Wow, I’ve never felt so inclined to review a bike rental company, but my experience was so good I had to share! I came in with a group of 7 for a bachelorette party and we were greeted with such warmth and professionalism. We all had a different fun colored bike in no time, and were given a clear map of all of the fun routes in the area. The bikes were in flawless condition as well, which is hard to come by. Thank you so much for making our day easy and unforgettable!

I've taken my electric bike to BIKE several times and the service is great, the guys are friendly, and the bike mechanic, Dillon (not sure if that's the correct spelling) went above and beyond my requested repairs. Even though he had several bikes to repair that day, he took the time to correct something that would cause issues in the future. I wouldn't consider taking my bike to any other place. Oh, and I got my bike back in 4 hours!

Loved this place with lot of bike options including for kids. They have helmets as well for free. All the equipment is thoroughly sanitized and super clean. They gave a cool bike map that leads to posh Palm Springs neighborhoods. Great views. If you are in Palm Springs, this bike rental is a must.

I was introduced to this company while living in Palm Springs and a company I worked for utilized their services for a Pride Parade. Each time I go back for a visit roughly five or six times I always rent a bike from them to enjoy the beautiful atmosphere Palm Springs offers. The staff is very courteous and go above and beyond to ensure my time spent in the city is enjoying the mid century modern city. They even inform me of cool new places I may not know about that would offer an amazing ride! Thanks to your team I keep coming back! 😊

Great bike tour through picturesque neighborhoods on the way to Indian Canyon. The canyon is gorgeous. Our guide was Kolin, who was excellent and super knowledgeable about all things Palm Springs. So much fun!

Great experience! Rented two bikes for a full day and my only regret was not doing that earlier in our vacation! We followed the maps provided to explore the Colorful Door Houses, Moorten Botanical Garden, shopping district, and meals along the way to and from our hotel. At $35/full day (includes bike lock, helmet, and fitting), you can’t go wrong! Will definitely return next time we visit Palm Springs!

Tony and his crew are AMAZING people. I own a business down the street and my Family was visiting Palm Springs and wanted to do a bike tour. Tony hooked them up and they had such a great time exploring Palm Springs on the cute colorful bikes! It really is the BEST way to explore our beautiful resort city, as you get to make stops at all the gorgeous houses, allowing great moments for memorable pictures! The bikes are well equipped, SAFE and FUN. Definitely a MUST-DO when visiting Palm Springs.

We recently visited Palm Springs and booked a bike tour with Bike Palm Springs. Our docent, J.R., was excellent and knowledgeable. We enjoyed her commentary about the architecture and celebrity homes. This tour is a lovely way to see the mid-century modern homes.

BIKE Palm Springs provided a bike for my Tour de Palm Springs experience. Tony and his team are the BEST!...from the on-line reservation to talking with him personally to advise about the ride to installing my personal saddle. I cannot recommend him more highly. Thanks BIKE Palm Springs!

Ben was a fantastic tour guide with knowledge of all things Coachella Valley and beyond. It was a low hassle experience and learned a lot while enjoying the outdoors. We did the earthquake downhill bike ride which was a leisurely scenic ride with great views and even saw some wildlife (Hawk catching a snake). Would recommend for anyone wanting to be a little active but see and learn a lot!

We would like to thank you for the best bike rental experience ever. Please if your in town just rent from these kind folks. Rad power bikes and maps and you are on your way. No other company can even compete. These are the best folks and customer service that might be the best ever. Kevin and Leslie Aspen Colorado

Palm Springs rentals was fantastic! The staff were not only knowledgable with their bikes and what to recommend, but also flexible in terms of their offerings, prioritize safety, and their bikes are in a great shape!

It was a great experience renting from this place. Got there before they closed and had the best service possible. They told me I could rent the bike until the next day only for a few dollars more. Ended riding 23 miles all around the city. They also have a good variety of bikes, from cruisers to city to road bikes. Every single staff member was incredibly helpful and nice! I will be renting again from them

We rented some electric bikes to sightsee around Palm Springs. The bikes were amazing: tons of power and great breaks. We appreciated that they provided us with everything we needed: bike locks, helmets, maps, advice on where to go. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Would visit again!

We rented two bikes here, we just went in without a reservation. Everything has worked great. The bikes are like new and very well maintained, they offer very nice service. Free of charge in addition there are helmets that are disinfected after each use. They also offered us a free water, there was free parking right by the store. In addition, there is also a map that shows possible routes and highlights. Absolutely recommendable.

Biking was our only mode of transportation in Palm Springs after our traveling companions left a couple days before us. Luckily, our VRBO host let us use his bikes one day but unfortunately, my husband had a run-in with a Goat's Head Thorn about 2/3 of our way home. Because we had talked with Rocky earlier in our trip our immediate thought was to walk the bike to BIKE Palm Springs Rental to see if they could help us. It was just 30 minutes before closing time but Tony invited us in and quickly replaced our punctured tire. He was very friendly and kind and, after a rough morning, talking with him lifted our spirits. We are grateful for his help and for his kindness and positive outlook. I would recommend this shop and its team leaders to anyone who has questions about rentals, tours and repairs.

I’m in from out of town and my sons stroller got a flat tire early this morning from running over a goat thorn; they liter the streets and sidewalks of Palm Springs. Being Sunday and most bike shops being closed, “BIKE Palm Springs” saved the day!!! Called them and was assisted by the very helpful and knowledgeable staff at “BIKE Palm Springs.” Brought the stroller in and the staff removed the thorn, replaced my punctured tire tube with a new one, marked the puncture hole on the old tube and provided me with a patch kit so I could fix it and have a spare. They also checked all my other tiers and filled them with air. The staff was able to service me in about 15 minutes and my sons stroller was handling great. “BIKE Palm Springs” saved the day and my vacation, much appreciated and HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR CYCLISTS AND TO ALL THOSE OTHER PARENTS OUT THERE!!

We took our bikes in for service and Dylan had them all tuned up within 2 hours. He is a skilled technician and our bikes now ride like new. Highly recommend this place for service/repair, and also for rentals. The staff is super friendly. Thank you!

We have rented from here multiple times and it's always the best!! The staff are super nice and helpful. The bikes are reliable. They go over an overview of how to use the bike and best place to visit on your bike! They all make sure it is the best experience! Would recommend to everyone!!

It was our first time to Palm Springs and wanted to do a little bike ride. We didn't know it was off season and that they close at noon. The guy was really nice and worked with us to let us return a bit after they closed and met with us, he was super kind and helpful! Def recommend, next time we will be getting the e-bikes though as we are not used to elevating streets lol
