We are in the process of a move right in the middle of Christmas and as moves go the search was that bit more stressful with rental properties increasing after the pandemic it added to our stress. However both Sharon and Jemima, have been both professional, dilligent, calming and personable and added a real humane touch to the whole experience. I feel they have both gone the extra mile for us whilst remaining professional which I have never really experienced from any estate agents in all the moves I have been involved in. Likely the best and most conscientious service I've ever received from a business, let alone from an estate agent. What is usually one of the most stressful processes in life (apart from divorce, though fortunately I haven't had to go through this but if I ever do I would be tempted to hire Rochills as my solicitors!) was made to be easy - and genuinely enjoyable - by Marcel, Craig and the rest of the Rochills team. I spoke to numerous estate agents who I felt were trying to gain my business with generic pitches and overinflated what they could do/achieve with my property. Rochills took a completely different approach. It was honest, personable and tailored exactly to the current market and area. The negotiations with the buyers were dealt with expertly and competently, and all of this meant we received an offer of almost 10% over our asking price! They even provided specialist advice on all the details on the process from offer to completion. Rochills were great to work with. They were very professional and had excellent and regular communications primarily via a WhatsApp group chat with gentle reminders to ensure everything kept on track. They also did not hesitate to let us have a 2nd viewing of the property to show our immediate family where we have been interested. Their Estate agent is located in Walton on Thames town. I have been very disappointed with Rochils. There is not enough communication, I was renting an unfurnished property and on moving day got handed a part furnished property leaving us with no where for our current furniture. They gave extra keys for loft and storage which then they took away the day after. There were many many problems with the property which took them very long to fix. The list goes on… Too focused on the money and not about the property or tenants. Not professional and not enough communication between staff tenants and landlords.

Need to say a massive thanks to all at Rochills. Right from the first viewing to the end. As a first time buyer I was very nervous about the whole experience but they helped and explained everything! A big thanks to Craig who was always on the end of the phone and put up with my questions. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who asks
