Used Hope Travel Clinic a few weeks ago. The pharmacist gave us a comprehensive breakdown on what vaccinations were required for the countries we'll be travelling to and we then had the vaccinations. Very good service, friendly and professional. Would highly recommend this clinic.

Super informative, friendly and speedy! Booking system is easy and straight forward, always lots of availability. Practitioners were professional and so kind when it came to giving the injections - I hate needles but the lady did a good job of keeping me calm, was quick and not painful at all!

Excellent & thoroughly recommended My family & I visited the clinic to arrange vaccinations for a trip to the Caribbean in 2 weeks time. We were so impressed with Ireti who was so friendly, professional, knowledgable & likeable. Ireti took time to go through our information in full checking our existing medical conditions, medication histories and explaining which vaccinations potentially would be needed for each country, the risk factors and her recommendations. We fully trusted the information she gave us and were happy to take her advice. She gave us lots of time & checked if we had any questions. In the future, I wouldn't bother with the doctors, I would definitely go back as I felt much more valued. Joy who met us at the clinic was all very friendly & helpful.

We used hope travel clinic for travel vaccinations. Easy to book online, very accommodating and knew exactly how to deal with young children ( lolly pops and stickers at the ready). Would highly recommend.

A huge thank you to the team at Hope travel clinic. The team had up to date information regarding the regions we were travelling. I must add a huge thank you to the pharmacist who went above and beyond especially as my son who has an egg allergy had to have the yellow fever vaccine under medical supervision. She worked with the consultants and the hospital to ensure we received the best service (which is not typically done). We were constantly updated at each point. We can't thank you enough. We highly recommend this clinic and we'll be back for our PCR tests. Thank you

Excellent service. I was really nervous about the whole PCR Fit to Fly procedure but Hope were superb. I had paid for same day results and received them 4 hours in advance of the deadline. Absolutely top notch service

I required ear wax removal and a found same-day appointment at Hope Travel Clinic. The staff were professional and cheerful and the pharmacist explained everything as she went. My hearing is now fully restored and was also a pleasure to meet the Hope team. I highly recommend. 😃

Had to have one of my ears cleared of wax and went to this place. It was easy to book online for same day. Once there all the staff are always smiling and explain everything they are going to do. Overall I have had a fantastic experience and would recommend to anyone for ear wax removal. 👍🏻👍🏻

Can not fault this company. My son who is 12 needed a fit to fly covid test. After reading horror stories online about the home testing kits i decided to use these instead. Under 24 hours later i had his results ready to fly. I would definitely use them again

Easy to navigate booking website, including straightforward option to cancel or reschedule if required. Very pleasant and informative telephone assistance too. Very friendly greeting on arrival and excellent support and explanation of the process provided before and during the test. I paid for the 36 hour result and got my 'fit to fly' certificate within 24 hours of my appointment. Overall I would highly recommend Hope Travel Clinic and will certainly use their services again. Well done on your customer centricity.

Hope are an excellent test centre because the lab is at the test site. We were seen immediately by well trained and courteous staff the test was administered and data collected quickly. Results came in 22 hours. My only complaint is that this service could be a 12 hour service for ALL & an express 3 hour service for those in a real hurry Instead we are exploited by being forced to pay a differential pricing between 12, 24 & 36 hours services when in reality the time and cost for Hope is exactly the same. This is sheer capitalism and exploitation. Hope’s prices are competitive and other labs are charging even more.

Looked at lots of options for PCR tests for my teenagers (under vaccination age) prior to leaving the UK For our destination it was a 72hr window All the postal / courier options could not guarantee we would have the result before departure ! The Hope clinic was more expensive than the postal companies but I would definitely use them next time. We used the Folkestone branch … polite friendly reassuring staff. Paid for 12hr results they arrived in 6. The whole booking , confirming, testing , aftercare was very professional.

Such a great service. Very friendly staff and helpful. We arrive early and were seen virtually straight away. They also noticed a mistake I had made on the paperwork and corrected it for us. We paid for the 24 hrs service and the results arrived slightly early and very easy to follow instructions and download. I would definaltey use this service again and recommend.

I’ve reviewed this company twice as we were so happy. This review is for the two year old. I can’t believe how empathetic and gentle they were. I was very confident using them and my results came super speedily. Thank you so much.

The instructions provided told me to park in a parking bay and wait in my car and someone would come out to me. I arrived 10 minutes ahead of my appointment time, only to see 3 other cars pull up, passengers left vehicles and strolled into 'clinic' . A member of the Hope Clinic DEFINITELY saw me as my parking bay was directly opposite the entrance after another 5 minutes I left my car, the staff member I saw (the same person who had seen me sitting in my car!) did apologise and said could I go back to my car and wait! A few minutes later they were back and I was asked to confirm details and then do the exact same test that is free from NHS but because the test was required to enable me to travel abroad I had the pleasure of parting with £85 pounds for the pleasure. The result did come through quicker than promised, so I can't complain there, but then the results with the free tests are available after 30 minutes so this cannot have been a hard promise to over achieve. To be fair to the Hope Clinic they will not be the only private enterprise to capitalise on the pandemic but all I can say I hope their staff are VERY WELL PAID although can't say they work hard for it.
