Lovely experience, food was cooked to perfection and arrived quickly, service was great! Especially impressed with Olivia who went out of her way to give us a special dessert for the birthday girl, would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone!

Ordered on Uber eats food was stone cold when I got it and charged a service charge. For what? it was me that ordered it could understand if I was In your restaurant but that takes the mick considering all you have to do is make it and deliver it. Where does that incur a service charge?

5 Stars very friendly staff and very welcoming. They made my order really nice and properly cooked. I recommend this place if you like a variety of dishes.

Beautiful service all around from the staff one of my wife and I favourite Pizza chains. Yegee & Ula was ever so attentive and super professional a credit to the team, very accommodating with my wife food intolerance and many thanks to the manager too for being dedicated to their customers especially those of us with food allergies.

I've been here on 2 occasions, both have been fantastic. Staff are fabulous, truly great team. Food is of course great, as expected. Despite the fact this is part of a chain, this truly feels like an independent restaurant. Staff go above and beyond.

Great pizza express as we know it. Quite a large branch and staff are kind and polite. Little shame they forgot my roquito peppers on the pizza so instead of making it fresh, they just threw them on top cold.

Izzy has been amazing. Fabulous customer service. Always willing to help. A unique type of person with an excellent skill set to make customers want to return. What more could you ask for?

Of all the pizza express' I've been to in the UK, this is my new favourite location which is saying something because a week ago I couldn't point to Coulsdon on a map. I went in to have a quick bite to eat and ended up having a nice conversation with Megan while waiting for my food. She is an absolute sweetheart and just made the whole experience so very pleasant. Megan, thanks for the chat and hope you achieve what you want to - you are going to be great at it!

It was a pleasure to have Izzy Demi serve us at our sons 7th birthday party. The kids had a blast and the parents complemented on how well organised everything was and how much their child enjoyed. The service was top notch and Izzy and Demi made sure everything was covered. A sure winner for parents and kids alike. Highly recommended.

We recently had a fantastic pizza-making party for our daughter’s 6th birthday at the Coulsdon branch. A special thanks to Izzy our party-host who was lively, friendly and patient with the kids early on a Saturday morning! It was so nice to have the place to ourselves. Received lots of compliments from other parents on the concept of the pizza-making party! The two suggestions I would make are: please make it clear on the party description if you would prefer majority of parents to leave the store (but thank you again for accommodating us nonetheless) and background music! I did ask the chef but it never got played. The music during the games was fun though. A kids party was that really good value for money, thanks again!

Our daughter had her 7th birthday party here. The kids really enjoyed themselves. Izzy was our host, and she was great, and really enthusiastic. She led and controlled the party really well, and we didn't have to do anything.

The food here is always high quality. No matter how busy, the staff are always helpful ans incredibly friendly. The service here is great, making us come back time after time. This is a well managed and incredibly good team of staff are happy to help x

I recently visited Pizza Express in Coulsdon and had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional service. I was particularly impressed by a team member, a lovely lady with black hair. Her attentiveness and friendliness made my dining experience truly delightful. The pizza was delicious, but it was the outstanding service that left a lasting impression on me. I highly recommend visiting Pizza Express in Coulsdon for a memorable meal complemented by their wonderful team.

Demi was an amazing server! So lovely, wonderful food as well all hot and fresh and came out so quickly. We had a lovely time here and will return, hopefully seeing Demi!

Very disappointed. Rang ahead to check if we were able to come along with a small dog. The staff member said of course over the phone. We came in, sat down, the waitress brought over menus and even a bowl of water for the dog. 2 mins later the manager came over to say no dogs allowed. I explained that I rang ahead and was told yes over the phone. The manager went to check with the 2 waitresses, both denied all knowledge. The manager came back and said no one took the call (basically accusing me of lying?) Said we could have a table outside, but then we couldn't as they couldn't find keys to unlock the furniture. My 2 children started crying that they didn't want to go anywhere else. I asked for takeaway instead. Very appaled with the service to be honest. Considering that it was a staff member who gave incorrect information they could have made an allowance (guide dogs are allowed so not like no dogs are allowed on the premises). Instead, the manager wouldn't even let the dog come in for me to pay for takeaway, making my youg child stand outside with the dog alone while I paid.

A box of spinach for £11 It was supposed to be the goat cheese and beetroot salad. There were 2 little bits of goat cheese and a bit of beetroot. Quarter of a red onion to .It was terrible.

a lovely restaurant with plenty of seating. really friendly staff who are always happy to help. Good selection of pizza and pasta and a very reasonably priced kids menu.

Love this place, it’s decorated so nicely and feels warm and cosy. Food is delicious and they have such a wide menu that there’s bound to be something for everyone. Service is usually very quick and staff are lovely and welcoming and are happy to help with anything.

The staff at this Pizza Express were delightful, attentive and very polite, as usual! The food was good and the service efficient. Nice bunch of staff worth a visit!

We ordered pizzas for collection this evening for the first time from this pizza express and we were very impressed. Our pizzas are quite particular as we make numerous changes to them but nothing was too much trouble, they were very accommodating and the pizzas were perfect, thank you!!

We love going to Pizza Express in Coulsdon. The staff are all so friendly and attentive. They are great with our 3 young children (ages 1-5) The food is always yummy too. Special mention to Ula who is fantastic. There is a real lovely, friendly vibe in the restaurant.

Went for lunch with a friend. Even though it was busy the staff were attentive and the food came quickly. We payed online which was simple and fuss free. The waitress, Ula who served us was really friendly and helpful . Excellent service!

The Pizza Express staff are brilliant at Coulsdon. We have been in several times and each time have been so happy with the service from the staff - in particular Ula, who is goes above and beyond. She is absolutely amazing with children - our granddaughter loves her. So a big thank you to your lovely staff at Coulsdon. Keep up the good work. Oh, and the food is lovely too - we love the vegan options :-)

Demi and Izzy were our party hosts today for my daughter’s 8th birthday. All the children had a great time and it was great value for money too. Really happy with how the party was run today and my daughter had a wonderful time.

Today my husband and I celabreted our special date😍 and we had such an incredible evening! We had our beautiful pizzas on Romana base ! Just perfect 👌 we had a lovely conversation with emazingly friendly and professional waitres Ula ! The atmosphere was so great ! The manager of the restaurant is doing a wonderful work !
