Coco Kai is truly a stunning home on a stunning island!! I absolutely loved my stay here! The minute you walk in the front door, you look straight out onto the ocean. The home has a gorgeous little private beach and a lovely swimming pool with lots of floaties and toys if you have kiddos, or are just young at heart and love to play in the water! There are plenty of lounge chairs as well.. The villa is amazingly well stocked! Towels, sheets, beach towels, chairs, sunscreen, bug spray, umbrellas, every kitchen utensil you can imagine. The kitchen is open and airy, perfect for cooking. Plenty of restaurants near by if you don't want to cook. Jason was incredibly responsive and great to communicate with throughout the experience of planning our stay. !! Such a nice guy. He has really put ALOT of effort into making this a place that visitors feel comfortable and at home. I HIGHLY recommend giving this place a go if you're searching for the perfect place to stay on the island. Personally, i also really liked that Coco Kai is in a quieter area of the island. The island is small, so nothing felt far away. Great food, kind people, GORGEOUS white sand and crystal clear waters! There's just something magical about waking up to the sound of the waves, having breakfast on the deck surrounded by beauty and a warm tropical breeze. This was a really, really lovely place to stay!!!

Our family with 10 people was easily house here and we found everything we needed inside the house and probably the best snorkeling on the island in the back yard! In the morning if you stroll along the beach you are likely to find huge conch shells and all number of other shells. There are lobsters that hang out right off the deck, and sometimes you can even see them moving around from above water. We saw a barracuda probably about 20 feet from the back. This doesn't mean that snorkeling is unsafe... actually we saw so many fish there it's sort of unbelievable!! Make sure that you keep the windows closed so the house stays cool. The Crystal Caves are the right speed for smaller children and seniors and totally worth the money you'll spend. If you're going to book a fishing trip, try and do it in the beginning of the week in case you end up with 40 pounds of fish! There is a second refrigerator downstairs which is really handy. There are lots of towels in the house but you'll probably want to throw them in the dryer occasionally because the island is humid and it's a little hard to get them dry even though outside it might be 80°. If you have any special needs for food you'll want to shop at the larger market which is called Kirk's in Georgetown. 7 Mile Beach is accessible if you go through one of the resorts, but expect to pay for an umbrella or you will melt. Make sure you go pet the Stingrays oh, that was probably one of the more fun things that we did, and it's a good experience for pretty much everyone. Even people afraid of fish :)

House is nice, a bit mis leading on room accommodation and photos make everything look larger than they are. Beach is Rocky and only small patches of open sand in the water, the rest is grassy.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean and inviting, the views are incredible and my entire family can’t wait to return!!! Not far from town but far enough to feel like a private retreat!! 5 stars all the way!!!

I've stayed at Coco Kai all 3 times that I've been to the island, and will keep coming back! The house is very spacious and accommodates all our family and friends comfortably. It has all the features & amenities that we need when we're there a whole week at a time. The private pool and beach can't be beat either, and we love to snorkel right off the backyard! I love that the area is very quiet and peaceful.

This is the place to bring family and friends for a relaxing vacation. The views are amazing, the rooms are well furnished, the house is clean and most everything you might need in the kitchen is here! The pool is nice place to cool off. The pier always you to get into a little deeper water, about chest deep. The lounge chairs are mostly new and comfortable, some are ripped (prior to our stay!). Two TV's in the 2 living rooms have satellite channels. The wifi was pleasant to have as well. The only downside remarks have to deal with the loud neighbors on a Friday night. But then again you might want to join their party, as the food they serve is very delicious.

Coco Kai was amazing! We had a group of 11 which the house comfortably slept. This would've been 5 stars if not for the AC on the bottom floor. (Top floor was nice and cool!) Unfortunately the front room with the bay window had the AC remote fail and you couldn't change the temperature. We attempted to reach out to the property manager and wete told they would come take a look. I'm not sure that ever happened as we didn't hear back. I will definitely be back as the snorkeling and overall property we're nothing short of amazing minus the AC :)

Quiet place to relax. Not the best to swim, but you can have a nice picnic and it is nice to have bathrooms next to you.
