Very nice restaurant by the yacht club. Service is good and food is delicious! Although, it's "tapas style" and the servings are very small (keep that on mind!)

Great service . Food was good, not mind-blowing though, for the price. You go for the overarching experience and ambiance. We had the ahi tuna, ceviche, burrata, oysters for starters. Oysters I highly recommend. Beef Wellington, Cornish hen and blackened wahu for dinner. Desert was a chocolate hazelnut mouse thing that was good!

Great service, beautiful views, good food, interesting list of drink options. Watch out for the mosquitoes at night if u decide to sit outside. You can ask waiter/waitress for insecticide sprays if you really wanna sit outdoors in the evenings.

This is truly an excellent restaurant. The atmosphere is incredible. It sits on a harbor and has a beautiful decor. The waiters are exceptionally knowledgeable and have excellent recommendations. The menu is varied. It is perfect for sharing. My wife and I had 6 small plates. We had the Blue cheese & potato croquettes, the Seared herb wahoo, the Crispy lobster bites,, the Black Tagliolini, lobster, the Beetroot potato gnocchi, and the Roasted pepper, chickpea and pecorino bruschetta. It was all excellent. The wahoo, crispy lobster, and Tagliolini were the best. We finished with two excellent small desserts. Give this restaurant a try. You won’t be disappointed.

You must stop over to eat at this fine restaurant, great chef and amazing presentation of the food drop a few picture. We were amazed at the final price no doubt reasonable.

Wow!! Best dining experience on the island during our trip. Host accommodated us without a reservation (although if you have a larger party or want to sit outside it is recommended). Our server was friendly, made great recommendations, and was very attentive. The food is described as tapas style with an Italian flavor although they also offer seafood like ceviche, oysters, etc. the Gorgonzola croquettes and ceviche with wahoo were the highlight for us. We can't wait to come back.

Best service on the island. Great staff. We got all the vegetarian dishes. They do not have any large vegetarian dishes but the small plates and "nibbles" were very tasty. The Parmesan Foam was to die for and the Zucchini Parmigiana was spectacular.

Small plate tapas, pristine presentation, and great flavors. I came for the lunch special but was drawn to the much better options on the main menu. Don’t skip dessert.

We had the mixed seafood plate to share. Each item is served in a 5-star manner. The presentation of the food was impressive, and our Czech waitress was outstanding, prompt, and attentive. My only critical comment is that not every little thing has to be deconstructed or presented as art. The waterside location is phenomenal, and the restaurant decor is really well done. If you want an extreme upscale experience, this is the place to go to. Plan ahead as a reservation is the way to go.

Visiting from Texas, came to celebrate our anniversary here. Amazing food!! Great staff!

I don't post often, but I have to say this may be the best restaurant for those of you that appreciate unique flavor bombs. Our waiter Filippo was amazing in his recommendations and steered us to the most amazing tastes on the island. We enjoyed gorgonzola potatoes croquettes and wahoo ceviche that knocked our socks off. When we dared him to beat those, he suggested asparagus with parmesan foam, crispy fries egg yoke, truffle oil and polenta chips and a pasta with duck ragout. Words cannot express the amazing tastes. Ask for Filippo and you cannot go wrong.

Everything about this restaurant deserves 10 stars!! The food is beyond incredible and the service is top tier. Our server Balazs was very knowledgeable and accommodating to an allergy. Overall amazing experience

Wow factor. Me and my wife visited the island few times before. We always like to try new restaurants , this is THE best gastronomic experience we ever had a chance to try. Food is delicious, presentation outstanding the service is welcoming and 5 star. If you looking for a new way food experience, this is a place. Hands down the BEST food in Grand Cayman!! Every single one of the 9 dishes my wife and I ordered were OUTSTANDING!! The flavors, presentation and service were top notch! We were thoroughly impressed! Our server Val was awesome and very helpful finding dishes my wife can eat with her dairy allergy. If you're in Grand Cayman, you NEED to eat at Bacaro!!

The service and atmosphere was top notch. I enjoyed the food but I was blown away. Not sure if I would go back on my own but if a friend invited me I would show up, kind of place. Give it a try you may love it.

Can't say much about dining at Bacaro as we only used the bar, but all the drinks we had were excellent, the waiters and the bartender were expedient and friendly, and the live music on Fridays was great. Loved it!

We had heard raving reviews of Bacaro. We happened to be there while there was filming of some TV show so there seemed to be lots of additional people around and limited access to areas. However the atmosphere was great considering the unique crowd. The food was definitely good however not as amazing as expected considering the price. Remember it is tapas so the servings are small. We were surprised that some dishes had more to share among the 3 of us than other. The service was on point! The panna cotta is a must have!

We had the pleasure of dining at Bacaro at the end of August and it was simply divine. Our waitress was excellent, the vibe of restaurant is classy and cool, the food was FABULOUS. We loved all the dishes that were ordered and we shared many. The grilled asparagus small plate is NOT to be missed. Perfect for kids as well.

I would give 10 stars if I could. Absolutely the best dining experience on the island we have had. Out of this world food no matter what you order. Service couldn't be any better. Cannot miss this restaurant resident or visitor.

Gourmet Italian. Who ever thought small plates could be so filling?! The flavors are powerful and the presentation is creative. Desserts are equally unique in flavor combination. (Try the apple "pie.") Comfortable, contemporary atmosphere on the water. The two of us were fortunate to get a table after sunset because the place was packed during the two hours we were there.
