Beautiful variety of trees, lovely hilly areas to sit and rest. Lots of benches all around, little cafe, pagoda area for when it rains. Separate community garden with herbs and different plants including cherry trees. In fact the cherry trees in spring are 👌. Best park in Croydon.

One of the quietest parks around, always a pleasant experience. I visited this place few times with my family during my visits to Croydon and my kid had a great time here. Spacious play area for kids along with a tennis and basket ball courts. Paid parking is available close to the park. Toilets are there but some cleaning could be done

Wonderful walk, kept relatively clean. A little help of just a few bits rubbish on your walk can help dramatically too, but overall well kept.

Lovely weather and the perfect location for tranquil walk and entertainment at no cost. Walked around the walled garden and enjoyed an ice cream at the cafe hidden deep in the park. Give it a try to relieve anxiety and depression.

A great place for a walk. It has a play area for under 14 years. Swings, rope climbing and slides! It has a court for basketball and football as well. The place has macadamised pathways lined by trees which looks soothing! It has benches too!

Nice neighborhood park few steps away from Croydon city centre. Also within easy reach from East Croydon railway station and tram link stop. Well maintained with flower beds, rose garden, walkways, cycle path, free tennis courts and basketball court, children's rides and cafe. Nothing fancy but a great spot for the locals

It's glorious to see the park come alive as spring decides to send. The crocus is the still out and this is just a great short dish walk

Good for shorter walk, but you can get the exercise when you do more laps

Went for a walk with our dog. Lovely park but no refreshments or toilets as they were closed. Nearby parking was cheaper than originally expected. (Stated £6 for 2 hours but was only charged 80p).

Great area and open field for open air sports, nice kids playground and one tennis court for a full afternoon fun. It's also refreshing with big trees that provide a cool breeze and shelter this summer days.

A unique piece of greenery with landscaped garden, basketball, tennis courts and a kids' play area. The walking trail is about 1.1 km and has good slopes offering a bit of a workout.

With nice weather it's a lovely park for a family picnic under a tree. There's a park cafe which serves homemade cakes. The park is usually not too busy. Nice place to relax.

Even though there are lots of people appreciating this park especially on the weekend, it will always make you feel relaxed and comfortable.

Large open space of green grass and a few playing courts (tennis, basketball). The park is mostly not crowded, even when I’ve visited in the weekends. Altogether beautiful and relaxing to take a walk, sit under a tree and read, or play a sport.

This park has loads of different parts to it, including a herb garden, playground, basketball pitch, tennis court and plenty of well kept fields. The kiosk by the playground does close fairly early but everything is well priced.

Love to go to that park, have volleyball court, shuttle and tennis court, coffee shop and separate playground for kids, mini botanical garden.

Excellent place for a small picnic or get together or just a some peaceful walking. As the name suggests it is on top of a small hill between Coombe road and east Croydon station. If you are lucky you could sometimes catch a glimpse of deer or some other cute little wildlife. Only negative is that at times it's opening times are a bit short so you might want to check before planning a visit there.

Lovely little park with a super friendly cafe offering cold and hot drinks, cake, crisps, sandwiches and more. Dogs are welcomed to the cafe with water and dog biscuits.

Urgent! Did anyone see a black card holder around the end of the park? Please let me know if you’ve found it please 🙏🏻

So-so. I would say it’s a quiet park during the weekdays for obvious reasons but the rubbish could be better under control in the kids playarea but that’s down to the individual visitors of the park. Some paths can be fixed up as a few potholes area visible so can pose a problem for the visitors particularly the kids and any wheeled vehicle/pushchair/pram etc

Great little park I go to regular to walk my dog. At usual times of the days others are walking there dogs too which is great for socialising my puppy and it's also quite at other times of the day if I want to walk my dog without distraction. There can be a little litter especially after nice days but usually gets cleared after a few days. Also the little cafe/shop is great if you want a quick coffee or snack while walking around

Had a wonderful walk and felt so relaxed because it's so quiet as it is kind of away from the busy roads around! Good vibes all around.

Park is great but neglected, poor dirty toilets, over grown grass areas, good play areas for children and adults. Nice Café , Walled garden was a bit tatty, not what it used to be. Water tower is taking a long time to be repaired, still a good place to visit, take your own loo😵‍💫

Not far from East Croydon and the town centre, this park has free tennis courts, loads of benches and plenty of grassy space. And cherry blossom in April.
