I rarely write reviews, but having just returned from Goa I felt inclined to write a review for the Zumbrai Beach Shack. My wife and I visited this shack on the recommendation of my in-laws, and they were not wrong. This shack is the best place on Benaulim Beach which we went to, and we visited a total of 5. The owner, Jessica, is engaging, helpful and lovely...she made visiting a pleasure, and was generally great as were all of the staff. The food is superb, and I would recommend the masala omelette and chai for breakfast. The beach there is fantastic anyway, so you can easily pass the days at the shack swimming, and lounging and eating all day which is what we did. She serves fresh fruit....mangoes, coconuts etc....very good! I would also highly recommend the Haldi Red Snapper, and the masala prawns. I really can't agree with some of the other short reviews left regarding the food....Jessica's food is exceptional, and the shack is fantastic...this is also reflected in the fact that you won't see any other fully packed out shacks on this stretch. I will definitely be going back with my wife. Thank you Jessica and Team...you made our holiday.

Always love this place , the owners makes this place feel home. Food specially the fish and crabs are on reasonable rates.. A place to visit when ur in goa. Cheers to zumbrai

Place ambiance is typical, nothing special... but food was really good. Staff was very nice and friendly. The below are the dish we ordered Lobster with garlic butter - 4/5 Prawns biryani - 5/5 Chicken cafrel- 4/5 Chappati - 5/5 could eat them alone The topping on it was their rates... very reasonable.

Fanstic food and at a great price. We were staying at the Taj Exotica and made the short walk almost every lunchtime to eat here - well worth it.

Great garlic red snapper

Delicious food. Such a simple yet exquisite experience. Jessica and Ravi serve you with such humility that you’ll come back just for the service. Will definitely recommend this shack.

Great food. This place is a few minutes walking distance on the beach from Taj Exotica on benaulim beach. Our favourite is Red Snapper cooked in recheado sauce. This place is quite popular among western tourists. The couple who runs it does so with their heart. We have even tried their breakfast and found it quite good. Breakfast starts at 8:30.

One of the quite and not so crowded beach of South Goa. Shacks are few not too many. Good experience with food and place.

Must try- Keema with mash potatoes. Very calm beach side set up, this place is a gem.
