balloon
arch,
which
in
itself
is
a
bit
expensive
but
I
do
not
mind
paying
a
bit
extra
to
support
local
businesses,
however
I
cannot
accept
the
disorganisation
and
rudeness.
We
booked
in
June
(over
one
month
in
advance
and
paid
by
card).
We
called
the
day
before
to
request
if
they
could
come
early
to
set
up.
To
our
surprise
they
told
us
we
hadn’t
booked!
I
insisted
we
had
yet
the
manager
was
being
extremely
difficult
and
told
the
shop
assistant
I
was
speaking
to
on
the
phone
to
hang
up
on
us
and
told
us
to
WhatsApp
him
only.
Once
I
showed
him
my
bank
statement
he
was
finally
agreed
to
come
but
was
extremely
rude,
telling
me
it
was
my
mistake
because
I
hadn’t
called
the
delivery
of
the
balloons
the
correct
type
of
delivery
(which
he
could
have
found
it
if
he
let
his
shop
assistant
actually
speak
to
me
on
the
phone).
On
the
day
itself
he
kept
telling
me
how
cheap
it
was
as
well
as
making
other
remarks
and
rude
comments.
Decoration
was
nice
albeit
I
would
definitely
shop
around
next
time
as
I
think
you
can
get
better
deals
out
there.
I
support
local
business,
however
I
could
never
recommend
this
shop
due
to
the
service…
forgot
our
booking,
didn’t
let
us
talk
to
them
on
the
phone
to
explain,
blamed
us
and
then
was
rude
on
the
day.

customers!
