I’ve been going to sky dental for the past two years and they have completely changed my perception and experience at a dental office in the best way possible. Every part of the operation (front desk, customer service, billing, etc) is stellar. The dentists are incredible at what they do, but what’s even better is how personable and attentive the hygienists are, especially Tiffany! I had the best cleaning with her and always leave in the best spirits.

Very clear communication and transparent co-pay and treatment plan mapped out. I haven't been back to the dentist since the pandemic, and the entire experience made me more confident and comfortable returning to the dentist after a long absence.

Sky Dental is an amazing dental office. It has a lively atmosphere and the service is impeccable. There's no extreme wait times for your appointment, it's either on time or just a brief 5 min wait. The staff are really nice and friendly. They addressed my concerns and even filled me in on everything that was going on in my cleaning. My teeth haven't been this well taken cared of in years! They really take care of you and even recommend products you can use to solve your toothcare needs.

Best dental care my daughter received ever. Amazing staff!!!! I was late because I’m not from the city and there was a lot of construction in the area. This dentist office makes me feel so well informed and safe. I hadn't been to a dentist in years because of snarky comments and just feeling like I was in someone's basement being tortured. This dentist office is so bright and clean and everyone is friendly. Also they have a bunch of accommodations to make your experience so much better. I ask for a blanket every time I go. It was a very early appt , the staff was lovely and very professional. I was only there for a cleaning and check up, but it was very thorough, they took X-rays but also new scans that I’ve never seen before, and I appreciate not having products or services pushed on us. Dr. Wang is an excellent dentist and made going to the dentist a much more enjoyable experience. She explained everything in detail and did a great job with my filling.

During the actual appointment Fanny, Elma, and Dr. Newman were all extremely attentive, thorough and patient. I was very impressed with the white glove service and the technology used during my check up. I also appreciate the fact that I wasn’t met with a grand bill in the end; any extra cost or additional service were communicated to me, and I was given the option of planning for it. The front desk assistants who checked me out were also very kind and helpful, and again booked my follow up appointment with ease. Just had my first appointment at SkyDental, and it was the most seamless experience I’ve ever had at the dentist! It was extremely convenient to book a weekend appointment, and a very easy to find location in FiDi. I accidentally arrived 30 minutes early, and their team graciously saw me early. I recently had a fantastic experience at this dental office. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the reception staff were friendly and efficient. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, which immediately put me at ease. My only critique pertains to their handling of the X-rays. When I arrived at the examination room, a staff member promptly took the initial two X-rays required. However, about five minutes later, the assistant entered and mentioned that they needed to retake the X-rays because the initial ones were deemed incorrect. Their explanation was that there may have been some slight movement on my part, but I was particularly careful during the procedure to ensure accuracy. I have a strong aversion to X-rays and wanted to ensure they were done correctly the first time. Ultimately, it turned out that an additional X-ray wasn't actually necessary. Overall, I left the office feeling not only with a cleaner and healthier smile but also with the confidence that I had received top-notch care. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone in search of a professional, friendly, and skilled team for their dental needs
