Such a great park! Especially if you have children and a dog or dogs. There’s a place for the children to play- and grass area right by it for you to be with your pup. Please do everyone a favor And bring puppy poop bags just in case. There are also benches and picnic tables around for you to eat and or sit and watch.

Wow! Such a gem of a park we had a few hours to use up in the palm desert area when we were traveling through and wanted to stop at at playground for the kids. We found that here and so much more. The scenery is beautiful. There is lots of shade and lots of things to do. Our hotel for the evening was close to this park, but I would definitely drive out of the way if we were in palm desert to come back. Only complaint is that the bathrooms are far from the playground but still pretty close.

Well planned, well lit, well maintained. Amphitheater, full scale replica stone desert house from yesteryear. Real grass. Exquisite RM. Creme de la creme. Raquet, tennis, basketball. Bbq's and picnic tables. Adult work out stations.

Kids loved this place. Very nice and clean community park, with various playground equipments and very friendly and sociable people. The playground has a metal fire truck for kids to pretend play with. The park has port amenities available too for tennis, basketball and other team sports. Definitely recommend this park if you are visiting Palm Desert or around.

I've been going to this park since high school. It was quite Bland and not for kids even though they had a tiny playground tucked in the back. They redid the park and it is beyond amazing! They have an area for kids and it's about four or five times the size of what it used to be! The basketball courts are still there and the vast amount of grass. They have tennis courts still in the bathroom stay clean. We visit this park more than any other park now and are not worried about the drive. It is very quiet and quite some nice views around!

Incredibly clean! This is another favorite spot to take children. Landscapers were trimming and cleaning up while we were there. A police SUV was parked for a while which made me feel safe. The restrooms are clean, but there were cars parked in from with individuals sitting alone. Otherwise, this is a nice place for families.

Certified Farmers Market every Friday was amazing. So many great vendors! Don't miss it!

This park has ambience, shade tree, grass and historical sites. A tribute to our veterans all within the park. A large sound stage with stadium seating. Very clean and inviting. Take a stroll or just have a picnic.

Nice park, but BEWARE of coyotes. One stalked me and my two small dogs this morning. Didn’t see him until he was 10 yards away. I yelled at him, but that didn’t phase him. Throw a large rock at him and he slowly walked away.

Have to say for someone who isn't from the Coachella valley this is my favorite park to go to when I just want to sit and think and come back to earth.

I like the playground and not trying to talk bad but the ppl wasn't that welcoming. My daughter loves to meet ppl and says hi to everyone and start playing with kids but she notice no child wanted to play with her. She really has a wonderful attitude that she notice it and just ask me to play with her with a smile. She's only 3 yrs old and I just cry cause how positive she is and I told her that she's a very beautiful and wonderful little girl and that I love her soo much.

Very clean. Beautifully creative. Not crowded. I felt safe being there. There are several tables available near the playground. Handy workout stations. Restrooms are far from the playground tho.

Great park for all ages to play and climb. There was also the local Friday market which provided nice music and food to top it off.

This cool park is located along the wash way right off 111 and Bob Hope. There are nice walking paths with great swing sets and slides for the kids. A basketball court and tennis courts are there as well. An outdoor amphitheatre is located here too. In the fall the park is home to the local farmers market! Ample parking and I would say this park is one of the best in the CV!

Large playground with structures for 2-5 and 5-12 year olds. Cool old fire truck structure that my kids love, but it gets blazing in the sun. Really nice green space. Bathrooms, tennis courts, basketball courts, exercise machines, nice walking paths. Love this park, we come out every time we’re in town
