I truly appreciate Millie and her team for the most amazing flower arrangements they made for my work events, the flowers are exactly how I wanted it. Everyone is very friendly in the shop and the flowers are very fresh and beautiful. (Look at the pictures, isn’t that gorgeous) Thank you for the efforts:)

I've been in here twice now, and on both occasions have been charged considerably more than the price listed for the flowers. The only prices are in very small writing behind the counter, but judging on my two visits, you'd be lucky to get away with paying those prices. I thought it might be a mistake on the first occasion, but clearly not. It's a shame, as it's behaviour like this that encourages people to buy flowers in the big supermarkets instead of from independent florists. Hopefully this review might have some effect.

Ordered a small bouquet of roses and some chocolate truffles this morning at about 0750 (online) and they were delivered before noon. Pretty good on Valentine's Day. Nice bouquet and not overly priced. Recommended.

Stunning five star bouquet. If you know Appointment By Design based in London's Corinthia Hotel, then you'll know the quality and this is at half the price of Appointment By Design. Stunning hydrangeas, voluptuous orchids, heavenly scented stock -all positioned in a bouquet with glamour and flair by the lovely Daisy. Splash out on an accompanying box of their melt-in-the mouth. salted caramel chocs too. Having worked with the late Pavarotti as well as the film and entertainment industry, I know a good florist when I come across one. Maurice Hyde is definitely a number to keep for your Little Black Book.

I cannot recommend Maurice Hyde enough. Millie's customer service should get TEN STARS! I had a very unique request to put potatoes in a floral arrangement (crazy, I know!). Not only did Millie agree to it, she personally went to the market, bought potatoes, and created a gorgeous arrangement for an early morning delivery . Very happy customer!

Victoria the florist is always happy to oblige my requests whether it be birds of paradise flowers for a funeral bouquet, single sunflowers individually wrapped for random gift giving of kindness to wedding flowers. Unis, the Turkish owner, an absolute gentleman! Highly recommend the service.

Millie’s creation of bride and bridesmaid bouquets surpassed all our expectations and visions and looked stunning. The shape was exactly as requested. The colours and size were perfect. The detail of foliage was subtle but intrinsic to the overall effect. Millie listened and 100% understood the bride’s ideal bouquet designs and delivered her dream result. In this last year we have had to accept so many compromises and restrictions - but the Maurice Hyde team completely rose above that.

It's a very good place to buy flowers. I got some flowers for my mother in law. Her favorite colour is purple, and the girl did a beautiful purple bouquet. My mother in law loved her flowers. Thank you for your help, I will definitely come back to purchase again.

I ordered an arrangement to be sent to a loved one. I asked for a photo of the arrangement before it was delivered and when it was delivered. I had to send two emails before I received a poorly taken photo of the delivery. I could not even see the illegible note attached. Flowers are not cheap and the sentimental value attached to gifting and floral arrangement should be treated as a serious and sensitive service being offered. I sent an email and someone from the shop reached out explaining everything and addressed my concerns, which was greatly appreciated. It's important to give all customers a good experience from your service.
