Changing the drinks from Coca Cola to Pepsi stupid move, one I will not accept and will never buy anything from ANY Chicken Treat again, don’t tell me about the other range of drinks as I’m clearly not interested in them! Goodbye!

They refused to make me a beaconry burger because it wasent halal. Since when don't chicken treat serve beacon. Also the lady was rude.

Ordered a 9 piece feast online on 16th Oct 2023 and paid $34.99. Came for the pick up at the store and the 9 piece feast was advertised on the signage for $30.99. When I asked about the price difference, manager said it was extra online. First time, I've experienced a business charging extra than their advertised shop price if you order online. No where on the Chicken Treat website is it stipulated that there are additional fees for online orders.

Located in the Forrest lakes shopping centre. Cheap eating for lunch with $5 specials. The shop is geared towards takeaway with minimal seating.

The service has gone terrible recently. It has happened a few times now. I order something online and when I go to pick it, the staff look confused and start looking here and there. Then someone points to a screen and then they start cooking it with no apologies given. What exactly is the point of ordering online if you still have to wait? I cannot really blame the little kids working there. But the service is now quite pathetic. Beware you may not always have your online order ready when you go to pick it.

Kids meal was meant to put in a different bag followed by crayons but she put it in the same bag without crayons so we got a big no from the kids next time

Very bad customer service at Forest lake. We ordered a few meals and when we arrived home one was missing. Went back and meal was given but not very apologetic instead they said it was our fault for not getting the drink ourselves when that was not mentioned at the time of payment. We ordered an extra meal specifying the pieces of chicken we wanted. When we got home the order was wrong again. We called them as we couldn’t go a third time to get the right meal and they kept saying it was our fault and hung up on us. First and last time there…the Vale has way better service.

Went there second time Ordered family meal again Told the lady we didn't get coleslaw salad last time in our order .. she said that we should've pick it up ourselves from the fridge .. told her can we pick it up now .. she said yes .. seem she misunderstood and wanted to charge us for it and as if we have stolen it .. terrible service to start with Went home to find the chips tastes burned oil and chicken was if it has been setting for hours in the warmer Not recommending this place at all

It has very good food and variety. It is halal certified as well

Small outlet so hard to enjoy food there. Mostly for takeaways. Despite that, friendly and helpful staff and very nice food.

I found a hair in my fried chicken, it was in the batter and fried along the chicken.. it's really disgusting and unhygienic.. 🤢🤮 I used to love their food but i guess the standards are dropping.. 😕😔 Really disappointed..

The only halal restaurant in Thornlie that serves fried chicken menus.

We went there for a quick after school snack. Bought some chips and a fried chicken piece. The chicken was freshly cooked and succulent. It was not overly salted in the seasoning and coating-a nice change from the other fried chicken brand outlet. We bought a family meal there too with a large coleslaw. We found the large coleslaw was more expensive and much smaller here. But quite a satisfactory meal.

The $5 lunch deals are always appealing. Service has always been fantastic

Gosnells store not quite as good as other stores I’ve visited. Crunchyfied is too hard to even get my teeth into! Ok for a last minute quick eat. Chips are good! :)
