Best fillet mignon and drinks. Hands down the best food- top 5 Restaurant. Ramon was very informative and great to service us. I would definitely visit again. Expensive but worth every penny. Recommend getting reservations

Absolutely incredible dining experience. The ambiance is exquisite. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. The wine selection was adequate. The cocktails were well mixed. The ribeye was flavorful, tender, and perfectly prepared! The 16oz lobster tail was delicious and cooked just right. The jumbo shrimp was delicious. Ramon was such a wonderful server. Eat here!

Best meal in grand cayman! The Falls really is a superb steakhouse. Great service and atmosphere too. The steaks were seasoned and cooked perfectly. Appetizers and sides were fantastic. Highlights were the NY strip steak, sirloin, lobster bisque, fried calamari, and pasta. With every entree you get one drink (including smoothies and alcoholic drinks), 2 sides and a steak sauce. And the desserts were amazing! The cobbler was phenomenal

Fabulous dinner! Atmosphere was super upscale. The server and staff were very friendly and kind. I ordered the 8oz Filet, it was cooked perfectly. We really enjoyed our experience and will definitely be back!

Our favorite restaurant for a nice meal on island. There are plenty of places in Cayman to spend a lot on a meal, but none offer the same value as The Falls. We've been over a dozen times and never had a bad meal. The staff are amazing and most of the waiters have been at the restaurant for years. It's really difficult to get a good steak in Cayman, but The Falls delivers! The French onion soup or brie in phyllo dough are great starter options. The deserts are fantastic as well. The sticky toffee pudding is amazing, but you might not be able to walk if you don't split it after a steak. The sorbets are also excellent and make a great pallet cleanser.

Just finished eating here on vacation, we experienced great service from the waitstaff and the menu has plenty of options, (including non-steak options) with great martinis. I definitely recommend including this restaurant in your travel plans!

Exactly what you would expect from a nice steakhouse. Dark decor, good food and excellent service. This place was especially outstanding for its great value. Entrees came with your choice of vegetables and your choice of delicious carbs. Oh, and they included a free cocktail or martini of your choice, all of this for less than you’d pay for just an entree alone at a Ruth Chris’s or Morton’s. Totally happy we walked 5 minutes from the Ritz Carlton as we got a better meal for half the price!

Celebrated our honeymoon at the Cayman Islands and heard from a few people that this was the place to get a good steak. I was absolutely taken back by how amazing this dinner was. The food was perfect. The atmosphere was comfortable. The staff was amazing. I will be sure to return in the future.

UNREAL food, seriously this is the best steak I have ever eaten in my life. T-Bone pittsburgh style with peppercorn sauce / rib eye with Falls sauce (recommended by our fantastic waiter Ryan!) Ryan was a great server and had a super sense of humour! Brilliant experience and 100% recommended if you are looking for something fancy! The chefs are on it!!!

Everything was top notch. Atmosphere, food, cleanliness and especially service. Ramon’s service was 5 star and the chef dealt with my allergy issues and was still able to provide an exceptional filet. I highly recommend. I am visiting Grand Cayman for the first time but would love to come back and would definitely eat here if I did..

The Falls is back, and they did not disappoint. The food was excellent. It was so good; I asked to shake the chef's hand. They still have the same excellent customer service and affordability. I will be back soon!

Our server Radamus was excellent. Everyone enjoyed their meal. The steaks were a good size and all meals come with a complimentary drink which is a nice touch. Our water glasses were constantly filled. The lemon drop martini was very nice. Thank you.

Being from Texas I'm used to a better grade (Prime) grade of beef. And since they import their beef I'm sure it would be outrageously expensive to do such, even though they're serving angus. That's why I gave them 4 stars on the food. The rest of the food was fantastic, especially the green peppercorn sauce, and the house made steak sauce. The steaks don't need the sauce but it was good to try them. Our waiter, Radames, was very attentive as was the kitchen staff. Having a nut and seafood allergy they made sure that my meal met my needs. Highly recommend this place, and would definitely eat here again.

Amazing food! Taste doesn’t change a bit through the years which is great to achieve that food quality consistency. My husband and I dine there since 2009 and not once we have been disappointed. Simple elegance. The food and atmosphere was on point. My husband had the filet and was skeptical when it came with sauce on the side. As in, why would a good steak need sauce, but it was fantastic. The sides were fresh. Service was impeccable.

Came for a big birthday dinner. Our server was such a sweetheart and took great care of us. I got the lychee martini (delicious) and the salmon(honestly some of the best salmon I’ve ever had). I was pleasantly surprised because usually a steakhouse ignores the quality of their non steak items buts not The Falls. Worth it.

Wow, best steak I have had all year. Service was top notch, our waiter was attentive, helpful, and efficient. My NY Sirloin Steak was cooked to perfection and their house steak sauce is to die for. 10 stars!!! Definitely visit if your in the seven mile beach area, you will not regret it.

My boyfriend and I went here for our anniversary this evening and had the most amazing time! Super good value too since you get a free drink of choice, two sides, etc. Our server Corey was so kind and made us feel so welcomed. Food, drinks, and dessert were all amazing and we also got an anniversary brownie brought to us as a surprise! Will definitely come back if we ever end up coming back to Cayman, highly recommend!
