This place is a hidden gem. The food is always quality, every time for the last few years. Happy friendly staff with a great beer garden and playground for kids. They have good bands inside on the weekends too.

Great venue and atmosphere. Perfect if you have kids. The fish and chips was fantastic and the beer was cold. The staff was fast and friendly. Will be returning for sure.

Well this ended up being a wee gem. Nasi goreng was primo. I had beef cheek and noodle. The meat was so tender. But the killer was the best sticky date pudding I think ever from a restaurant. Least to say I left as a wee fatty bumba...well done guys we will look forward to coming back

Wish I could give this place negative stars. Organised a family dinner there at 7:30PM on a Thursday night. Not only was the food sub par, the staff couldn’t wait to push us out of the door by 8:30PM. First they informed us that dessert wouldn’t be a possibility as the kitchen had closed - even a popsicle for a small child. (Thankfully the bar staff were lovely and one of the girls gave the child a popsicle.) A waitress of Asian descent with dyed blonde hair was practically snatching the plates while we were still trying to eat out of them, then loudly began stacking chairs on tables. Well, she succeeded in getting us out… forever.

Decent pub food menu and decent drinks list. Located in a carpark near a servo and atmosphere leaves a lot to be desired. Outdoor area and kid - friendly with a play area. Smoking area outside which can't be totally avoided.

Received excellent service from a young lady named Lucy who turned out to be the manager. Friendly, courteous and professional. Prices were very affordable. Will definitely dine there again. 5 stars!

Lovely indoor and outdoor seating and an outdoor playground for kids. Food was delicious, staff were very very friendly.

Always loved this place but I believe it is under new ownership. The new owners I believe work there because they hover over you the whole time like hawks checking for plates. The even take the plates of food is still on it. They don’t speak to you and ask how the meal is or if the plate can be taken. The just assume. It’s horrible we had a large group of 15 (we booked a head) and the couple were just circling us the whole time. Taking kids plates with food on it. As soon as you paused they would try and take it. I always loved this place until now, now it’s just awkward. They had already packed and cleaned by 8pm so it felt uncomfortable said it’s open until 10pm. The slept under our table while we were still seated. There wasn’t even food on the floor it felt more like and urgency for us to leave. We watched them wipe tables down and place the dirty chairs on top of the table. The bottom of the chair that’s been on the floor sitting on top of freshly cleaned tables. This place is just sit. Pay. Leave. You’re not allowed to enjoy an arvo there without feeling pushed along

Went for dinner on a Tuesday night. Reserved a table for 4 online which was easy. Arrived on-time. A staff member was slowly sweeping and wiping the reserved table while we stood by waiting. Was booked for 5.30 so should really have been done before the time reserved... Other than that all meals and drinks were delicious, And being on the buy one Salad, Burger or Pasta night was great value too 🙂

Incredible food! Highly recommend! I had the beef ragu linguine, my partner had the bacon and egg burger and my son had the Mac and cheese. Highly recommend. In the back they have a fantastic play ground which is a wonderful design to keep the kids happy.

Great pub with a great atmosphere. Food pretty good but needs to be charged more often and not so expensive, some dishes a bit high for a pub. Outside is a good place in summer. Always good service

Just had a terrible experience from the Manager. I took my daughter and Grandchildren here for a meal after checking website what menu was for today and hours. Arrived at 4 to be told that bar meals were only available until 5. I explained and showed them website saying this was not shown. It was explained the they had put new menu etc to Web providers and they had miss putting right information on sites. Said they we could order our meal which was Mondays special. Thanked the manager and said not your fault. Recieved our meal which was nice but asked if I could have more dressing for salad and galic sauce. Was informed that I had to pay extra for galic sauce and needed to counter and order it and pay. I said to my family not going to bother as probably finish meal before it arrived. Nest thing manager place a small tub of sauce on table.Thinking that was nice of him. After our meal brought a bottle of wine from them and went to car. The manager comes up as I was sitting in car an says ,dud you pay for the sauce.Dumbfounded I said no. He talks his back and says don't come back for 6 maths. I am 65 yrs young and disgusted to be treated in this manner.

Fish and chips! Fish was over cooked, batter was burnt not very many chips!! Was there a couple of weeks ago steak and chips! Wanted well done, got meat that was still bleeding and was full of faty bits! But overall I like the place, very nice staff and a good atmosphere!

Lunch yesterday with my sweetheart, my brother & 3 kids. Very warm welcome from staff. Great service. Great extensive menu & reasonable prices. Food was great. Alexander burger was huge & tasty. 2 of the older kids had the fish & chips which they loved & ate almost everything. The youngest child had the kid's meal. Chicken nuggets & chip. Great value as it include a drink & icecream. My sweetheart had the Mie Goreng which was delicious but a tad spicy. We did ask no chilli. I had the Nasi Goreng which was flavoursome & tasty. This is a neighbourhood gem & we will definitely return.

Been having date Night here and every time have been well looked after and the food is absolutely amazing and the staff are so friendly and helpful

There was no music I could hear but the atmosphere was great. The jalapeno poppers were not very big and were quite anaemic but were nice. The garlic bread pizza was beautiful! I had the creamy mushroom pasta and it was very very nice very large serving enough for me to have my meal and take a whole meal with me very cool. The tequila sunrise is made with Jose cuervo and it was like a sunrise you make at home certainly nothing special. I was extremely surprised that this venue completely caters for people in wheelchairs they even had a ramp at the front door that they pull out for wheelchairs. I have been to many restaurants and this place is the first place that had a ramp to get into the premises. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

My go to local bar and bistro. Phil, Terry and their team always meet you with a smile and a welcome hello. Guinness is beautiful here. Food is really well priced and the best around. Atmosphere is always friendly and upbeat.

The food here is amazing. We ordered winter special Lamb Shank, pulled pork burger with chips and pasta. They all 10/10. The burger I had was one of the best I’ve had in Perth. Definitely worth a trip from Mandurah.

Food was delicious. Environment was friendly and fun. Live music was enjoyable. I had a cider myself and I didn't personally enjoy that, though I prefer sweet cider. Other than that, it was really good. The staff are also super friendly and welcoming

The staff were fantastic, service impeccable.I had the scotch fillet steak (med rare), with garlic sauce, chips and salad. The steak was divine, and perfectly cooked as were the chips. I was disappointed with the garlic sauce; neither myself or my companion could taste any garlic in it. But the food, staff, and atmosphere more than made up for it.

Lovely dinner out with our Tupperware team. Great value specials & food was delicious.

Great meals. Excellent value on a Saturday night as kids eat free. The beer garden has been renovated and is great for kids and the live band. I'd like to suggest that maybe you could reposition the dining area to where the pool room is. That way it would be a bit quieter for dinner's.

Great food and outdoor area for kids!! only had one bad meal and that was parmi night!! if there is a chef I don't know why they would have pre fab chicken schnitzel tbh otherwise I liked it!

The bar is cosy. It had a nice area for kids to play. The drinks were a bit expensive. I got polenta and it was not great. It was well Over cooked and I was looking forward to it as I haven't seen polenta on many menus.. the scotch fillet steak was good. The beef short ribs were the real hit. The beef short rib were tender and full of taste. A big downer on the whole experience was a scuffle between a guy and a girl and security weren't really interested in doing much.

Food and service was great! Portion size was definitely great value for money.
