Not satisfied with overall experience. Found this Physio through Facebook Marketplace ad. It offered a session for £29. First session was all about assessment and finding what issue is. Was a lady physio, forgot her name. She talked about next session being included in same price. When I went again, the meeting lasted just 10 minutes. She told that treatment needs 2 sessions each week, will last 6 weeks and will cost £540. Was surprised with the amount. It’s not how most physios work. Could have saved me a trip it she had told this in the first session itself. I have to leave work early for this meeting. Didn’t go for it, so can’t talk about effectiveness of treatment. She mentioned that my hand pain are not related to neck. But consulted some other physio, who said it’s because of neck issues and same diagnosis 1.5 years ago with another physio. I wouldn’t use this physio again. Didn’t cost me much but was waste of 2-3 hours. edit : lot of lies in their reply below. At the start of the second session I was told that it will cost £540 and whether I want to continue or not. When I said no, she cut the session. They lying that i left early. Why would I leave early if I already paid. And no option of paying for each session was given. Can't believe they stoop so such low levels by resorting to lies.

Strapped my shoulder for my first rugby match after an injury. Did just the trick, quality job. Kept most of the team held together - huge recommendation from me!

They don't have the courtesy of explaining where the venue is *properly* when you book (I found out about this on Facebook). No photos of the route in communication. As this is allegedly in an industrial estate, it's pretty important to be able to tell where you actually are. And as this is allegedly in the middle of an industrial estate, it's rather dangerous trying to get around. Would not recommend. Also, you get.put through to a different person every time.

Bought 10 sessions.. I couldn't attend the 7th sessions so I told them but I was told "as this is the second time that you have canceled your appointment. By canceling with less than 48 hours' notice, we will have to charge a total of £50, including the cancellation from your original appointment on July 8. In order for us to rebook your appointment, this amount needs to be paid. We can send you a Stripe invoice or give you a call to take a card payment over the phone." I don't think this is the right way to treat a customer who paid for the 10 sessions and couldn't attend 2 sessions.. so I just stop going there despite I had 1 more session left ( attended 7 sessions, cancelled last 2)and obvs they never contacted me again or ask me why I couldn't attend

Kyle was my physio and he was fab! I attended OYG physio as I had pain in my knee and within 3 sessions, I could already see an improvement. Kyle was professional, patient and encouraging. He had great knowledge behind the theory of my knee repair and would evaluate/reflect on each session ready for the next. I would happily attend again in the future as I am so pleased with my experience. Really recommend On your game! Thanks again :)

Exceptional rehabilitation over the course of several weeks for an exercise related injury I had been struggling with for months. Had the pleasure of working with Kyle who, on top of being already very knowledgeable, very clearly did a lot of extra research about the specific injury i was dealing with in order make sure we could rehabilitate it and get back to full health in the best way possible.

Had a neck issue that the team dealt with professionally and thoroughly. Haven't needed to go back since so very pleased with the outcome. Would recommend.

Olly has helped me massively in terms of understanding my shoulder injuries, rehabbing them and managing them during the season. He even produced an information video on stingers which was incredibly helpful! He keeps me going through the season (touch wood)!

I can't say enough positive things about the incredible work done by Joanie and her team at On Your Game Physio. They skillfully repaired my hand, shoulder, and lower back issues caused by rugby injuries over the years Their personalised approach, innovative techniques, and unwavering dedication made all the difference in my recovery. Tanya is an excellent physio. I came to OYG on recommendation from the gym at MYPT. I did 12 sessions with her, at first I thought it was too many but am glad I went to all of them and learned how to manage my disk injury and exercises to strengthen my back muscles. Tanya is friendly and professional, uses the latest research and I felt safe in her hands, she observed and advised on my form for different movements I usually do when I go to the gym and how I can prevent injury in future. She answered my questions with confidence and showed me images on screen of what’s happening to the spine under certain conditions and sensory points that affect them which was really interesting. I understand in my particular case that it is helpful to keep moving instead of not moving to aid the healing process. Definitely gained knowledge I will apply in future.

I came across On Your Game’s services in March via an Instagram Ad which offered a physiotherapy consultation and report of findings for a very reasonable price. This came at the perfect time as I had been experiencing increasing lower back pain whilst trying to perform certain exercises such as heavy hinge movements or direct abdominal work. As a Personal Trainer, experiencing pain whilst exercising is never ideal so I wanted to get the problem sorted as quickly as possible! Tanya conducted my initial assessment and found that I appeared to have an irritated disc. I then went on to have 12 physiotherapy sessions with Tanya over the course of 6 weeks where we worked on a number of things such as core engagement, posture correction, knee stability, unilateral strength and plyometrics. Since implementing the suggestions that Tanya has made into my routine I have been able to get back into training consistently whilst knowing how to avoid the onset of any soreness in that area. She understood the importance of me being able to be physically active due to the nature of my job and was determined to help me manage the problem I had effectively so I could get back to doing what I love to the best of my ability! I was genuinely kind of scared that I’d be told that I wouldn’t be allowed to do much until it gets better, but instead it was the complete opposite! We worked on getting me moving as much as I comfortably could throughout the whole process until the issue significantly improved! Many thanks to Tanya! If anyone I know has any problems in the future then I will happily refer them to her!

EDIT: TO WHOEVER IS MAKING FAKE ACCOUNTS AND GIVING JOANIE AND THE TEAM 1 STAR FAKE REVIEWS - YOU'RE ALL JUST JEALOUS LITTLE WEIRDOS AND SHOULD BE ASHAMED. BE PROUD THAT SOMEONE IS YOUNG AND FRESH INTO THE INDUSTRY AND IS PROVIDING SUCH A GOOD SERVICE, IT ONLY HELPS EVERYONE ON THE LONG RUN. BELIEVE THE REVIEWS NOT THE RATING!!! I went to Joanie after seeing a mutual friend's post on Instagram - it was mostly down to having an incredibly tight back which was translating to a fair amount of pain due to working from home. We started with online sessions because of covid, before an in-person visit when possible. Not only did Joanie do a fantastic job and left me good as new, I was hugely impressed with her knowledge and the experience she's gained in some very high profile roles. Honestly would recommend 10/10 for not just sports injuries, but also more general problems. She even managed to talk me into a bit of acupuncture which was amazing! Beyond that she's a lovely person to chat to, and the hour flew by (although one might argue that's actually a shame!). Will go back when needed for sure!

I ruptured my ACL playing rugby and originally went through the NHS for physio, however since switching over to On You Game I have seen such a huge progression. They have been extremely helpful and more importantly patient with my recovery. I am gaining strength and confidence with every session and making my way back to rugby. Couldn't ask for a better physio, knowledgeable and professional!

I found OnYourGame through a Facebook advert a few months ago and just thought I gave it a go with issues with my arm. Lucia was the one treated me and I have since then been convinced by her explanation and diagnoses as well as follow up practical advice and treatment. Two months on, issues with my arm has been managed very well and on top of that, she has also helped me with issues with my running leg. Definitely recommend her and OnYourGame.

After six months of lockdown had the effect of limiting the variety of activity I was doing, a house move triggered some serious knee pain. I turned to Joanie for help and, even with the challenges of working virtually, she was able to identify weaknesses and causes of the pain, and help me get back on track. What really made a difference to me was the constant obvious care shown to her patients, and ability to articulate not just what to do, but why to do it. I found this really helpful, and am happy to report that after a couple of months the knee was pain free, and 6+ months on from that its stronger than ever! Would recommend to anyone

Joanie’s just awesome. She definitely knows her stuff and is really friendly and easy to talk to, which makes the whole experience of getting things like trapped nerves, or back problems fixed, a whole lot nicer. She completely eased a trapped nerve I had a few months ago on the first visit, and her personality made me forget I was even in pain, until I remembered I was of course. Top marks and would highly recommend!

The On Your Game team have been quite extraordinary with the rehabilitation of my 88 year old mother following a fall which put her in hospital for several weeks. In addition to making arrangements to assess and treat her in the ward they followed up with visits at home, all of which contributed to a far speedier restoration of mobility than would have otherwise been the case. My mother and all the family are incredibly grateful for everything the OYG clinic has done and continues to do.

I would like to express my gratitude to Nat who I came to see about 3-4 weeks before I was to run the Brighton Marathon. I suffered an injury that was restricting my running and he quickly identified the problem. With his guidance and expertise I was running again within a week and was able to do final long run of 20 miles prior to Marathon !! I also would like to thank Lucia who stepped in whilst Nat was off, to continue my rehabilitation. To note I completed the Brighton Marathon last Sunday ( My first ever Marathon) in 4hrs 14 minutes . Thanks Guys for your professionalism .I would definitely recommend On Your Game and will use them again if the need arises ( Hopefully not though ! ) Cheers Danny

I have always played sport to a high level specifically rugby and been exposed to physios at various levels but they pale in comparison to the On Your Game physiotherapy clinic. On your game physio is one of the best clinics I’ve ever been to due to the care and attention the physios give you as a patient. The initial appointment got to the root of my issue and Joanie worked with me over a period of time to ensure I was at a better performance level before my injury. I came back stronger as a result and have Joanie and the On Your Game team to thank! Without their hard work I would still be struggling with an injury. I still check in for an appointment for maintenance purposes and still the attention to detail never changes. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone!

When I was training for a charity fight I ended up with an injury in my leg and my back. I had a few treatments with Joanie and she totally helped relax the muscles and I ended up feeling better and more strong and flexible than before I even had the injury. Since then I've used Joanie when I have severe back tightness and she always helps me out plus gives me fab effective exercises to do at home. As well as excellent treatment Joanie's service is also always so professional and her replied so quick and helpful. Thank you so much Joanie

I have been working with Joanie for many years now. I put a lot of stress on my body through endurance racing and seeing Joanie regularly helps to keep me injury free and allows me to do what I love. Joanie is professional, reliable and very knowledgeable! I couldn’t recommend her enough!

I have worked in sport and fitness for over 10 years and Joanie’s knowledge and service is the best I’ve experienced. She is passionate about helping people, listens thoroughly to what I think the issue is, politely corrects me and explains what’s actually going on and how she’s going to do to fix it and then does just that. Joanie has also ‘fixed’ many of my clients. Very highly recommended

After tearing my rotator cuff muscle 4 years ago I decided it was time to take control of my injury. I started off with having severe shoulder aches before and after exercising and sometimes during normal daily life. I first received my consultation where I met Nathanael and Joanie. Both of them were professional, down to earth, and friendly. I felt comfortable I was in the right hands. Nathanael dealt with me throughout my appointments and he is clearly competent and very knowledgeable. With his expertise I was back on the mend after roughly 6 sessions! All of the exercises he gave me were displayed clearly on an app for me to follow in the gym, which I thought was a brilliant way of remembering how to do the exercises recommended. Nathanael throughout appointments checked my form and kept me moving in the right direction. As a result I now have no aches in my shoulder and even sleep on the side of my previous injury. Overall I would recommend Anyone to use this service!
