The girl at reception is EXTREMELY rude and arrogant. She has had this attitude everytime I visit. From what I observed she only behaves like way to NHS referred clients.

I hope my complaint will be heard and action will be taken, as someone with such attitude and lack of manners should not be in a role dealing with the general public.

Great clinic, lovely, relaxed environment to be treated in. I was treated with respect, care and dignity. I was given straightforward advice and exercises I could do at home. Tim made me feel comfortable and listened to my story so he could understand my situation as a whole. I would recommend Tim and team to anyone looking for quality physiotherapy, and trusted, non-salesy consultation. I often come across other people in the local area who also rate this clinic highly so it shows their standards are consistent. Thanks guys!

I have been going to Surrey Physio on and off for many years. I have always found the staff very welcoming, friendly and helpful. At the moment I'm seeing Helena who is amazing! She has helped me so much. I'm very grateful to her. I would definitely recommend!

2019 has come almost to an end, and it has been such a pleasure to look after our local community in Croydon. We've done some amazing things: we've provided 7 link workers (at no profit) to the NHS to link community services with medical services. We were 2019 finalists in the British Medical Journal Awards "Digital Innovation Team of the Year". We were finalists in the Institute of Osteopathy Awards. We won a grant from the Osteopath Foundation to run the first Osteopathic First Contact Practitioner Pilot. We launched our own Primary Management System to improve the administrative side of our business (that took two years to develop!). We filmed over 500 exercises to help our patients. We provided over £6000 of free treatment to people who could not afford it. We launched an innovation fund where our staff could access funds to create innovations to help patients. We increased training provision doing live CPD, external CPD and increased training for our team. We also opened up our new clinic at Whitgift School 5 days per week. We provided placements to students from Kings College London to help their Degrees. Did we get it right all the time? No. But we've made some massive progress and I am proud to be in Croydon as a local ethical business. And with all that, we provided an amazing care for the local people of Croydon, in their thousands, who came to see our amazing team of physiotherapists and osteopaths. This team was Niamh, Kay, Peter, Steph, Will, Lucy, Jess, Jo, and Jon. Backed up by a great admin team: Mica, Ashley, Michaela, Amy, Shakeela and Raheela. We wish you a good Xmas and a happy new year, and hope to see you in 2020. Tim Allardyce

Tried to find them for an appointment...twice. Some bus information on the website is wrong and states the 412 goes through west croydon bus station (it doesn't). I then got the 412 from somewhere else - unfortunately Croydon Physio don't advise which stop to get off at. I got off on Upper Selsdon Road where google maps told me the clinic was... I called reception and they told me it was around a ten min walk. I have autism and get lost easy. I was utterly fed up by this point and gave up. I wont be trying again.

I am writing this review as Tim Allardyce declined my offer of a ‘thank you gift’ to show my appreciation for what he has done for me! I had been suffering from sciatic pain for over ten years and no medical professional seemed to be able to help resolve it. I had been a client of Tim’s clinic for a number of years but I wasn’t getting the help I was hoping for from one of his physiotherapists. My husband, Kim, who is a client of Tim’s mentioned my problem to him in passing. Even though he had stopped accepting new clients years ago, he immediately offered to help. That was on 6th June 2022. I had acupuncture from Tim which helped to reduce the pain substantially although he knew that acupuncture is only for pain management. We really needed to get to the bottom of the cause of my pain. On 7th January 2023 he introduced/referred me to an orthopaedic consultant that he knew very well. 6 weeks ago (5th September 2023) I had a 2-level spinal decompression NHS operation and today I managed to gently walk 1.4 miles. (I couldn’t have managed even 50 yards before the operation!) Thank you, Tim and Mr Michael Kotrba, for returning to me a pain free and active lifestyle and I look forward to playing golf, lawn bowling, and walking and shopping with my husband. Thank you both from the bottom of my heart. Rowena Mitchell

Croydon Physio uses the Rehab My Patient software to support patients in an incredible way with digital exercise plans. They are a lovely team to work with.

I saw the team at Croydon/Surrey Physio originally on the NHS, but was so impressed with the care I got I switched to seeing them privately. Everyone at the clinic is lovely, from the secretaries to the physio team. I am really happy with the excellent service, and I’m recommending it to my friends. Thanks and keep doing what you are doing.

Great treatment, friendly and very professional - have used over the years for various work and sport related injuries (skiing and martial arts). Tim and his team show great enthusiasm in what they do, assessing your needs correctly, giving hands-on treatment, structuring a personal rehab program and giving good advice - and they have plenty of free parking so not far to hobble !!!

6 months after fracturing my radial head and I was making no progress with an NHS physio, so I looked elsewhere. The injury was stopping me hitting my training in the way I wanted and was really frustrating. I've been seeing a physio here for around 3 months and my recovery has more than doubled, I rarely notice the injury any more. After a consultation I really felt we were on the same page; I have since had exercise, targeted massage and ultrasound, plus several exercises to continue on my own. Absolutely brilliant service, I would recommend to anyone who needs a fast recovery from any injury.

I can't speak highly enough of this professional and caring clinic! I was in a lot of pain and a bit nervous when I went. My physio put me at ease and really took the time to help me understand what I had done to myself. I am pain-free and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thank you!

I've been referred to Croydon Physio by my consultant for a sever lower back & knee pain and I was told if this doesn't work, a Surgery will be needed. I never been to physio before, and I wasn't very optimistic this can lead to any progress however, I gave a go and initially saw a nice lady and then was seen by another gentleman (don't remember his name but I think he might be a Scotch – sorry mate, I’ve been coming for a long time now!) who kindly recommended seeing Peter (MY PETER) who was very nice, friendly, knowledgeable, chatty and it wasn't just about his skills which was amazing but the conversation. We always had an amazing conversation and always learnt something from him. I'm happy to say I no longer have any pain and I'm super pleased and extremely happy with the results and MASSIVE thanks to Peter. Abbie, from Reception was lovely and very warm, and always made me feel special and personalised. Great team, great service and most importantly, great results. Thanks a lot Croydon Physio and will strongly recommend you. Cheers Ahmed

Terrible. I called them to make an appointment but no-one ever answered the phone. I left a message but no-one called back. I enquired online but no-one ever got back to me. So all in all, a rubbish service!

So after getting my back blown out from a 10/10 bull of a man i need to click my back, back into place. I Came to this physiotherapy in search for some solace to my pain. Until i got my back blown out consensually by the physiotherapist. Ah what a night

A really relaxed and friendly clinic. I got a private appointment quickly and was seen by 2 different physios. Both were professional, friendly and great at their job. I was given simple exercises to do at home and recovered very quickly from an injury.

Croydon Physiotherapy were great from the start. It was quick and easy to make an appointment. They took the time to listen to my history and offered a multi step approach to healing. Tim always gives straight forward advice which you can trust. I even took my partner in for some sessions to improve his posture. The clinic was clean and bright with friendly staff. I couldn't recommend enough! Thank you.
