A place where I have problems every time I go for whatever. You can get more professional service by going to other post offices.

Extremely poor customer service. The older man with glasses is the most unhelpful and rude person I've seen behind a counter. Been there a few times trying to post a parcel and he never accepts them, despite me being careful and following the guidelines from the Royal Mail website. It's a shame to have such a bad service in this lovely area. Ended up taking my parcel to Mount Pleasant and everything went well.

Wow never experienced such terrible service. Asking very simple questions about sending a package abroad. They seem to not care about service and everything seems a pain for them. They really must hate working there. very rude employees, both the male and female. I have experienced it way too many times now and often give it months in-between to see if it improves. However, it’s the same poor service for the last 3 years. Much prefer the post office by Holloway petrol station, even if it is a 20min walk for me, rather then a 2min walk to this horrible place. They will answer your question provide you with knowledge on the best ways to send your package they always look out for their customers. It also stays open later.

I have been going here for 7+ years and just cannot get over how rude and unhelpful they are at this branch. It doesn’t matter how nice you are, always the same impolite service. Not to talk about the overcharging. I was just reminded once again and will from now on walk the extra 15 min to Newington Green.

Literally the worst post office service I've ever had. The woman who works there is horrible. Save yourself some dignity and go elsewhere.

Disgusting service , awfully rude . The two workers have no clue what they’re doing and have no manners . They also take packages and money.

Extremely rude & unhelpful staff at the post office - told me that my parcels hadn't been delivered despite tracking showing that they had been delivered and ready for collection - after 15 minutes of arguing, they took another look in the back and miraculously found them - would avoid at all costs.

So lucky to still have a local post office in the area with amazing staff. The young lady who works there is always super helpful, quick, professional & gives great advice..I’ve never seen this kind of efficiency in the larger post offices, more so now due to more people sending so many items through their local post office. In addition her colleague is always knowledgeable too with other staff stepping in when it’s busy. Give these guys a break, they work hard!

Great service - friendly honest staff. I send around 10-20 parcels a week (so nearly 1000 a year!) and have always received a great service. Never had anything go missing and am always given proof of postage. We have to support local post offices like these if we don’t want to loose them and their services. TIP - always hang onto your postage receipt !!

Rude, miserable staff that have been around for years. Don't work in a service job if you lack basic customer service skills.

Rather unhelpful staff. Just a little effort to show more engagement with your costumers needs would massively improved your performance.

I’ve never had any issues with this post office and my parcels have always made it safely to their destination thus far (obviously this isn’t just down to the post office but Royal Mail more broadly). I’ve never experienced poor service from anyone working there - the staff at the post office counter are direct and efficient but certainly not rude, in my experience at least. They require customers to wear masks but unfortunately they don’t enforce it and the staff don’t always do so either, but the same goes for most shops in the area.

I use this post office most days. Excellent and efficient service. Can get very busy at times and you can see the staff are under pressure but they are always courteous and helpful.

Since we started working from home I've been using my local Highbury Park post office a lot. They're quick, efficient and best of all, open early and late - go to the main shop counter if the post office window is closed). Only downside is queuing outside if its raining, which it seems to be doing a lot of this month!

Brilliant service - always courteous and helpful. Today especially I arrived to post an urgent parcel just as they closed but they kindly processed my package so it will arrive tomorrow. Thank you!

I am so lucky to have such a lovely post office on my doorstep. As an avid Ebayer I am there most days posting parcels and have always had a wonderful experience. The young lady who works there is kind, helpful and efficient, as is the gentleman who I often see there too. They both know what they are doing and I know my items are in safe hands! Very happy to have this place a short walk from my house!

We have been very grateful for this local post office in the last year or so. It is always busy and despite the long queues the people who work here are always really helpful and knowledgeable. The queue moves quickly as there are two windows and staff all the time. Really happy with them

Brought a large package here last week. The man behind the counter was not polite, treated me like an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. Customer service skills are needed!
