2019
has
come
almost
to
an
end,
and
it
has
been
such
a
pleasure
to
look
after
our
local
community
in
Croydon.
We've
done
some
amazing
things:
we've
provided
7
link
workers
(at
no
profit)
to
the
NHS
to
link
community
services
with
medical
services.
We
were
2019
finalists
in
the
British
Medical
Journal
Awards
"Digital
Innovation
Team
of
the
Year".
We
were
finalists
in
the
Institute
of
Osteopathy
Awards.
We
won
a
grant
from
the
Osteopath
Foundation
to
run
the
first
Osteopathic
First
Contact
Practitioner
Pilot.
We
launched
our
own
Primary
Management
System
to
improve
the
administrative
side
of
our
business
(that
took
two
years
to
develop!).
We
filmed
over
500
exercises
to
help
our
patients.
We
provided
over
£6000
of
free
treatment
to
people
who
could
not
afford
it.
We
launched
an
innovation
fund
where
our
staff
could
access
funds
to
create
innovations
to
help
patients.
We
increased
training
provision
doing
live
CPD,
external
CPD
and
increased
training
for
our
team.
We
also
opened
up
our
new
clinic
at
Whitgift
School
5
days
per
week.
We
provided
placements
to
students
from
Kings
College
London
to
help
their
Degrees.
Did
we
get
it
right
all
the
time?
No.
But
we've
made
some
massive
progress
and
I
am
proud
to
be
in
Croydon
as
a
local
ethical
business.
And
with
all
that,
we
provided
an
amazing
care
for
the
local
people
of
Croydon,
in
their
thousands,
who
came
to
see
our
amazing
team
of
physiotherapists
and
osteopaths.
This
team
was
Niamh,
Kay,
Peter,
Steph,
Will,
Lucy,
Jess,
Jo,
and
Jon.
Backed
up
by
a
great
admin
team:
Mica,
Ashley,
Michaela,
Amy,
Shakeela
and
Raheela.
We
wish
you
a
good
Xmas
and
a
happy
new
year,
and
hope
to
see
you
in
2020.
