The dentist, staff and reception are helpful and professional. They are flexible when it comes to booking. Good experiences with the dentist which I find her professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Considering the NHS Dentist are under pressure due to budgets the dentist still does a excellent job and genuinely cares.

Not sure what's happened to this dental practice but it's gone downhill in recent years. It was wonderful NHS service when they first opened, however I am not sure what I'm paying for now, and the staff turnover is not good. The last 5 years I just have a 6 monthly check up, pay £25.80 to sit for 2mins and be told everything is fine and be rushed to leave, there is no proper check of my teeth and gums, let alone a simple clean! Thankfully I go to a private hygienist so I know my teeth are maintained, but what on earth am I paying £25.80 every 6 months for, absolutely nothing! I would not recommend registering with this practice, I certainly will be finding another.

Coming to this dental practice for the first time, I was very skeptical due to the bad experience from two previous dental practices, where it was always about the quantity and not the quality of patient treatment. What a wonderfully pleasant surprise I was when I came to this dentist in COULSDON. Great girls at the reception who are always there to help, dental nurses and dentists are very reliable, helpful, professional and thorough in treatment. OUTSTANDING QUALITY OF CARE.

As a practice they seem to be cancelling and rescheduling appointments on a regular basis from my experience. Then offering another appointment over a month later. To wait 6 months for a filling is unacceptable.

Very disappointed with this surgery, i am a registered patient here and they ignored to give me any emergency appointment, till next two weeks! I have a painful gum for last 6 days, no ibuprofen or antibiotics works, and they said sorry we dont have emergency appointments here!

Appointment was on time, and both dentist and assistant were very friendly and professional. Brief but thorough examination resulted in need for further fillings and extractions (to be arranged elsewhere). Booked follow-up appointment.

Absolutely lovely staff. Fab interaction puts you at ease from the reception team right through to the treatment teams. No-one LOVES going to the Dentist, but this makes it very bearable.

Fast friendly, and great with my daughter who is 2 and wanted to sit on my chest and also look in my mouth at the same time as the dentist.
