5 stars for a 5 star experience! My son and I had appointments yesterday. They were booked by the very patient and lovely Shira. Dr. Semler saw us yesterday who was just, so kind and reassuring - and with brilliant adherence to COVID security! Candice replied promptly following a query and was very efficient ... and also lovely. Fabulous service, thank you all!

My family and I have used Edgcare many times and the team there are professional and knowledgeable. They listen and are kind as well. A special mention to Mark Semler who is the most wonderful doctor I have ever seen. He cares about his patients and is compassionate and non-judgemental. I feel like I have a family doctor again. Very COVID secure as well. You can wait in your car until your appt and you never feel rushed and are always listened to

This is an outstanding practice. Dr. Semler is one of the nicest and most attentive doctors you will ever meet. His team of staff, including Samantha, Natalie, Shira, Caroline and Candice are so polite and professional, and always go out of their way to make sure every patient’s needs are met. The clinic itself is spotless – I am yet to come across one cleaner.

The practice manager of Edgware was rude and spoke loudly to us.She even told us to go somewhere else and I refused because it was an urgent appointment and it wasn’t with her but with the nurse. The nurse was a nice person though. This incident left us disturbed.

My family has been a member of this incredible surgery since it opened. We have received the BEST care at every single appointment. Each receptionist is so helpful and kind doing everything to fit me in with success. Dr Semler is quite simply the most outstanding Dr. He truly cares about us, invests so much time and energy, he listens and his diagnosis is always well- thought out and explained. I have never ever trusted a Dr like I trust Dr Semler and feel so lucky that he is our family Dr. The service and care we receive is simply incredible. Tonight we met Dr Kaplan for the first time on the advice of Dr Semler. She was perfect for what my daughter needed her for. Thorough, wise, efficient, sensible and her experience shone through. I don’t write this lightly when I say how fortunate we are to be part of this exceptional practice.

The worst private gp practice we have been too. I took my daughter for urgent appointment on Sunday. They took the payment upon booking the appointment, and the appointment itself is only 20mins. We were told to wait outside with two very young children on a road that is extremely unsafe. For a Practice that charges extortionate amount foe a GP service, they made no facilities for waiting outside. We came 10mins early to the appointment since usually new patient needs to register first. The receptionist area was dismissive and blamed us for being early. If they didn't take our money in advance we would have avoided this place as soon as the receptionist was dismissive. Over and above, they were late and we waited for a long time OUTSIDE with our scheduled appointment had already past. I only gave one star to be able to write this message. If there was an option for no stars just to warn people. This would be no star GP practice.
