Excellent service, best Mexican food in Town! The spicy margaritas are my absolute favorite, an extensive Mezcal collection hand picked by Chef Irvin himself. The Pork knuckle is absolutely delicious and Elotes (deep fried mexican corn) will blow your mind.

So I wanted to try their Biarra Tacos, I got them for lunch and it was a huge disappointment, (not sure if they know what Biarra Tacos are supposed to be or taste like) But they called them Birra Tacos... The beef was tasteless. Oh and for two small round tortilla flour tacos that were soft) the cost was $18.00 dollars. 🙄

A great restaurant with an awesome staff that is second to none. The deep fried corn on the cob was a heavenly experience to enjoy. And the Mexican Fried Chicken was simply the perfect meal for 2 that was delicious with each bite. I can’t wait to go back.

Rather than a Mexican-themed restaurant, Agave feels more like a great restaurant that has been sliced from Guadalajara and transported to Cayman. Creative, delicious and regularly changing dishes can be washed down with lashings of great tequila and mezcal drinks.

This isnt your run of the mill mexi restaurant, it is an authentic experience. My favorite restaurant on island, an unreal tequila and Mezcal selections. Fantastic tacos, burritos, street corn and my usual, the nudello de puerco. Lunch or dinner, there is a great vibe. Great place to go with friends and share Familia Platos and a bottles of illegal mezcal

What a wonderful place to spend the afternoon, the food is oh my God so good, customer service is impeccable. It is the best I have seen in a long time. I will be recommending this to all my friends and family. If you like, authentic Mexican cuisine and have a beautiful pallet for tequila, this is the place my friend. I am looking forward to returning and putting it on repeat as it has become one of my favorite places to go to on the island. The atmosphere, the food, the service, is all five star, the bartender Kenny, he is the absolute best, with a great knowledge of tequilas. I recommend going for an afternoon dinner, and just let them do the ordering for you, sit back and enjoy You will thank me for it. It is that good. ;-)

We happened upon this little gem after snorkeling and before taking the Cayman Distillery tour and I’m so glad we did. The margaritas are so good and the food was fantastic. The chips were amazing! We got to meet Irwin the owner and if we would have had more time he invited us to see the garden. I would definitely go back and highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing experience at Agave. We wandered in after our flight got delayed, after reading some great reviews. The entire experience exceeded expectations. Kenny, our waiter, and Irvin, the owner, were welcoming, accommodating, and great to chat with. As if the service alone wasn’t enough for me to leave an A+ review, the food and drinks were outstanding. As someone originally from Los Angeles, to find Mexican food this authentic in the Cayman Islands was a real treat. Thank you, Agave, for a wonderful meal and even better company!

The food at this was was good, but not authentic Mexican food, which is what we were looking for. The service however was awesome, the prices are a bit steep for what you get. We order the two tacos, a burrito, melted queso and a beer and we paid a little over $85 😳

Great little restaurant for excellent Mexican food. Not so touristy which was why it was a great find. Small establishment but a great vibe and the food is wonderful. My daughter said her tacos were the best she has ever had. My pork belly tacos were wonderful. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Guac was excellent as well as homemade chips. Fried ice cream and the churros were wonderful. Prices were appropriate for the amount of food and very reasonable for this island. We would definitely go again. Highly recommend if you are in the mood for an off the beaten path good Mexican restaurant.

I cannot say enough about the food and service at Agave. We have been going for years now and the dishes are always fresh and delicious. The hosts are so attentive and helpful. It feels like home but with way better cooking. Highly recommend.

Lake view Weedwhacker’s’s did an exceptional job for a reasonable price. This is the second time that we have used them and we are very pleased.

Very moody restaurant with great mellow lighting in the evening serving fantastic gourmet Mexican food. Some say it’s the best Mexican food on the island, having tried it, I would agree that it’s neck and neck to the one I also like on Seven Mile. The Agave House Margarita was an excellent to the evening, a good introduction and complement to the great Beef Burrito, Fish Enchilada and Tacos which followed. Not to forget the Entree ‘Tres Salsas’ which was out of this world and a must try with the best freshly house-made salsas. On a side note, the washroom was nice and clean (I find this is often a good indication to the standard of hygiene in the restaurant).

This place was super cool inside with a great menu. The owner came out to say hello right after we finished and you could tell he was passionate about making sure the experience was good. The place looked a little sketchy to me when we pulled up but I'm glad we went inside because it isn't at all. I think with a little landscaping this place will be packed every night.

Came here after walking a few blocks from our rum tour. Great atmosphere, well-made drinks, and every single item we ordered was delicious and fresh! Owner and staff were so friendly and made great recommendations. My advice, order everything!

The most authentic Mexican restaurant in Grand Cayman bar none. You won’t be disappointed leaving SMB to check out this little gem. The Southwest enchilada and homemade chips/ salsa/ queso are unmatched. The smoky mescal Paloma is top notch. My no 1 fave!

Wonderful restaurant! Great Birria tacos, and an excellent Aquachile. The atmosphere is intimate, friendly; the owner is an excellent chef, and a fun conversationalist. Recommend to everyone!

👍👍 Peppers was recommended to me by a local that lives on the island (shout out to my boy Matthew). We had just arrived after a long day of travel and wanted to try a spot that the locals love on the island. So we stopped by and sat down. First thing we noticed was that this restaurant was an open air...

👍 If you're a fan of fish tacos, you must try the ones at this restaurant! The grilled fish was perfectly seasoned. It had just the right amount of spice and flavor without overpowering the fish's natural flavor. The texture was also just right, with a nice char on the outside and juicy and tender on...

👍👍 Best tacos and margaritas I think I’ve ever had! I tried the shrimp, goat, and cow tongue to trial some new flavours and they were all absolutely delicious. The chips and guacamole were a lovely starter - again probably some other the best guacamole I’ve ever eaten! Such a nice atmosphere.
