Masayi Health Spa is my favourite. Really really excellent massage. I myself go there very often. I find the girls really friendly and good service. Specially owner Mia is really good and friendly person. If go there you won’t be disappointed.

I booked into the Masai health spa for the first time today, for an aromatherapy massage. As soon as I got to the shop I was greeted properly and instantly made to feel comfortable. I was told about what to expect from the lady doing the massage, who was absolutely amazing! Everything was very professional and relaxing and I will be booking another one. Before leaving the shop I was advised on the after care I would need. Thank you!

Fully impressed with Masayi. From the booking process to the treatment everything was exceptional. We booked a couple's thai oil massage. The staff were friendly, polite and very welcoming. The massage itself was fantastic. The extra little skin circulation of the eye skin and forehead were incredible. We will definitely be back for regular treatments.

I have had regular massages here since Mia opened it. It is a lovely, calm space for treatment. DeDe is absolutely brilliant and fully understands my back problems, so I usually see her but all of the masseuses are really good. I wouldn't go anywhere else as it is a welcoming, friendly and professional spa.

My first time here today and I had a pregnancy massage at 30 weeks, and oh my god it was unreal! Lovely friendly staff and super clean, smells amazing. 100% recommend and will definitely be going back soon and after baby arrives! Thank you ☺️

I booked myself to this health Spa at short notice after reading the outstanding reviews, however, after visiting the health spa, I must say I disagree with the reviews. The manager at the spa was very rude and unprofessional when I arrived late, though I had called in advance to apologies for being late due family emergency, the manager was just awful to me on my arrival for my first appointment. At the end I had cancel my appointment due to poor service. I wouldn't recommend this spa to anyone who is looking for a great service. This not a 5 star spa... I note that the manager at this spa has responded to my review by stating that I was aggressive. Kindly note that was not aggressive. Also, I am further appalled that she did not render an apology but rather lied to justify her behavior in making reference to me as an aggressive person. I cancelled my appointment booked due to poor service. I'm a coloured person that seek excellence in customer care and just wanted to share my experience.

Visited for a deep tissue massage. Very welcoming and relaxing atmosphere and greeted warmly by the staff. Massage was great and just what was needed to work the knots out. Highly recommended.

I have been going to Masayi regularly for a year now and I have only had great massages from them. Deedee is a miracle worker with her strong hands, she finds the knots in my muscles and knows exactly how much pressure is needed to help heal them and she has helped immensely with my sciatica. All the staff are friendly and accommodating. I always look forward to my appointments. Keep up the excellent work.

Snagged my lower back and felt like I was cut in two, popped in to Masayi and had a deep tissue massage. Wouldn’t say I bouncing around the next day but managed to get a good nights sleep and can put my socks on without laying down after the treatment, would recommend.

Booked a massage with them at short notice. They were very accommodating and the massage was absolutely relaxing and just what I needed. What I appreciated the most was taking the time to see what I needed and tailoring the passage to focus on areas that needed attention. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to relax and de-stress.

I had a 90 minute massage that blended traditional Thai and hot oil. Jai Dee was absolutely amazing. She worked on knots in my shoulders and calves...I definitely would not fall asleep in the treatment because knots are not comfortable to treat..but felt amazing afterwards. Jai Dee has my vote and I am rebooking and will take my wife along in the twin room too. Another mention goes to the receptionist...a lovely woman that made me laugh. This place is so friendly and very professional.

I loved my hot stone massage, sooo relaxing and pleasant. My mind very quickly wandered off to Asia... I could just see myself next to the ocean, in hot Thailand. It was a perfect combination of a firm and gentle massage. The staff is very professional and friendly, the place smells lovely and is super clean.
