Beautiful atmosphere, cozy and comfortable seating. The staff and food were both amazing. My husband and I will definitely be back.

This eat-in/take-away restaurant just opened Friday 12/9/22 and is offering a soft menu this week and plans to have their full menu available next week 12/19/22. This is a nice South African fare needed for this area of Columbia Maryland/Ellicott City south of US 40. Had the Yuka fries and chicken with rice. The fries were good with two sauces to go with it. The chicken had a good flavor alone and the mild spice on the chicken was also tasty. The staff was extremely friendly. I wish them well in their new endeavor. Can't wait to try their full menu once available.

Went to Tribos Peri Peri Ellicott City today and absolutely loved it! We got the crispy chicken sandwich (extra hot spicy level). The portion was big, and the taste was delicious. They left us two huge bottles of sauce. They also had complementary chicken soup. The place was clean and pretty; the staff was super nice. Big Zabiha halal sign on the door. 10/10 would recommend.

Excellent food,Highly recommend there chicken and lamb items. Especially loved their new dessert addition to the menu Tres Leches cake and Brownie Ala mode. Just fell in love with Trea Leches cake. I am not a desert person but this is the best desert I had so far. Thanks for opening it up around this area.

Ordered Tribos after a long list of people who recommended it. Our order consisted of the usual which we order from Peri Peri i.e Chicken Crispy Sandwich and two leg n Thigh with Rice. Ordered via Ubereats and the service was very swift with perfect condition delivery. However upon tasting the food, our expectations went really down the slope. Crispy chicken sandwich was everything which it shouldn’t be. Hardly any battered chicken fillet in a Ciabatta(or a similar looking) Bread with a tomato??? Absolutely ruining the appetite. The bread was breaking into pieces even when holding the burger in our hands. It fell apart after one or two bites. The leg n Thigh rice bowl was small. I have seen bigger protein pieces then this in Nandos or other similar joints. However the taste was good so 2 stars for that. Not sure if it was my bad day or the Sandwich’s.

Really enjoyed Tribos - I haven't been the biggest fan of Peri Peri in the past but Tribos is quickly changing my mind - the chicken was tender and well seasoned, the sauce was excellent and they allow you to customize the spice level as well. Highly recommend the Peri fries, and although we did takeout, the interior of the restaurant is lovely. For a final selling point, the staff was SO friendly and helpful. Definitely will be back!

Disappointed by their sandwiches, One time over cooked and uneatable, 2nd time extra dry and huge, Too much tasteless bread and chicken, Sauce was coming out of the package Reply: I asked you to make a small sandwich which tastes good but instead you made me another huge sandwich with lots of dry chicken, Your bread looks different than the one online and that made me upset, your other chicken was also too much and tasteless, Please take my review as a proper critique review not as a waste of time, I feel like you should change your bread and make smaller chicken sandwichs which are soft and tasty. We are not living in a famineated country, We eat out because we want something different which tastes better that's all

I have never been to a Tribos before. I went for the first time recently and was pretty amazed by the variety of offerings they had there. We ordered a ton of items to try. We were pretty disappointed with the temperature of their signature dishes like the chicken/ lamb and rice. They were cold. The flavors were great though. The falafel was also good. The fried Mac and cheese was kraft and we did not enjoy that. The fries were great and crispy. The mixed olives were plain and seemed straight out of a jar, no seasoning or oils. The paneer appetizer was okay. The jalapeno poppers were good and very hot. Maybe our experience would have been better if our food came out as it was ready. I would probably not try this place again.
