This bulging vertiginous skyscraper set on a landscaped mini-piazza appropriately resembles a glistening Pharaonic sarcophagus. The irony is probably unintentional. Curvilinear smooth, reflecting both light and mood from above, around and below with the self-assured mien that scale and opulence endows. Mostly residential. β€œ....The lifts at One Blackfriars will have a speed of 4m per second; it will take only 40 seconds to get to the 50th floor....” * * The Telegraph. 19/11/2016

Looks futuristic and luxurious from the outside, however it is a terribly managed residential building. You can wait up to 10-15 minutes everyday for your lift. Concierge provides no service at all. They wont open your door nor help you with your luggages. They are chatting among themselves and have no experience of dealing with problems in the flats. There are many defects in the building, when reported, customer service do not care at all. Overall a terrible experience. Remember, if you ever order food deliveries, you are required to meet your courier downstairs at the lobby with your pyjamas, even if you spent 10 million pounds on your 4 bedroom penthouse in London.

You will pay 4 thousand pound rent per month and have to wait 10 minutes each time for a lift. That's about 1 hour waiting for lift each day. In a week day, that's pretty much a quarter of your active time in the apartment you are going to spend waiting lift!!! They tell you there's only two lifts and one of them is for delivery staff and almost never available to residents. So basically it's 150 households sharing 1 lift. Occupancy rate now is only 40 percent...

Such an unusual shape, a great design that makes you want to look. Very pleasing on the eye and must have great views from the higher floors.

Voted 4 purely on how visually impressive the building is... deducted a star because i cant comment on the running of the accommodation.

A fantastic new mixed use development with great amenities, however, it's easy to get lost in the building as more signs and labels are needed. The apartments are decorated to an impressive standard and have excellent views of the City of London and River Thames.

Beautiful construction. I really like its irregular shape. It fits nicely into the city panorama.

Favourite skyscraper in London, looks like a Brancusi.

Helpful concierge team and hands onπŸ‘ Thanks Flavio, Rob, Fedele who have been assisting us beyond extra miles. We were welcomed by confusions and surprises, our property manager agent unfortunately made us clueless about the proper arrangements needed to be done before we moved in ( gas, heater, welcoming letter for induction of the amenities, leftover 'trashes' from previous tenant, not to mention that when Flavio checked the gas meter, we found out that there's overdue payment from 'previous' tenant. Nice property, 5 stars amenities, clean, hi tech and again awesome concierge team. Thanks!
