We had such a bad experience in this hotel that could almost compromised our entire trip. We had an issue every single day. First with the shower, that used to have an awkward water drop where the temperature was always too hot or too cold. They promptly helped us switching the shower to a brand new one and fixing the temperature. Next day they have had a blackout so they ran out of hot water, which we had to wait for about 2 hours to have a properly shower with hot water. In the next night, we reached back the hotel after a night spend out just to find that air conditioning was not working properly, just ventilating, not chilling. Staff was very kind and warm on helping us in all cases we could tell them. Hotel seems to be in need of a whole refurbishment as everything seems to be very old and antique. The parking area was big, but hotel was so crowd that lots of other guests don't park very well as each parking space was not well marked. I am more a hostel person so it is hard to let me down on a hotel, but this one made it.

Don't get fooled by the nice room fotos on the website, outrageous place. When we got to our room ac was super noisy and not actually working, nor of us is big but was hard to turn in the shower, so small. After we went to reception we were changed to a room opposite to the lift which means was super noisy, Ac was still not really working, and later on we discovered that the loo has a crack and was leaking(so disgusting), the bath has multiple cracks and was full of mould, the bath stopper was sharpie, no much water pressure in the shower.... Location is pretty convenient For breakfast u will have plenty of sweet options, not that much of savouries Staff from the coffee were very kind... no like some from the reception Not a pleasant stay for the priced payed. Avoid this place

Huge hotel, at the edge of the old center of Lecce. Convenient as you can leave your car at the free car park and explore the city by foot. As the hotel is also a convention center, the lobby area is always pretty busy and hotel guests are just part of the crowd. Check-in & -out was carried out by the staff in a mechanical way. Breakfast is a mass event and the continuous struggle to re-fill the food clearly affects the mood of the hotel employees. What you can get, is good of quality and despite the crowd, the bright breakfast area is pleasant to sit. Our room was in comparison with the rest of the hotel very modern and the large window overlooking the swimming pool was a nice feature. We did like the hotel as we don’t mind the lack of a personal touch. If you are more a B&B type of person : look for something smaller.

I booked a double room for a single person, but the room I got was not large and had one single bed in it. The only available power plug was far from the bed. The bathroom was not perfectly clean. The swimming pool and spa were closed. On the plus side, breakfast was good. All in all, the quality of the service was not nearly good enough for the price they ask.

This hotel needs renovations, it has aged badly and does not deserve four stars

It has its charm, but this is not how a 4 star hotel is supposed to look like in 2023. Swimming pool rules (i.e. mandatory caps) is just a joke - ask pigeons who contaminate water to wear them.

We got here in the middle of the nigjt because of a canceled flight on the Brindisi airport. The staff was very helpful and managed to give us a (incredibly large) family room so we didn't have to split up with our two young children. They also allowed us for late check out, so the children could get some extra sleep and we could spend some time near the pool while we were waiting for our next flight. Overall, I think this once must have been a very nice and luxury hotel, but I'm afraid it's starting to get a bit outdated. This is what we would call "vergane glorie" in Dutch. I really hope they will invest some serious money in renovation, and then it could become a really nice place again.

We stayed at grand Hotel tiziano for 3 nights. Yes, it is outdated and it must have been a great luxury hotel in its glory years! For sure. But it is an excellent value for money. The location is perfect. The room is large, clean and has all amenities (maybe a kettle would be great). The pool area is nice and clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

Our superior room bathroom is disgraceful. Clearly not fit for habitation. Bath/shower tap hanging off the wall, can't unplug the bath plug, no shower screen.. toilet brush holder is hanging off the wall, with only 1 screw thread still holding it onto the wall. We have 4 people in our room and only 1 can shower because the bath fills up and up. It will flood the bathroom eventually and you don't want to stand in dirty bath water! They won't change our room because they are "full". The view from the room is poor. The superior rooms are large but the TV Sky channels are scrambled. Why!? It's in not based in the best position in the town but close to the bus exchange. My advice is to look elsewhere for a hotel, this is not worthy of a 4 star hotel.

One of the local supermarkets belonging to the Despar chain. Has everything you need as a tourist renting an apartment. The shop is located right downtown on the main thoroughfare and one can't miss it. Credit cards are accepted.

Nice hotel. Prices are excellent, restaurants aren't bad if you can find something you like on it. Breakfast is free. Close to historical sights and not far from the city center of Lecce. That's where the fun is. I liked my stay I would definitely come back.

When I visited last year, I gave this place 3 stars. Now, exactly a year later, the grade is down by one star. My room was in the oldest part, and while I had no problems with bugs, the room felt really dated and run down. On my arrival, the air conditioner wasn't working ( although this was fixed the next day). The carpets were dirty, the television set buggy, and there was only one outlet adapter for grounded connectors, giving me a choice of charging my laptop or being able to switch on the floor lamp. The staff in the reception are friendly and helpful, but the waiters in the in-house restaurant are extremely arrogant and rude. (And the food is not worth the money!) I certainly will not stay here again, if I can help it!

Clean enough and the reception staff were friendly and helpful; however, the room was very basic and the matress quite hard. Breakfast was the main complaint. They ran out of things like teabags and there didn't seem to be any staff replacing things or clearing tables. (Only one clear available at 8 o'clock.) The orange juice machine produced a pale yellow watet on both mornings. The evening meal wad quite good.

🫤 this is how a 12 euros burger looks like. a piece of meat in between 2 buns of bread with some uncooked bacon on it. the meat however was very good but the burger itself is one of the worst I had in my entire life. the rest of the food we ordered was also quite bad but the burger was just terrible....
