Highly recommend Palm Heights if you are planning a trip to the Grand Cayman and want to enjoy staying on 7 mile beach. The concierges and the entire staff are AMAZING! Daniel, Carla, and Ute are awesome and made sure we were comfortable and that our stay there met all our expectations and then some. Another huge bonus are the restaurants on the property are excellent. Tillies is delicious and the staff on point greetings you with friendly smiles. And Paradise Pizza had some of the best pizza we've had in a while. Again, look no further if contemplating where to stay if planning a trip to the Cayman. It's a beautiful resort right in the middle of 7 mile beach where the staff goes above and beyond. Thank you all! Cheers!

I have a wonderful experience at PALM HEIGHTS every time I stay, each visit topping the previous. They have a knack for gathering the most fastidious and kind staff. From Karla at the front desk, Victor on the beach, to Vito running Paradise Pizza. Can't say enough. The landscape transports you, a feeling reminiscent of stumbling upon a glamorous estate in a tropical forest. that is elegant, cool, and welcoming. The newest food menu at Tillie's is superb - the whole fish, delicate and flavourful, while my favourite, the sambusas, combine a robust spicy shrimp with flaky crunch. But, don't forget the flatbread - its delicious and worth whatever calories it might carry! Plus, after taking up one of their fitness classes - yoga on the roof or boxing, it's well deserved. At night, the turn down service goes the extra mile - sneaking in homemade cookies or coffee salt body scrubs with a note and evening sign-off. And to wake up with a sprawling ocean view, luring you into to take a dip, or paddle board into the sunset. Highly suggest either, or both. Can't wait to come back and experience the Garden Club spa - certain to exceed all my expectations. All the right vibes, all the time.

This is the best hotel experience I've ever had. Not only is the property stunning, the hotel employees are exceptional. Daniel at the front desk was particularly incredible, making sure every detail was taken care of from the moment we arrived to when we left. The rooms are big and beautiful as well. The food is also spectacular - I highly recommend attending the Supper Club dinner if you're able to. A truly remarkable hotel!

From beginning to end, the vacation was exemplary. We went around the end of May for a birthday trip and had 5 star service. They remembered my birthday and even delivered a special cake to my suite on the day of. Cindy from the front desk went above and beyond and provided wonderful customer service. The hotel is beautiful and the location is unbelievably gorgeous. Each staff member we encountered was incredibly personable and had amazing stories to tell. They were some of the sweetest, most genuine people I have encountered on vacation. Definitely the place to be if you want to escape the regular tourist scene. The restaurants on site are yummy and worth a visit. I would love to go back some day.

We have absolutely loved our stay here at Palm Heights! The hotel and accommodations are beautiful, but the service is what made it so special!! Shout out to Victor, Daniel, Cindy and Ken for the excellent service!!! The location of the hotel on 7 mile beach is perfect. There were always plenty of beach chairs and the water was crystal clear. We will be back! ❤️

The service is above 💯. The full staff were amazing but shout outs to Daniel, Rosemary, Joy and Bambi for making sure we didn't miss a beat and had everything we wanted! Paddle boarding and snorkeling included! Great restaurants on-site and fairly priced for the quality you get. My wife and I cannot wait to go back!

This resort is AMAZING! My husband and I chose it for its smaller size and great reviews as well as its location on Seven Mile Beach. It did not disappoint. The staff here is super friendly and beyond helpful. For example, we only had one robe in our room.. no biggie but we let Moses at the front desk know so that we didn’t get charged for it. Before we could get back to our room the staff had already delivered the robe to our room! We were speechless. The rooms are spectacular, each with a view of the ocean. There is room for all of the guests on the beach unlike many larger resorts. The food is AMAZING. We loved it so much we had trouble leaving to go on excursions. We will definitely be back!

Palm Heights IS the crown jewel of Seven Mile Beach! Service starts from the moment you book: those folks start coordinating an amazing experience for you. From the bellmen , reception folks,housekeeping, beach and pool staff, the Spa and the restaurant—-it’s all ALL exceptional and curated for every guest. You will leave Palm Heights with folks who call you by name and know what you like/dislike. You will NEVER have to jockey for a beach or pool chair—I promise! I cannot say enough GOOD about this place or their amazing staff. What I can say is I am always planning my return before my departure—-so don’t hesitate—-book your stay and prepare to be blown away by exceptional service.

Hands down the best boutique hotel we have ever been to. From the minute you arrive you can feel the thought that went into every detail, down to the hand picked books for your room. The decor, bath products, towels, staff uniforms- so chic! I never wanted to leave the hotel, I could have eaten at Tillies everyday. The menu is diverse and exciting, I forced myself to explore another restaurant on the island and couldn’t wait to come back to the hotel. 10 stars.

Palm Heights is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. A beautiful location and the hotel itself is unique and stunning. My fiancé and I had an incredible time and will be returning!! The staff are fantastic, really attentive and they make your vacation so special, in particular Maria at reception who was wonderful and so helpful. The food and drinks on offer at the three restaurants are delicious, you’ll never want to leave once you get there! We particularly enjoyed breakfast at ‘Tillies’ which is on the beach and such a nice atmosphere. We also loved the cocktail hour every day at 5pm, which is complementary of the hotel. The spa are is breathtaking , modern, tranquil and real 5 star luxury with an outdoor gym that is awesome. There are so many more small details that make the hotel so special, it is hard to capture them all but some that stood out are being able to use the snorkel equipment in the beautiful blue water ( and meeting their resident turtle!), the endless fitness and wellness activities on offer that are all top notch and simply how quiet and peaceful the hotel is. Thank you PH for an incredible 5 days!

We stayed at Palm Heights for week in December and we loved it! The hotel is beautiful and the location is incredible. Its literally a 30 second walk from your room to the beach. Our suite was gorgeous and the bed was one of the most comfortable we ever slept in. What makes this place stand out is the incredible staff. Every single employee we came across was genuine and kind. They went out of there way to help in any way they could and the service was over the top. They knew us by name and treated us like part of their family. Shout out to the following people who made our stay so special. - Paula at Tillies who served us many meals with enthusiasm and an incredible smile - Maria and Leonardo at the front desk who went out of their way with reservations, directions, taxis and anything we needed. I can't say enough about how amazing they were. - Joy (Shirley) at Coconut Club. She was so kind and made sure to tell us what the cocktail of the day was every day. Truly a sweet and kind person. - Joel who was the first person to greet us when we arrived. His smile is contagious and it brightens your day. He took us on a tour of the hotel and property and made sure to say hi to us every day we were there. - Adonis who provided us with incredible service at the beach and pool. He worked hard to make sure we had towels and drinks and loungers every day.

The best hotel!! I cannot say enough good things about Palm Heights. From the design, food/drinks, spa, wellness activities, beach and, not least, incredibly kind staff. Had the best time at Palm Heights. Was lucky to be there during the opening of the Garden Club which was out of this world. I had a great time at the spa and the beach. Our room was beautiful. The staff treats you better than family and the food was to die for at all of the restaurants. This place has so much to do that I never needed to leave. Highly recommend, and will happily come back.

Palm Heights was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived at the hotel, everything was so eloquently curated, it felt really special from the get go. The staff are incredible attentive from the reception, to housecleaning, to restaurant staff. The facilities are dreamy, the gym is incredible with am array of classes throughout the day as well as access to reformer pilates with the best instructor Baylee, there were beautiful breathe & sound bath sessions which really made the place feel all that more magical The staff really make the effort to get to know you, you feel like family by the end of your stay. The food at Tillies is incredible, we tried everything on the menu and nothing disappointed. Paradise Pizza is so much fun on a Saturday night, where they have a karaoke night, and Bambi the host is the best, the energy just drips through him and you absorb it all! I cant miss out the spa, which is probably the best spa facilities I have ever been to. I honestly cant fault a single thing. It was such an unforgettable stay and I cant wait to visit again!

I can not say enough about this hotel, they touched on all levels of service. I was contacted prior to check in to ask if I needed anything prior to arrival. My spa services were booked and I was checked in prior to arrival. Arrival was amazing with the cold hand towels and a glass of bubbles as Poppie guided us through the hotel grounds and telling us about our room. She was amazing and really kicked off our stay. Our room was perfect we walked in to fresh juice and fruit. The cutest turtle was left for my little girl who was back home. Palm heights thought of everything. This trip was the first getaway my husband and I took without our little girl.I was nervous but felt at ease quickly. The beach area was kept clean and we had the pleasure of meeting Victor. He made sure we had our rose on ice and all the beach staff walked around making sure we had water and didn’t need anything. Simone was amazing at Tilly’s he was delightful and remembered our names the next night we went to the bar for a drink. All the staff at PH were truly nice and happy people. This is going to be our place when we need a quick get away.

This hotel is probably one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The service is out of this world and the food is unbelievable. The beaches are pristine and the staff is another level of excellent. If you are thinking of booking here, pull the trigger because it’s worth every penny and more.

And still, my reigning and defending favorite hotel on earth! Just got back from a week there, my 4th time overall, but first since lockdown. Palm Heights has made some wonderful changes while staying true to its core values. First, the changes - the spa is new to me, and it is magnificent. I had a massage the day after I arrived that was the most relaxing experience ever. I then had a hot stone massage later in the week that managed to raise the bar again! The Coconut Club has grown into its own distinctive place and the happy hour is charming. The new store is lovely as well. I got a pair of the spa sandals that could not be more comfortable. But while the property and landscaping have grown and blossomed, the service, the beach, and the rooms remain top shelf in the world. Though most of the faces have changed since 2019, Palm Heights remains committed to hiring the most lovely staff possible. Everyone, in literally every role is so kind and genuinely makes me feel loved as a guest. Our suite was straight up magical. They upgraded us, in fact, to the magic room with the giant terrace (two couches, two chaises, a table for 4 and a BATHTUB under ceiling fans) as a “surprise”. We spent more time out there than in the room for sure. Breakfast lounging outside every morning was glorious. And of course, the beach is unchallenged. Perfect chaises, amazing service for drinks or fruit (shout out Sunshine) and just fantastic white sand and crystal waters perfect for hours of snorkeling. To sum up, it’s the best resort I’ve ever stayed at and is up there with Hotel Excelsior in Napoli as the most luxurious experience ever. I’m counting down already to my return in April. I cannot say enough good things about this magical place!

Don’t walk, run to Palm Heights! This place is magical. The rooms, the grounds, the food, the staff. Everything exceeded expectations. I traveled here as a Babymoon with my husband and 2 year old son and it was the best trip we’ve ever had. The staff went out of their way to make my son’s time memorable. We didn’t leave the grounds for the 4 days we were there. I will mention that we traveled during off season (mid October) so the majority of the facilities were quiet and we had all to ourself in the morning. If you don’t like crowds, traveling during the off season may be a better fit for you. We look forward to returning every year!

Palm Heights is perfect. The people that work there are truly the nicest people, Bambi, Sunshine, Joy, G, Victor and everyone, they were all amazing. The food was delicious and also there was a fantastic variety of choices. The rooms are gorgeous, the beach is perfect. The guys that work the valet are so nice and helpful. As my son and his friend said, it the best vacation we've ever had.

The hotel is beautiful! The ocean is perfect with soft white sand beaches and crystal clear water. I was here for my cousins wedding and everything was perfect. From just spending a few days there and enjoying lounging around in the sun at the hotel on the beach or the pool to beachside lunches from the hotel everything was perfect. The service was great and you could eat right at your lounge chair on the beach enjoying the stunning ocean views. They did an amazing job with the wedding as well and the ceremony was on the beach and the party was on the rooftop. The food was delicious as well. I would recommend coming to this hotel!

We booked our stay and they upgraded our room upon arrival, it made all the difference ! Honestly our view of the water was breathtaking ! They went out of their way to accommodate us and make every experience pleasant . In the past my experience with smaller boutique hotels, not so good but this was a five (5) star ⭐️ Hope service always remains the same because they can always count on me to come back to Palm Heights each and every time ❤️

Took our honeymoon to this location and was an absolute dream from start to finish. The staff was so nice and more than helpful, the location was perfect. The food/drinks were top notch. We were able to walk anywhere we needed and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We will be sure to return.

What a unique paradise... Tasteful, fun, full of interesting people and activities. Incredible food, beautiful beach, comfortable and carefully designed rooms. From sound healing to jumprope classes and open water swimming class with an Olympic trainer. This place loves art, loves books, loves design, loves food and loves sport at its very best. No wonder all the biggest stars come here to enjoy the creative ecosystem! Staff are like family, so friendly and helpful, we all sang together on mambo night karaoke at Pizza Paradise. Unique and authentic place where you can let youself go and make new friends, we'll be back!!!

Without a doubt the best trip of my life. The food, atmosphere, and accommodation was top notch. The hotel is constantly reinvesting into the property and really goes above and beyond. I cannot wait for my next visit to Palm Heights.

Absolutely wonderful! Clean, attentive staff, great amenities in room, tasty cocktails on the beach. Wonderful view of the ocean from our room. Loved the separate bedroom and living room too. Aesop toiletries we’re an added bonus.

Stunning hotel. The space feels curated and upscale, but not pretentious. Well outfitted, large rooms with amazing views. The food was incredible at every meal and snack - we cancelled several reservations to keep dining at Tillies and the Coconut Club. The staff was attentive, thoughtful and just fun to be around - special thank you to Victor. Everything from the Spa to turndown service was perfect. We cannot wait to return, this quickly became one of our most favorite hotels we have ever had the privilege of visiting.

This place is pure magic! The staff, the design, the food and the accommodations - all transform you to something that, as I read in article, is a perfect mix of "old Hollywood glamour and palm heights chic." We were celebrating my friends birthday and they really took care of us and made it very special. Even though we had one issue during our stay, it was resolved very smoothly and you can tell that the staff genuinely cares about their guests. The beach, is not private, but you will see very few people pass by and it's a beauty. P.S. highly likely you will spot a few cool celebs casually chilling on a beach bed next to you :)
