Was great, staff were pleasant and felt looked after. Went for the facial. Was good but was very shocked when I was charged over £100 for it, would have been better if I was told the price beforehand and also given the option of different facials before starting the treatment. Otherwise good, might return but won't go for something so expensive.

Got my wash, cut and blow dry done here today for the first time and I loved it! Nasrin is the kindest and most considerate hairstylist I’ve come across, I highly recommend her. I love my new haircut and I will definitely be using her services from now on.

I visited this place first time for a dry hair cut today where a Lithuanian lady - Reema provided the service. She was extremely unprofessional in talking and was critical of the hair style that I asked for. She gave me the hair cut and left my hair on its own; upon asking her if she will dry them so that I can see the final look, she was very rude and said that if i wanted to see the final look i should have paid her £35 instead of £25 and totally refused. On confirming the price for blow dry , she stated that now she will not be providing that as its too late. I gave her reference of salons that I visited earlier, and that they ensured i was satisfied by the cut (not with the blow dry but a basic brush dry) she told me if I was taking these services in Lithuania no one would have offered to dry hair for a finished look. She asked me to dry my hair at home, and in case i wasn't satisfied with the cut i could visit her same day before 7 pm for a finish (Its 20 mins walk from my home). I was excited for a nice cut and she really messed up my mood. She was very arrogant and rude.

Extremely worse experience i ever experienced. It was second time, i took my daughter (2 & half year old) for a haircut she was crying as she got scared of the hairdryer noise. The hairdresser lady (european) was showing her frustration toward a little child. The lady was dreadful, very unfriendly, very unpleasant and unprofessional. Please don't waste your money in this place there are plenty of other places around. I will never take my child there nor i would go for myself or recommend to anyone. Very awful she was.

I bought a voucher for mani-pedi shellac through Groupon and the manager of the salon told me that included in the price I could have had shellac only for one of the two, with normal nail polish for the other (even though this was not specified in the voucher). Since I was already halfway through the pedi and the girl that was taking care of me was extremely professional and friendly, I let it go and did not argue about it. I then bought a second voucher, 30 days after the first one as specified in Groupon's T&C, only for shellac manicure this time. The manager of the salon, in an incredibly rude way, told me I could not have a second manicure as I have used already Groupon's promotion once. After showing her what was written in the T&C she told me that Groupon made a mistake, that I should have asked for a refund and asked me to leave. I have never had such a bad experience in my life with a beauty salon. The manager is incredibly rude and I am truly sorry for her employees.

Such a nice place to go for all your treatments. The staffs are very nice and so friendly. Whatever the treatment I am having, I always leave happy. I would definitely recommend this place again and again as they really make you feel welcome and and will go the extra miles to make sure you are satisfied.

Amazing service and really welcoming staff! They are all extremely attentive and very professional, I did gel manicure and shellac pedicure, it was unbelievable! It is very difficult to find a place like this in London but I eventually find it and I think from now on they will definetly see me more often! I also did my eyebrow which they were totally ruined and they put it back on shape! Wow! Thank you so much ladies!! Very well done!

Came her for a wax, good value for what you get. The prices aren't ridiculous like other places in London and the manager was friendly. The deco and interior is a bit old and dated but if you want a quick cheap wax with no frills - this place is good.
