All the people who work at Windsor Jewelers are fantastic. They have the biggest selection of watches in Winston-Salem. They have Oris, Zenith, Patek Philippe, Tutor, Tag, Seiko, Grand Seiko, Brightling, Panerai, Mont Blanc, Tissot, Accutron, pre owned Rolex, Omega and many more brands. The customer service is top-notch, and the manager Kevin does an awesome job. Love my clock by the way thanks.

First rate experience purchasing necklace and Seiko GMT in person from Kim; after visiting Winston Salem location, I later inquired, discussed, and bought a Tudor from Garrett over the phone. I received excellent professional service; prompt communication with Garrett via text and phone for this purchase. The Tudor (70 hours power reserve) arrived well packed with its box and paperwork and it was surprisingly running with the correct date and time. Well done Windsor Jeweler’s team!

I needed my wedding rings sized and took them to a small local jewelry store who said they could do it, but when I picked them up they said they couldn’t. I took them to Windsor and worked with Joy and she said they would size them as low as they could without the diamonds popping out and then put sizers on them. She was amazing so polite and helpful! She quoted me a price at first and at the time it was a little more than we wanted to spend so she offered to clean them up so they’d be nice and shiny while I was there. She also doubled checked with a diamond specialist and the price was way lower. Her service was exceptional. The store also offered me something to drink when I came in and the jeweler who put the sizers on my ring came out and explained how I could adjust them. They treated us like family not just customers! Joy even hugged me when I left! I highly recommend this jewelry store for your jewelry needs and they also have some beautiful pieces as well!!

Windsor Jewelers - Winston-Salem, NC Joy Rogers After two bad experiences with other mainstream jewlery store repair depts, we decided to visit Windsor Jewelers in Winston--Salem, NC. Ms. Joy Rogers was a delight to work with, taking our concerns and desires to heart. She is very detail-oriented and listened intently to the desired changes & repairs needed (both head settings, a return to 14k gold vs. the platinum head, and raising the diamond back up to its original height). She spent the time we needed to take us through catalogs for heads explaining the details and answering all of our questions. Ms. Joy Rogers walked us through it every step of the way and was able to precisely communicate all this to the Jeweler himself. Only nine days later, the ring is PERFECTLY restored to what is was before, with the setting that allows the light to radiate from all angles bringing the natural brilliance of it's colors to shine, it is breath taking. Ms. Joy Rogers & Windsor Jewelers earned our trust and repeat business.

My girlfriend and I went to Windsor Jewelers to try on rings. We were both clueless. We were greeted as we walked in and given time to look around. After making a lap we were approached and asked if we needed assistance. We were soon introduced to Jen. Wow, she made us feel so comfortable and at ease. She was patient with our questions and knowledgeable. She explained details with pros and cons to many styles and ratings. She identified the best fit for what we wanted and our budget. I actually tried to explore other options but everything felt less-than. I bought the ring from Jen and have zero regrets.

Elizabeth did an outstanding job helping me with my engagement ring for my fiancé. A year ago, I put down money on a ring, then hard times hit and I could not finish the payments. After close to a year, I reached out and asked if I could use that money towards a cheaper ring. Elizabeth Gore did an amazing job helping with this, responding in a timely manner and giving me 5 beautiful rings to choose from. I had a good idea of the type/make of watch that I wanted. I called the Windsor Jewelers store in Winston Salem ahead of time to confirm they had the Tudor Black Bay model and style I was looking for. I told them I was coming in and the store set one aside for me. They suggested I ask for Antwone (sp?) upon arrival. The buying experience was smooth and easy and topped off with some refreshments while the watch was prepped for sizing and setting. They answered any questions I had and I was in and out in 30 minutes tops. Great setting and atmosphere for treating myself to a great watch for a lifetime.

I had a wonderful first experience at Windsor jewelers when they resized a ring for me. They were very quick…only took a couple of days to get it back. They were nice enough to call and warn me that they might have to stabilize the stone since it was a vintage ring and that it could be an additional cost. Overall, I would definitely go back to them in the fit. I had never been inside their store and it was huge! Lots of inventory!

I hated going into jewelry stores because of how they treated my family and I, until now. They treated my family with respect and kindness. Garrett Kassel and the rest of the staff at Windsor were awesome. As a watch enthusiasts/collector they had a great selection at both locations and will be a customer for life if every experience is like the one I had on Saturday.

Went to Windsor to have a watch battery changed. I usually have to drop watches off to have a battery changed, then come back later, but they changed my battery as soon as I walked in (even though I didn’t have an appointment). The associate (Kayla) that greeted me and assisted me was very helpful. On another note, they have a lot of very nice watches in different styles and price points. EDIT: On my first visit, I ordered a watch for a Christmas present. The salesperson told me that even if I ordered the watch that day, it would not arrive prior to Christmas. I was a little disappointed, but ordered it anyway. I received a text from the store yesterday informing me that the watched had arrived early. To make things even better, they asked me if I would like for them to wrap the present for me before I picked it up. Everything about the transaction was first class. I highly recommend Windsor, whether it’s for something minor, like replacing a watch battery, or for buying a watch or other jewelry.

Just purchased my second Tudor timepiece from Jen at Windsor Jewelers in Winston Salem in the last month. I can honestly say she is one of the best salespeople I’ve ever worked with in any industry. I first stopped by Windsor and met Jen over 9 months ago and despite not purchasing anything that day she maintained contact during that time by texting new timepieces that she thought I may like. This is one of the most top notch jewelry stores you could go to! Every piece of jewelry they have is beautiful and there are many that are very affordable. Natalie was the wonderful woman who helped me pick out a custom necklace for my girlfriend and it turned out gorgeous.
