First time visitor to the salon. I'd booked a spray tan, as this is the only local salon that now do them from the research I'd done on Google. First impression of the salon was clean & tidy. Staff were very kind and calming, especially has I was nervous. Before the tan the lady asked what outcome I wanted and we agreed on a colour etc. (Didn't have the spray tan that I could sleep in and develop but had one that I could shower within a few hours - happy with this) Appointment went as planned No rush to get out of the salon which was calming Overcare given verbally but also sent sent to my mobile within an hour of the appointment which was really helpful. Had a shower with the 3/4hrs as recommended and so far pleased with the outcome. Next spray tan already booked

The vanity case is a great beauty studio. Exceptionally clean and the staff are friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend the hot stone massage and facial. It was so relaxing and Cara was lovely. A great experience. Going back again in a few weeks which is recommendation in itself! Thanks 😊

Eyebrow Shape and Eyebrow Tint with Karen . Second visit and was made to feel so welcome again and this time all my fears and nerves had totally disappeared. I cannot believe at 50 something years of age i finally have eyebrows they look fantastic - so a big thank you to Karen. Also have been trying the facial skin care samples, WOW!! need to order a supply when i am in next month as skin looks and feels fab, so again thank you for the recommendation. Lovely welcome and very pleasant young lady called Lisa shaped my eyebrows with patience and care, it was certainly a lovely experience and one I will be booking again x I also have my brow Tint and lash extensions booked! I had a pedicure done by Karen today ! On a cold wet morning it was pleasure to walk inside and have such a warm welcome ! Wow, so pleased with my lashes! Thank you Lucy! Ihave tried lashes several times at different places and had them taken off because I didn't like them. These are the best, most natural lashes that I have ever had. Will definitely be back x

Fast approaching a 'significant' age I visited Karen at the vanity case for some inspiration to feel good about myself again. Since that visit I've had skinpen treatments which have rejuvenated my skin, I now use Medik8 skin products, and I've had my nails, lashes and brows done. All have been fabulous quality treatments. Karen and the team pride themselves in quality and exceptional service. Thank you! For quality service and treatments which will enhance and not look false I would definitely recommend Karen and the team.

Decided to treat myself, to a manicure, plus pedicure, the first time ever, and at the ripe age of 54. Being a bit socially awkward and worried about etiquette, I've always found the idea of pampering daunting. The ladies at the Vanity Case put me at ease, they deliver a very pleasant and soothing experience, with just the right balance of professionalism and approachability. Oh, and my nails look lovely.
