wrapping and labeling. Will not return here again.

How is this an everything bagel? There’s nothing on it.
