Visiting on a Saturday there were plenty of activities like zip lines, paddles boats, horse back riding, 4 wheelers, playground equipment, bouncy houses, games, food, and so much more. The town of Cayambe is famous for bizcochos, so we had to try those too.

👍👍 I loved this smaller and less touristy Mitad del Mundo! Our guide explained the equinox and solstice with a dynamic performance that left me amazed that I hadn't learned any of this in school. This place is so much better than the over-hyped museum full of Equator-lore at the better established site...
