Fast efficiency and very friendly staff. They also take AXA PPP insurance at their rates. I got an emergency appointment in 24 hours and they tripped over themselves to help me!!

I only go there because it’s close and my insurance works with this clinics. Had a really disappointing experience with Dr. Luxmi Velauthar - once she has cancelled my appointment of the day of the appointment (I was waiting for it for a week), next time she saw me 20 mins later than the appointment time and did not even apologize - feels like the customer’s time is not of a value to her. Most disappointing was that I had to remind for her to send me the results of the test taken during consultation and she just forwarded me the result summary without a single word of comment. She didn’t respond to my remarks to the test results either. Very unprofessional way to treat the customers, especially for the money they charge at Lyca.

Went in today for a skin check. The clinic is very nice and well organized, everything was done on time and the staff was really professional and polite. Overall a totally positive experience!

I came here for an ENT appointment. The Dr's PA was always very helpful and kind and replied quickly via email. However, the whole clinic experience wasn't satisfactory. My appointment was moved ahead by 15mins without asking me for confirmation. When seeing the doctor she seemed to be in a rush and went through the whole check in a few minutes. Soon after leaving the clinic I have been called and asked to make a payment via phone that they missed to take while I was there. 2 weeks later I still haven't received the bill for the treatment and don't get any reply to my emails. 2 stars only because of the helpful PA.

After struggling for weeks to get an appointment at my local GP practice in Jenner I decided to visit Lyca to get a private GP appointment. I saw Dr Tan for a female health issue and she was kind, experienced and very thorough. It helps that Lyca admin, reception and facilities are all excellent.

I arrived promptly for my 12 o'clock appointment and was directed to wait outside the doctor's office. After a 30-minute wait, another patient was called in before me. Upon inquiring at reception, I learned of a double-booking error. Such oversights are disappointing, especially from a private GP. I've visited numerous private healthcare facilities without encountering this issue. Moreover, the amenities were lacking, with no available water dispenser or tissues. The environment resembled an NHS practice rather than a private clinic. I won't be returning.

AVOID! WILL LIE AND FRAUD A WOMAN IN WORRYING AND DESPERATE NEEDS, FROM A POOR COUNTRY FOR MONEY! EXPENSIVE! Specially detailed the situation and results needed on the phone to receptionist before making the journey. When arrived and introduced to nurse, again explained specifically situation and what results needed. Blood test took suspiciously quick so before leaving i again asked if these results wanted will be given and when they confirmed for at least the third time yes and they will be emailed tomorrow. Next day was emailed a series of numbers but not the result that was confirmed I would receive. I kindly asked for these numbers to be explained via phone for them to tell me I need to rebook another appointment which may result in further blood tests which would cost even more money. Price equivalent to 295 from home country for one blood test. Luckily I have a friend In this field that could read the numbers given and told me the results which only goes to prove that all it would take is a quick glance to explain what it meant and explain the results I paid for, not extra tests and appointments. Clearly taking advantage of what you don't know but they do to extract more money from you as a private practise making profits.

Never had such a bad experience despite being a private clinic. Cant manage appointment times and not bothered to leave customers waiting without any updates..

Avoid Lyca health CW if possible. I received a call while I was already heading to my appointment that Dr. Luxmi would be 30min late due to traffic. So I arrived slightly earlier in case. When I arrived, there were other patients waiting to see her as well and I waited another 50min without any apology or communication. I didn’t see the Dr. until an hour and a half after my initial appointment was scheduled only after I flagged her down. I’d been waiting for an hour and she nearly called in yet another patient before me. She wasn’t aware and I was the first patient she was meant to see! What a major f up. I’m not happy with this. Patients are fined if they are late! This is extremely unprofessional for a private practice and will be looking for a Gynaecologist elsewhere.

Stay away from this practice! Their assistants are very unprofessional and caused a lot of unnecessary stress and frustration to my partner.

On Wednesday the 15th I went to the Orpington, Kent branch for a hay-fever injection. This is a big facility that was full of patients, staff and doctors all over the facility. After I reported to the reception she loudly asked me what am I here for repeatedly. I said to see the GP but she loudly demanded a reason and that is after she asked my full name, date of birth and address out loudly in an office full of staff and other patients everyone knew my personal details. She then proceeded to shout out loudly that I am here for my hay-fever Injection! There service is absolutely disgusting and I am not happy since they have a duty of care! They seem to forget that they are privately funded and need to stay confidential! Please note Lyca Health I have consulted this with the legal department I can use with my Union membership and I will be taking this further!! ABSULUTLEY DISGUTING LYCAL HEALTH IS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As patient of public, I am unfortunately had an unpleasant experience with the Dermatologist at Lyca Health. During the complain procedure, I am very disappoint with LycaHeath the "stay out" attitude, and leave the main determine only for the doctor (which are their client). I would like to give a kind advise to any public , If you feel a lack of performs for private heath service, we can contact the patients association and ISCAS for raise your concern for this irresponsible unhealthy commercial behaviour.

LycaHealth absolutely exceeded my expectations! I wanted to get a CT done as soon as possible for my own peace of mind and used TopMRI. After a doctor agreed to refer me in about 2 days (because of my young age they wanted to ensure it was appropriate and assessed my symptoms thoroughly, otherwise would have been faster), I was sent a day later an appointment here. The staff both on the phone and in person were so kind, approachable and positive mannered. As soon as I arrived for my appointment, I was instantly seen after filling in the paperwork. The doctor who did my CT made it so calming and less like a medical experience, the environment is also very clean, calming, the facilities are new and almost luxurious. I felt in safe hands and the in and out of it all and no waiting around made it such a pleasant, stress free experience. The whole experience was very quick, took about 30 minutes, and they emailed my scans straight after. The next day I got my luckily clear results/doctors report via email from TopMRI. Overall I had an amazing experience and would look no further for private services, also being very local to me by car. The only issue is it was quite a maze to find on Google Maps/Sat Nav by car, but eventually found the place. I would say just plan an extra 10 minutes to find it on top of the 15 minutes before appointment arrival!

I used the Check 4 Cancer service at this location. The nurse was really great. She walked me through the process and checks they'd be doing, asked about my concerns, and explained follow up. I don't know if Check 4 Cancer is associated with Lyca Health or just uses their space, but I'd highly recommend the skin cancer nurse's services.

I would definitely recommend this place to do your mammography and breast ultrasound. Wioletta Rytlewska (Radiology Manager) is very professional and friendly. She really knows how to deal with people and was very attentive and kind with me. She really deserves this review as she makes the LycaHealth Canary Wharf worth going!

Dr Vik has been a great help to me on several occasions with several health concerns. He is always honest, explains things well, and is very knowledgable. He goes above and beyond any GP Iv come across and is always willing to help or steer in the correct direction as required. He is now my go to GP for all health related questions. Thanks Dr Vik. Would highly recommend to everyone!

Very efficient service from Lyca. I was able to book a GP appointment at short notice, then met with Dr Vikash Vasishta. Dr Vik has an excellent manner with the patient and based on his experience and skills promptly arranged for an x-ray there and then. His assumption that further help was needed proved correct and I am grateful to him for his care and recommend him very highly.

I Had an MRI done recently at the clinic and the the whole process went very smooth and the doctors made me feel very relaxed during the whole procedure. They took their time explaining and helping as much as possible. The place is very clean and modern. I recommend this clinic to anyone.

I went to have an x-ray a few days ago. Although the staff are friendly, the quality of the x-ray was bellow the average. I compared their x-ray to a previous x-ray I took in another place and LycaHealth is bellow par! I call then to ask if they could improve it but they didnt return my request. Never again!

I have used the phlebotomy services here a few times and found the services to be; 1. Very efficient (in and out) 2. Friendly and professional staff 3. Clean and spacious I would recommend.

I booked my scan through National MRI and went to Lyca Health for my scan. The staff were fantastic and really put me at ease and looked after me.

I have been using this health centre for multiple services: GP, ENT and orthopaedics. I never had an issue to wait for more than two days to book an appointment and services are performed effectively and staff very professional and friendly. Facilities are clean and looked after. I highly recommend to rely on this clinic. Last but not least, Dr Vik Vasishta is just an incredible doctor who really listen to the patient and get things done.

Very nice experience. I arrived about thirty minutes before than my scheduled appointment time and was still seen promptly. I actually ended up leaving five minutes before my appointment was even due to start. All the staff were courteous and friendly throughout the process.

Both my elderly parents and myself have signed up for Lycahealth's Private GP programme which affords unlimited GP consultations [face to face!] for a not unreasonable one-off payment. Since my parents are both in their 90's. they have had to make more demands on this service than I, and the Lyca Health team and Dr Vik are always exceptionally patient and thorough in their examinations and explanations. Very highly recommended.

Contacted LycaHealth for shockwave therapy on plantar fasciitis and whole experience has been very positive especially given lockdown restrictions. This clinic was the only one able to offer treatment at the time but worth the trip I’m up to Canary Wharf. The appointment was made via email with no delay. The Clinic itself is set up well to accommodate COVID restrictions. Raj explained the treatment process clearly and carried out the therapy. Follow up physio on my foot is excellent. Getting good results so far and after more than a year of pain really hopeful this is the fix I’ve been looking for.

The nurse Rita C that works here is extremely kind, knowledgeable, professional, and patient. She is a gem! I came in for a routine Heath assessment (didn’t see a doctor so can’t speak to that part). Facilities are modern.

I saw Dr Luxmi for a consultation and a scan. Dr Luxmi was not only very professional and knowledgeable she was very attentive and empathetic. I would recommend Dr Luxmi to anyone who is looking for a considerate, compassionate specialist.

I have booked an appointment by Vitality to see an orthopaedics. The doctor, Mr Deepu Sethi was super nice and was happy to do another consultation and an MRI. However, her PA Sophia Cruz was completely unprofessional, with a horrible attitude, who couldn't manage to fill out the billing form to send over to Vitality, instead she tried to charge me and blame me that I was the one who provided incorrect information. She sent me almost 30! emails, and she wanted to charge me directly which is unacceptable, and when I called her, she claimed how rude I am and she tries to help me. I definitely do not wish to visit their practice again and I do not recommend. I only give 2 stars because the doctor was super nice.

Had a pelvic scan with doctor Luxmi who were very knowledgable and welcoming. She was also very patient and answered all questions so I did not feel rushed. Would definitely go back.
