Haven't even had my hair done yet..But I had consultation with Laura ...an unusual request..made to feel welcome..I know I did not have to explain the reasons for what I needed , but I did...So glad I came here as I need a salon local to me .! I am looking forward to my first visit as a new client..I think being honest has really helped in Laura understanding what I need..I will be nervous on my first visit for reasons as yet ..I will not disclose...but , my rating is based on my consultation..oh yes...and the lovely orange juice..! Hi I did my hairstyle with Lisa (5* is not enough) and she is amazing, very helpful, kind, my husband really liked my hair, the downside is the woman who answered the phone, she very rude not helpful at all, because of her can't give 5* unfortunately.

I took my 11yr old grandaughter in here last week to have her hair cut .It was the spur of the minute decision but I was so glad I did it was excellent.The lady who cut my Granddaughters hair was Nisha she was very patient and understanding, as I wasn't sure how much to have cut off ,my grandaughter had very long hair and didn't have any shape . I must say the result was excellent. She had about 4 inches cut off the length and it was layered around the front making it look healthy and modern . My granddaughter loved it as did everyone else. For a wash cut and blow dry it was £29 well worth every penny . I will Def be going back again .

I needed a haircut for my 5 year old son and took him to Ghost Purley at 5:25 today. I didn't have an appointment but they had no customers, shop was empty. One lady at till and another relaxing on a couch were busy chatting to each other. They refused to cut my son's hair as they shut at 6. I said you have 35 minutes before closing time and they said it's not long enough. His hair was very short, they had no customers and I couldn't understand why they would take so long. No apology either. Needless to say, no one I know will ever be going there again!

Had a hair cut with artistic director, Lisa. I went in with really long hair and just knew I wanted to cut a lot off but was unsure about style. Lisa was really nice and helped me come to a decision. I love new hair! I felt the price was reasonable, too (£45).

It's been over a month since my hair was butchered and yet I remain dealing with the consequences. My advice for men is to go to a barber who's bread and butter is a pair of clippers. Unless you have long hair and need a scissor cut, avoid Ghost Purley at all costs.

Just had my first haircut since lockdown. Ghost have made the place as safe as they could, with hand sanitizer, free mask and gloves, stylist doing hair wash to minimise contact. I saw Rhea and she has restored order and sanity to my unruly barnet. Very pleased!

Great stylists and always leave pleased with my hair.
