Actually fair. New guy's first day on the job. Understandably learning on the job. Failed to properly scan QR codes from my phone though nor understand the concept of gift certificates. That's a significant minus

Literally been calling to place a cantering order for the last HOUR AND A HALF and no answer. No voicemail, continuously ringing and then just hangs up. Same number I called before for a similar circumstance and got an answer right away and spoke to a nice young lady. It's Literally a Tuesday afternoon, why is the phones not being answered. Insane, lost money. Hope that conversation you were having in the mall with your friends and coworkers was that important because the 30 people at my job ready to order for our meeting and myself are moving on. Ashame.

It's all TASTE worth it !! It's the love of Cinnabon, that has a flavor like no other cinnamon buns in this world ! The owners are very nice people, service with a 😁.

At this establishment they served stale churros. They didn’t give back my money after the complaint.

Unpleasant flavor, the strawberry and coffee milkshake is pure ice/water (I had ordered chocolate) Such a well-known brand and they come out with this! The cinnamon roll is tough! Very disappointed! I'm sorry but I really didn't expect this from this brand! I ordered through DoorDash, it was very expensive and not being able to enjoy it is a shame!
