I set up an appointment for some dental work and was scheduled within the week for an evaluation. I had a few questions involving insurance and payment options, which the secretary was very helpful with. She was pleasant and knowledgeable. During my visit, the staff was polite, my problems were listened to, and the dentist (Dr. Lamb) was informative with the procedures I will be receiving in the near future. For once, I’m looking forward to getting my dental health back on track. **Update** Had a root canal done a week ago. It took about an hour. So far so good! I’ll be heading back in a few weeks to get crowns built and put on.

Dr. Holmes was amazing. Explained the details of my issue very well and was transparent and informative about what to expect going forward. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Their facilities are second to none in this area or anywhere else I’ve ever been to.

I'd give more stars if there was an option to do so. Dr. Holmes was incredibly kind, gentle and professional. He explained everything as he was doing it and helped me make a plan I felt confident in and comfortable with to get my dental health back on track. His assistant Tiffany was also super sweet and helpful and they worked very well as a team. The staff at the desk were lovely too and do a great job at making you feel welcome. Beautiful and clean office. Best experience I have ever had at a dentist hands down. Very grateful for the team at Valley View.

Munching on Doritos at the Bills/Dolphins game Sunday and I broke part of my top back molar right off! I called Valley View Dental located in Allegany, NY And immediately scheduled an appointment. Dr. Caleb Holmes is my dentist. Good news was he could fix my broken tooth, but I would need a crown. Well…I had a crown 20 years ago and it was a nightmare from another dentist. I was skeptical at first, but Dr.Holmes said he would make my tooth crown right there in-house at their dental clinic. Within an hour I was out the door and smiling every step of the way! It didn’t hurt AT ALL!! Believe me I am petrified of needles; and it never even hurt to get novicane, let alone the drilling or crown placement. NO PAIN at all!! It’s now evening and the numbness has worn off and absolutely no pain. No reaction to heat or cold to the tooth. The entire staff at Valley View are awesome. My dentist Dr. Caleb Holmes is the utmost top notch professional! Highly recommend! I won’t go anywhere else! He’s the best by far.

I have never had a bad experience at Valley View Dental. Going to the dentist has never been my favorite, but since I've been going to Valley View, I really can't remember why! Love all of the staff. I recommend Valley View to everyone- best experiences I've ever had at the dentist! 😁
