We waited outside during Saturday lunch with three groups ahead of us, but surprisingly didn't have to wait too long. Meeting up with friends, I let them choose the dishes based on their recommendation. Despite the "Dimsum" in the restaurant's name, they offer a variety of delicious Chinese food. The food arrived quickly, delivered by robots, starting with the flavorful fried rice. We then enjoyed their signature chicken, crispy tofu, and tasty dim sum and pork dishes. Seven dishes seemed like a lot for the four of us, but we finished them all! This experience easily lands them a spot in my top 5 Chinese restaurants. The only slight downside is the busyness. If you sit in the middle of the restaurant, it can be tricky to get up and down the aisle for water refills, so it's helpful if someone in your group is seated near the edge.

Dining at this restaurant was a very enjoyable experience. The portions of the food were quite generous, giving a sense of great value for money, whether it was the main dishes or the sides. The service provided by the waitstaff was very professional and friendly, making the entire dining process more comfortable. Most importantly, the prices were very affordable. I highly recommend this restaurant, whether dining with family, friends, or colleagues; it's a great choice.

Great place to have dumplings. The special fried rice was awesome too and a robot delivered our meal. Nice family friendly and friendly staff too.

857 Dumplings Plus, a restaurant conveniently located at the heart of Victoria Park. We ordered the xiao long bao, sweet and sour pork rice and sour and spicy soup. Foods are with good standard and staff are attentive. Price of the food is reasonable. Restaurant is bright and clean.

My partner and I have been looking for a dumpling restaurant for a while now. We’ve walked past here a few times and on the weekend, decided to come in and see what they had. We didn’t realise they had such a large variety to choose from! Great flavour and portion size. Some dishes are a little pricey but you get plenty! Will definitely come back!

This is our new favourite place to come for noodles and dumplings 😋 My favourite is the dry noodles with pork and chive dumplings. The crispy fried chicken is also delicious but very filling! This was also my first experience with a restaurant using the robot server, my son thought it was cool 🤣

ordered the vegetarian noodle dumplings and the xiu long bao. the soup had a nice plain flavour, the vegetarian dumplings were soft and had Chinese mushrooms and other greens in it which I enjoyed. the xiu long bao had a disappointingly small amount of soup in them, I feel like enjoying the soup in the xiu long bao is the whole reason you get them. $30 all up, probably wouldn't go out of my way to come here but still a good option for plain soup noodles in Vic Park.
