An amazing take away or eat in , I've been eating here for a few years now and have never been disappointed, the staff member who works the day shift is so polite and always goes the extra mile for me , serving me warm water on cold days and just fantastic service ! Better value for money than anyone near by and also there chicken is a lot better quality than KFC , cleanliness levels are always satisfactory! Thanks guys

You're looking at the best chicken shop chips in the whole country. They're the perfect amount of crispy and full of flavour. You don't even need to season them as they're tasty as is. So good that people will make the trip here just to get a portion of chips to enhance whatever other food they might be having with their meal. They're usually busy here but always try to uphold their customer service standards. The only reason I can't give this place 5 stars is because the buns they use for their chicken burgers are very dry. I wish they could toast them slightly to soften and warm them up. Otherwise most things on the menu are delicious.

I love Favorite chicken. But my visit to Caterhams one today was the worst one I've ever had. The chicken burger had about 1mm of chicken in it. Would not recommend.

The burgers are absolutely the best in town!. Especially double ringer meal with freshly made crispy chicken fillets with cheese and onion rings. They are my personal favourite. The fries and onion rings are also really tasty and the oil they use always fresh as well. I have been a customer for many years and will highly recommend it !

Stolen Money or just a mistake? Good food or sometimes not cooked enough? Hmmm... Now, ORDINARILY, I would say this place has good chicken burgers and a decent delivery time, etc. However. I must say I am displeased with tonight's order to a friend of mine. The delivery driver had more money received then it should've been and as a result, Surrey Police have been informed. It should go to Trading Standards really but... I suppose, since I don't mind the food and NORMALLY it is "okay" with my friend ordering practically every evening... I won't be HORRIBLE about the review. When I first ordered from Favourite, they gave me food poisoning. Which wasn't good, obviously. However, they have sorted a few things out over time - Which isn't bad news overall. I'd say, have a go at this place, as in, try it out. See what you think. But I can say, I won't be ordering from here. My friend might, if things are resolved reasonably quickly, but I wouldn't hold out hope in that regard. There's always room to improve. That's why I'm not going to give this place a 1 star. But then again, I can't give it much more than 2 because of what happened this evening. Like they say, "Pick your takeaway". One of the worst fried chicken burgers I have had! Totally dry , couldn’t even eat it

we order it via uber eats and the chips were not cooked enough and the burger was hard and was cold when it got here it only took 15 mins to get here

Was ushered out as it was late, citing “only spicy chicken here.” Not sure why I was not allowed spicy chicken.
