    When trying to pay the screen would say no such car in our car park. Help is always nowhere in sight. App is totally unfriendly. Trying to chase down assistance causes grief and stress. I am deaf disabled and use a mobility scooter. I always see seniors struggling with your payment system. I park on double yellows with my badge now and will not use local car parks. Pretty poor system. The app is not self explanatory. No pay now page, do I book a space and pay before I get there or after? Why can’t I just scan the qr code for the car park and simply pay for my time? You need to understand your customer base better and simplify the process so idiots like me can use it.

    I used and paid for this on the 9th August 2022, was really looking forward to our day out to London on the train and me and my friend were checking and double-checking that we'd paid and parked in the right place, by looking at photos that had come through on my confirmation email. So payment paid for 24 hours and off we go for a lovely day out. Then less than a week later, I get posted a fine from yourselves to say I had out-stayed the 2 hour limit on the carpark !! I had paid for 24 hours and I had to then go through the bother and annoyance to myself of appealing against this fine. It took nearly 3 weeks and a follow-up letter from myself to finally get the reply that the fine had been cancelled and nothing to pay. Just very very annoying when companies try this on !!!

    Booked two spaces.. neither were available when we arrived after travelling for 3 hours. Ended up finding alternative spaces. I will use alternative companies when booking future parking spaces. When contacting their support I asked for a refund. They said they will if I can provide receipts for the alternative spaces I found.. which I hadn’t kept, as I didn’t think YourParkingSpace would need them..

    Would have been a good 5 stars if I had been told the number plate recognition system was up and running. I was told I would have to give my number over the intercom on arrival but as I pulled up the barrier opened automatically and let me in. I wasn't sure what to do as I thought it may be allocated bays and I didn't want to park just anywhere so I had to park up and walk back to the barriers to contact someone. Other than that it was a fantastic system with the green and red lights over each bay.

    Love this site. We have a large van, hi top and long wheelbase., we have it for my wheelchair dependent family member. Parking is always an issue. Found cheap, (£17 for 2 days ) easy to find space in centre of London. Easy to use booking. Marvelous!!!

    Truly Hopeless It is difficult to remain objective after receiving service this poor, but I shall attempt to do so. After having booked my first space with them I phoned to arrange my arrival a week before only to be told by the space's owner that it is not available and should never have been sold. I assumed this was just unlucky, so transferred my booking to another space only for the same to happen, the owner was not aware to the space being listed or consenting to my use of it Having been failed twice I decided to leave with the hope of a quick refund to use a different company. 3 weeks later and I'm still waiting and may have to take the matter to an ombudsman! I did end up booking with ParkLet and have nothing but praise for them, showing that this simple task of renting a space can be done. I can only advise in the strongest possible terms to avoid these fraudsters and take your money elsewhere!

    To be honest it was the first time I had used this service, the thought did go through me that i'de done something wrong the process and I'd suddenly receive a fine!! As it (obviously) turned out everything went perfectly, it is a actually a very easy process to book the parking space, it was very reasonable and we had a lovely evening. I wouldn't hesitate to use this again, the App is very easy and to use. As a company I wish them every success.

    Highly recommended, will use again. Great service and great value for money. The host was really kind and communicative. We were in a rush and they accommodated to this. The bus stop from the location to the airport was minutes away (try to arrive early as the bus can be delayed), alternatively the host can offer a lift to the airport (at a cost/if available). Thank you for helping us!

    I booked my car into the Premier Inn car park at Dover, before boarding the ferry to Calais. Everything was straightforward. No problems. However I did make a last minute enquiry about changing my day of arrival and didn't get a reply until it was too late. In the end it didn't matter but I would have liked a prompt response.

    It is far better to pay as you leave and the machine is easy to use. However, despite the app allowing you to pay retrospectively should you forget, it does not make it easy. Several times I have only remembered ten minutes after getting home. Were the app easier to enter a time that had elapsed etc I would give it five.

    Excellent service. Booking was easy and parking a breeze. We just turned up and parked, then when we returned a taxi took us right to to our car. The hotel was friendly and we would have no hesitation to park here again in the future. Thank you

    The app is simple to use and very quickly offered a large selection of parking options. Payment was easy and accurate. I also liked that the service sent confirmation and reminder emails with full instructions of ever to go and how to access the car park The car park itself was okay, but the access is narrow, with high kerbs that will ruin alloy wheels on modern (wide) cars. Inside the car park, the entrance level bays are narrow, bounded by pillars that again price challenging to today's cars. The next level up was much the same but there have been modifications to some bays to reduce from 3 between pillars to 2, that made parking a breeze and without risk of damage.

    The white lines were neat and evenly spaced and it was a satisfying experience to reverse into my chosen place. That being said, it would have been a happier occasion if the cars on either side of me weren't newer models than mine. The view from my parking space could also have been better: rolling hills or the sea, perhaps, rather than a supermarket. Nevertheless, when I returned Charlotte said that she had enjoyed her stay there, had made a number of friends among the other cars and would be happy to park there again.

    45 minutes waiting for them to collect my car and 78 minutes to get my car back. Absolutely unacceptable. With this company, NO THANKS, never again! I travel every 6 weeks and nothing like this has ever happened to me. Not even an apology and I just listened, "I'm just the driver, I don't know anything." FANTASTIC, so professionals 👏🥇

    Perfectly adequate and very easy to get in and out of. By foot or by car. Perfect for the city centre or hotels without their own parking facilities. You can't go wrong.

    What a great opportunity to reduce costs of parking, support businesses with parking facilities to create additional income and to conveniently park in a huge range of places! The website was easy to navigate and determine the best location/price of spaces as well as select time of arrival and departure.

    Parked in Cambridge using the App. Paid the charge. A week letter I received a parking charge notice and £80 fine. I had to appeal it which took time and effort. Got the fine cancelled but this App and company are rubbish. Won’t use again.

    No issues at all. Booking was easy, directions were clear and the driveway was just what we needed. Great idea! Allowed us so many extra accommodation options when driving around the UK... we weren't restricted to booking accommodation with parking...just found parking nearby in someone's driveway.

    Booked my parking space, then booked another one 15 mins later for my parents' car. Both times the app said purchase successful. A week or two later my parents received a fine for not paying for their space. Turns out somehow you can't book more than one car on the app at a time. I know technology can be limited and all, but the app LET me go through with the second booking and showed me a confirmation screen (although on checking later, I didn't get a confirmation email for it). This urgently needs fixing so nobody else makes the mistake we did. Really annoyed

    Faultless, no hassle ideal use for travelling in / out of York station. Safe friendly and clean with EV point also. Would use again and highly recommend the space

    The Holiday Inn Express in Bath is not in charge of the parking spaces, it is by an outside company. When we got there, there was no spaces as you can also drive in and pay for parking. No spaces are reserved. Initially we were told to drive into town and find a pay and display car park but were then told we could park in and unofficial spot. When we returned to collect the car there were several cars parked in unmarked places so I can only assume others had the same issue. Would not book again because of this scenario.

    Parked on a public road once and had to use this app. They constantly send me emails and updates to rate a space on a public road? Not sure how they think this marketing is helping? Oooh I loved that app so I’ll park there on my day off. Normally I’d unsubscribe but it wasn’t an option prompting me to rate them… once again

    This was the first time I used YourParkingSpace but it certainly won't be the last- I needed a guaranteed space near an underground station for a day with a tight schedule, and the nearest public car park reputedly gets very busy with commuters on weekdays so I was anxious about not being able to leave the car there. Being able to choose the space well ahead and book online was really easy and convenient, and the space itself was just what I needed.

    Excellent place to park for Osterley and trip to London on the tube. Easy walk to station, good directions made it easy to find. Helpful owner relaxed about early time of arrival but we were early back as well so it made no real difference to booked duration. Would use again.

    I had a terrible experience with this parking space. I was unable to get my car into the tiny space provided. There was a large van parked right in front of the house in a very narrow street that stopped me from being able to get into the parking space. I knocked on the door for someone to assist me with moving their van but no one was home. I had to seek other parking on a match day which was extremely stressful. It was a terrible experience, especially since I had guests from South Africa with me. This bay is for only suitable for cars such as a Fiat500c or similar. I was in a Ford Focus and there was no way I would get the car in the space. 👎🏼

    Such a good idea, really easy to use, car park was easy to find. Plenty of spaces. I felt like my car was safe where it was parked. I have used this twice and both times was just as good. And the price is amazing, by far cheaper than all the other local options

    Easy to book and a great price. Car park is at the rear of a hotel though not locked to my knowledge. That said, I wouldn't have questioned it if I were a resident and using the car park. I've used plenty of hotels car parks that aren't securely locked on a night with no concerns. Decent looking area. I'll definitely use it again.

    This space was absolutely perfect....right in the middle of Lincoln and close to everything we wanted to visit, including our hotel. It felt very safe and secure, tucked away and off the road.

    Terrible. I have used Your Parking Space twice now. Both times the parking space wasn’t available when I arrived. The first time was when I had a plane to catch and nearly missed my flight because I couldn’t park where I had booked. The second time was 2 days ago, when I had to rush to hospital to see my father, as he had had a heart attack. I booked a parking space using the app near the hospital, but when I arrived there was already a car parked there. It took 40 minutes of knocking on the property door and calling the owner for them to respond and move their car. I missed my father’s heart surgery as a result of this. Why are spaces listed as available when they’re not? Impossible to contact their customer services. I wrote a complaint email about this but was fobbed off with a generic reply. A terrible and stressful service. Please save yourself the trouble and use a different parking service.

    Easy to find and access instructions we simple to follow. Paces not that clearly marked though. Although the instructions stated (park in green spaces) it would have been better had the instructions stated “Park in spaces marked with JP green initials” as this is a shared parking space. Cheap as chips for London centre parking £23.49 for 24 hrs is a bargain!!

    Honestly one the best parking spots around Docklands, the safest I felt leaving my car here. I didn’t pre-book anything, it was recommended by the hotel staff and I drove through the barrier and told the security guard I need to access the parking spot, he let me through. I parked and use the machine to pay based on the exit time and it was £20 which was absolutely fine compared to other places. I got my receipt by email as well.

    Booked parking in central London during train strike. Booking was easy, location and cost of parking space both great. Had to amend vehicle details close to reservation time - quick and simple. Will use again and recomnend recommend highly to other users

    We booked for a week at North Street, York and were highly impressed. The booking process was quick and easy on line and the price was more than reasonable at £46.50 from 9am Friday to 9am the following Friday. The directions given made the car park easy to find and the barrier code worked first time with no problems at all. The car was safe and we had the stress and hassle of finding parking taken off our shoulders. I'll definitely use Your Parking Space in the future whenever I'm staying away from home for a few days.

    Once I discovered this app and used it I can't stop telling everyone how good it is. Saved loads of money and it's also quite cool just driving in and out of the car park without messing around with stupid pay points that are impossible to read or not working. I had a couple of problems at first with understanding the timings on my booking but it was quickly resolved

    We have used this service twice now and think it’s absolutely brilliant. So easy to book a space, with convenient locations and very reasonable price. Best idea since sliced bread. Will definitely be using again.
