I have had my ears pierced twice here now and I would never go any where else for a piercing. The girls are lovely, comfortable environment and spotless. Laura who does the piercings is wonderful. She is kind and patient with you. She will answer any question you have, will give you the time you need until you are ready. She is very caring towards your needs. Need to lay down, you can, need some water she will get it for you, need some air she will put a fan on for you. And she is great to have a conversation with and a laugh. Highly recommend.

Fantastic tattooist! Jo is really a one of a kind and works hard to ensure that you leave happy! She is dedicated to her work and I’ve had many awesome tattoos done by her, which I’m frequently complimented on. Lots of places to park in the area and the studio is clean and friendly with a comforting and professional ambience. Highly recommend x

I went to a different studio to get my nose Peirced which was very badly done and I was given bad advice, I went to this studio to get some advice as I felt I was misinformed and the girls there couldn't be more reasuring and corrected to peircing for me and made me feel so comfortable, I can't thank them enough. In future I know to not go anywhere else but here ! Would 100% recommend!

This gem of a tattoo and piercing parlour comes with artists of the highest standards, whether you want tattoos or piercings. To explain the experience would be a home from home environment. You are greeted by a lovely receptionist whom is polite and kind. She makes you feel instantly at ease and will ensure that all your questions are answered. The tattoo studio is spotlessly clean which I expect from a caring team. The tattooists talk through your ideas with you and they ensure they never copy designs. During tattoos or piercings you get brilliant music playing which you cannot escape from tapping along to and you get brilliant conversations yet your tattoo lines or piercings are perfect! Considering there are needles involved, the whole experience is wonderful and relaxed. I would not recommend any tattoo studio in such high regards.

Got multiple tattoos from Scarlet Shades during their walk in days and booked appointments. Love the walk in days as they’re so fun and creative with designs and ideas. I go to Lauren everytime and she is the loveliest ever. Very clean neat work, gentle and really puts her all into the tattoos. All the staff are lovely to speak to and I always leave happy.

I first discovered Laura a few weeks ago when I’d stupidly had my double helix pierced at Claire’s and my ear had drastically swollen up. Laura without hesitation changed both to the correct bar and they are now healing perfect. I went back for my tragus today and it went smoothly. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for any piercings and would recommend to everyone. They are all professional and welcoming. Sell a good range of body jewellery as well. Thank you again for helping my ear journey(drama)

Took my daughter to get her ears done they where so good with her and she was in and out in no time.

Friendly, polite and welcoming staff. Laura pierced my 16 year old daughter's belly button and put my daughter at ease as this was her first body piercing after having her ears pierced. The shop is very clean, tidy and the decor is fantastic. I would recommend it to anyone who would want to have a piercing or have a tattoo done.

Jo did a fantastic job of capturing my dog (Millie) so much detail in such a small tattoo. Jo was very friendly, and made me feel welcome. If I was to get another tattoo I would be going back here.

Disappointed with my medusa/philtrum piercing. I had to remove it after a couple of weeks as the bar was scraping against my gums every time I smiled. This happened with the large bar I got it pierced with and the smaller bar. Plus the gem was not sitting flat on the lip - the outside was sitting higher than the inside. I went to another piercer and they confirmed it was pierced wonky and advised to remove it and get it re-pierced in a couple of months. I was really disappointed as I had read good reviews about this place. Unfortunately I do not live in the area so I couldn't go back to discuss it with the piercer. I would not recommend getting this type of piercing at this place.
