The infrared sauna here was a great experience. Relaxing & soothing - perfect for some me time in this colder weather. Love that there’s a shower in the same room so you can just hop in after the sauna. Bluetooth connectivity meant I could put music on in the sauna too. Also loved the cosy & peaceful lounge area where I could treat myself to a warm cuppa after my sauna!

I love going to Clear Mind Studio's classes. I try to attend as many yoga and pilates classes possible which is very easy and flexible thanks to the studio's packages. The studio is situated on Beaufort street and it's very easy to reach. Inside, the atmosphere is calm and relaxed. I enjoy spending some time in the relax area after the morning classes.

I've never had a salt pool experience before and decided to take the opportunity while a friend was visiting from Melbourne. I am really pleased I went the service and ambience was inviting and I will be back again soon. Thank you so much

My husband gifted me a $80 p/m Clear Mind Studio membership which has been incredible during my pregnancy! It includes a choice of Float/Massage/Ice Bath/Sauna plus 3 Yoga/Pilates classes a month plus a 25% discount on additional services or classes. It’s been well worth it for the one treatment alone! Being as uncomfortable as it gets in pregnancy, this has been something relaxing to look forward to at least once a week! I would recommend a membership for any pregnant woman. The massage was incredible and I fell asleep quite a few times. I also have been suffering with insomnia and yesterday had my first float session and I actually got a full nights sleep! Thanks to the team at Clear Mind!

I’ve come here for an ice bath & sauna session twice now & love it! This is the best place to come to relax & recharge. The staff are lovely & the lounge area is beautiful to sit in after each session to unwind & sip on the yummy teas. I feel like I’m on a cloud every time I leave :)

Clear Mind Studio is a fantastic place to get away and relax. Spend some time with yourself for yourself. The Infrared Saunas are amazing!! The Open float pool is my favourite. The Finnish Sauna and Ice bath is a must try! I also gave Karen’s coaching a go which i really recommend. I came across this when I was struggling to balance my full time job with studies and also a have a good work / life balance. I had just been promoted in my Job and I had to also now care for a team so I wanted to take the next step and ask for a bit of help to help guide myself onto the next path and step in life. Karen’s coaching has changed my day to day living and actions. Karen is such a supportive woman and so inspirational. Thankyou so much for your guidance and support. If it is something you are thinking of considering my best advice is to go for it and see where it can take you.

What an experience. Was a bit nervous at what was going to happen. From the time to I called to use my voucher and making the booking. Catherine was fantastic. She knew it was my first float and explained how it all worked and made sure I knew - Its your float so if you want to lid open then leave it open. It was amazing. Thought I'd be bored but it went so quick so I obviously fell asleep and didn't even realise. The amenities were clean calming modern and welcoming. Ill definitely be making it a regular thing.

Clear Mind Studio has been my go-to place for the past year, and I can't recommend it enough. The infrared saunas are fantastic - they're equipped with Bluetooth and even have a shower inside the room for convenience. The float experience is blissful, especially the open float option. The massage therapists are skilled, and the reception staff is always welcoming and friendly. I really appreciate the peaceful lounge area where I can unwind after my treatment. Overall, Clear Mind Studio is a clean and relaxing place that never fails to leave me feeling refreshed

My Girlfriend and I went to clear mind the other day and had the best experience. We went back the very next day for the exact same session of the Finnish sauna and ice bath. They have amazing facilities and amazing staff who are friendly and passionate about their workplace. The sauna and ice bath were both amazing (having been to a few different places offering the same we found the ones at clear mind the best) and very hygienic. We love it here and highly recommend

Awesome massage by Katrina…she found all the sore spots and messaged them out…combined with the infrared sauna this session left feeling totally relaxed and I slept like a baby for the first time in ages!!! Thanks everyone at Clear Mind for such an awesome experience 😁

Amazing and welcoming place for all of your self care needs. In the past week I have had a float, sauna and reiki session at Clear Mind. Each time I have received a warm and friendly welcome. The space is comfortable and allows you to completely relax. I’m a FIFO worker so I like having a safe and inviting space to relax in especially when I find relaxing sometimes difficult. Thoroughly recommend. Huge thanks to the team for being so welcoming.

I have been going to Clearmind Studio regularly for a couple of years and absolutely love the place. The yoga teachers are all great and have their own style so there is bound to be a class to suit your personality, mood and ability. In particular Toni’s class on a Saturday is so well prepared and given with loads of genuine care it’s a privilege to share the space and practice. Oliver’s class makes me feel ten feet taller with the slow, strong stretches and Alicia’s Pilates class keeps my core and my spirit strong with her love and humour. Then there is Luisa, the wonderful masseuse, the floats, saunas and the yet to be tried ice bath. The owners Karen and Craig are humble, caring and considerate making it all together a fantastic well-being family to be part of.

I booked a session with the infrared sauna and it was 10/10. Such a calm and clean space to relax in.

Was just what I needed. I did the $229 package and added on the Infrared sauna. Honestly best day of self care. I felt like a million bucks when I left there and still do this morning. Also best and longest sleep I’ve had in a long time last night. Winning !! Louisa’s massage was amazing 🤩. Did want it to end 😂 Highly recommend 💆‍♀️🙏🤩🧖‍♀️

Had such an incredible time at Clear Mind Studio yesterday — I surprised my husband on his birthday with the couples spa package (Finnish sauna / ice bath / float / massage), and needless to say both he and I enjoyed it all so much!! It felt so nice and private, the facilities were really nice and clean. Felt so relaxed and taken care of. We were really impressed by all the services.
