Great service and knowledge. I have a rotator cuff injury and had it seen to by physician. Great manner and also bought some heat bags for the family which work well and are good value. I’m coming back for some more appointments so will write another review next month.

I have foot tingling issues that are uncomfortable and a concern. The medical term is unspecific peripheral neuropathy. However, after a couple of ‘foot stimulation therapy’ sessions with Jarryd I noticed an improvement in sensitivity which I hadn’t felt in years. My particular case is specific to me and I realise that ‘it’s a process’ but I’m prepared to continue with this therapy to improve my condition. Thank you Jarryd.

For 5 months, I'd been suffering excruciating sciatic pain, a debilitating electric pain from lower spine across to hip and down one leg. I had 4 chiro sessions, then 2 sessions with my (to date) miracle worker masseur... all to no effect. I thought I might be headed for surgery, but thought I'd have one last shot at a less invasive solution. I am so lucky and thrilled to have found Jarryd at Health First. After 3 sessions of physical therapy and dry needling, I am pain free. I am now a dry needling convert, and I wish I'd given it a go when I had frozen shoulders. Jarryd is a very calm, pleasant and kind person, who never makes you feel he's in a rush, is always on time, and is committed to solving your pain problem. Meegan on reception is also warm and friendly. It's just a nice place to go... especially when your chronic pain is sent packing! Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed.

Sujatha is an amazing Physiotherapist. I have seen a few over the years and none were as professional, friendly, welcoming AND knowledgeable and skillfull. I felt totally taken care of and had walked into the appointment in pain and walked out of my appointment with relief . The receptionist was also lovely and efficient. The booking process is very convenient, as is the location and the fact that I was able to make a last minute appointment when I needed it the most. Coming into Christmas I was worried I wouldn’t be able to get in anywhere but they were very accommodating. Overall I highly recommend.
