My fiancé and I went here to tour the wedding venue and stayed a few days, we had the absolute best service and experience while we were there! The staff was so friendly and helpful with anything we needed. We had sushi one night, high tea in the morning, countless incredible cocktails. I realized once I got home from my trip that I had for forgotten to pack a white shirt I’d purchased there. I emailed them asking to check the room and immediately was responding to, how great of service they have showed when they reached out about sending me a new one to replace the one I had lost. Truly an amazing experience can’t wait to go back and hopefully have our wedding there!

The nicest place I have ever stayed. Beautiful and impeccably clean grounds. Gorgeous beaches. Kids rotated through beach, pool, waterpark nonstop. Kids Menus were perfect. Food at all restaurants was amazing and impressed the NYC folk. Staff so well trained, attentive, personal, and always smiling and helpful. Could not have asked for anything more. Would come back here over and over again.

Beautiful hotel and the best attentive service by an international crew or highly trained professionals . Everything in this hotel was perfect if you don’t look at the prices - but deserved. Large clean pools open until 10pm, good gym but strangely closed at 7 pm. Rooms nice with a balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean. Good conference facility. The food wasn’t over the top but good.. A welcoming luxury resort.

I just had my second trip to this exceptional resort and I can’t describe how wonderful this place is. We received a complimentary upgrade to an oceanfront room because we were Marriott members, and the room was 50 feet from the water. Shamir, our beach ambassador, took amazing care of us and got us front row chairs every day. Joyce, our housekeeper, gave exceptional service twice a day, and was always so sweet and attentive. The service on the beach is first class too, they keep you hydrated and full, and provide complimentary sunscreen.

Amazing week with the family at the Ritz Grand Cayman. Spacious 3 bedroom suite was comfortable and large, with a kitchen, living room, dining area and balconies. The service throughout the hotel was at or above Ritz level. Great service throughout. Mark our personal concierge was absolutely amazing and made it a wonderful and memorable family vacation. Mark went above and beyond to assist with everything on and off the hotel and arranged great activities for kids, transfers, tours and dinners. We’ll be back.

The hotel is magnificent. The rooms are superb. The beach and pool are excellent. There is nothing bad to say. The only issue are prices for food and beverage, but you should expect from a five star establishment on an island. The staff is ever accommodating and go above and beyond. I would recommend renting an Oasis cabana. Very well worth the price.

Nothing short of spectacular! From the minute you arrive, the staff treat you like royalty. They are so kind, attentive to detail, and remember your face and name making you feel so welcome. Definitely recommend for a special occasion as they will make you feel very special— especially with little gifts such as strawberries, a rose, etc! The food and drinks were amazing!!! Beach was beautiful and plenty of activities at the beach & pool. Cannot go wrong with this resort. Special shout-out to Beatrice for making our stay beyond amazing!

We were very disappointed in our stay. The most glaring issues are the poor food quality, price of alcoholic drinks, and the rooms. While the location on 7mile beach is nice - that really is about all it has going for it. The food is shockingly bad. We ate at the pool bar, and at Taikun. We spent over $1,000 for our group at one meal for Taikun, which is fine. However, most in our group didn't finish their meal. The food was bland, and the price of a drink was $25 each, and tasted very weakly poured. No one left full, or with a buzz. The food at the pool bar was about the same... very bland, and somewhat gross, and each alcoholic drink was $25 each. We are shocked how bad the food is at the Ritz. The other glaring issue is the rooms, specifically the lack of AC. Our room pushed somewhat cool air, but you couldn't adjust the temp below 68 degrees. The room never hit 68 degrees. It could only get to 70 degrees in temp. We woke up sweating most nights. We noticed the AC would turn off in the night, and kick back on towards morning. Our fun conspiracy theory is that it is sound activated AC. Overall the hotel feels like they aren't making their numbers, and are cutting corners anywhere they can.

This facility was recently renovated and it reopened in December 2021. The room, staff, beach, restaurants, pools, Ambassadors of the Environment facility and golf course were amazing.

We arrived in December a couple years ago. Once we arrived, oh my. There was a huge gingerbread house (real/baked!) and it smelled amazing. I will never forget it. We upgraded our room to ocean view and it was amazing. We loved the breakfast each morning and the steakhouse, Seven Prime Cuts was to die for. Best dining experience probably on the entire island. During the day was great as well! We enjoyed the pool and ocean activities. Overall, we would love to go back! The hotel was the best decision of the whole trip.

Had a fabulous meal and very attentive service at Seven tonight. Eric the Asst Mgr came by several times tonight to check on us. He looked a little nervous when I said I had some comments about my foie gras - until I told him it was fabulous, but then I said , but that steak…. Pause … was even better! Seriously- great experience!

My family just returned from a 5 day stay at this property. We were concerned about international travel with young children and anxious about testing to and from Grand Cayman. Our exceptional stay here made it all worth it. We were informed that the property is newly renovated. It is gorgeous. Our room was well appointed, comfortable and spacious. Not every restaurant was open, but the ones that were had delicious food. Ultimately, what truly made our trip exceptional was the amazing service. The staff here go even beyond the wonderful service we’ve come to anticipate at RC properties. Frozen grapes, popsicles for the kids and ice cold towels pool and beachside. An extra loaf of fresh baked mango bread for my son just because he loved it so much. The list goes on. A huge Thank You to all of the Ladies and Gentlemen at the RC Grand Cayman for making our stay memorable!

Loved staying here! I was surprised to find such an awesome playground for kids here too. This was one of my favorite stays in the places I've travelled throughout the world. If you're going to the Cayman Islands, I wouldn't look anywhere else to stay. Beautiful beaches, staff is great. Amenities are what you need and want. Love the tennis court and the restaurants are great. Definitely looking to stay here again whenever we head back to Grand Cayman.

Exceptional. Incredible. Without a doubt, this is the nicest hotel I've had the pleasure to stay at. Initial impressions to exit, exceeded my every expectation. The attention to detail, tastiness of the food, and cleanliness was impeccable. There is no single employee that stands out as the best, and I mean this in the most complimentary way possible. Every. Single. Employee treated my wife and I like royalty. Looking forward to a future visit.

Pros: The service and food are fantastic. the rooms are nice. The hotel is very close to the airport. Cons: The beach is too small for the number of hotel guests. You will be sitting shoulder to shoulder with other guests. The chairs are so close together that if you're in the second row you will not be able to see the water at all. Also, if you want to be in the front row you better be at the beach by 6:30 am. By 645 am all the chairs in the front row are reserved. The hotel allows guests to save chairs for 2 hours and there's no limit on how many chairs can be reserved by one person. The time limit is too generous and not enforced. Most of the chairs are reserved by 7, but remain empty until after 10. It's very frustrating, especially considering how tight the beach is. As someone who goes to the beach early and actually stays there, it was incredibly annoying to have to wake up extra early to get a chair on the beach. The cabanas are not worth paying for because they're behind many rows of chairs so you can't see the water at all. The pool is pretty tight also because not all the chairs had umbrellas. The other thing I wish I knew about this resort before booking it is that it is not for couples. It is mostly large families with many children. I don't fault the Ritz for being family friendly, but most luxury resorts have a pool for adults only. There is not a single place in the whole resort that adults can escape to. You are surrounded by screaming, sometimes unsupervised, children at all times. If the beach were more spacious, this wouldn't be a big issue. But considering how tight the beach and pool are, it is absolutely impossible to relax. There are definitely better options for couples at this price point. The last thing I'll note is that a lot of people book this hotel with Amex, which guarantees a 4pm check-out. I think that creates a problem for check-in. Our room was not ready until AFTER 4pm. Considering most hotels have a 3pm check-in this is incredibly inconvenient.

We just got back from our Thanksgiving holiday at the Ritz in Grand Cayman. Beautiful beach and wonderful service! Irene and Sebastian at St. June were excellent bartenders always with a smile. Rooms and property is beautiful!

Outstanding staff, right on the beach, good food, and a great chill vibe. They gage me a rum punch and rum cake when checking in, and walked me to my room. They constantly check on you and make sure you're happy and enjoying your stay. The beach/pool staff are also some of the nicest people. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough about the excellence of this hotel! My room is spotless and so well equipped with everything I could possibly need! I am here to work a conference and the staff has been absolutely outstanding! The attention to detail we have received has been above and beyond expectations!! The staff truly serves with a smile and a great attitude! The food has been delicious and creative! This is my first time at a Ritz Carlton… but certainly won’t be my last!!

Great hotel with awesome beach frontage or quieter pool/ garden side. Staff were amazing with unparalleled courtesy and hospitality. Grounds were beautiful and even though some of the on property restaurants were closed for remodeling there were still on site options as well as a multitude of options nearby.

Just spent a week at the Ritz in Grand Cayman with my daughter and her family; we booked 2 rooms. It is an old hotel and not what I expected from the “Ritz” brand. The carpets in the rooms and hallways need a good cleaning and the sofa beds in the rooms need to be replaced. The mattresses on the sofa beds were disgusting and I felt bad my grandsons had to sleep on them. The pool on the resort side (yes half of the hotel is across the road from the beach) actually was closed for part of our stay. All the pool towels should be replaced with ones that are of better quality; many were stained and they are very skimpy in size. Everything was pricey ( not unexpected from the brand) and there were no daily specials at the restaurants so the food was always the same. Our best meals were at restaurants off property that were in walking distance.

Beautiful and welcoming. The pool restaurant on the pool side had a spectacular buratta salad that was done just right. The beach was nice and relaxing. Only thing i can complain about are the other doors slamming loud at night with people going back to their rooms as i was asleep maybe it was just the guests.

Beautiful resort, lovely amenities and the staff is the best part- always available and helpful with any requests. Our family had a wonderful week long vacation here. The daily breakfast was excellent. Our kids loved the pool, water park and of course the fun activities with the Ambassadors of the environment kids club. We will be back!! Don’t miss Bar Jack for the fish tacos and signature pina colada! Special shout out to Sylvia and Marta who took extra special care of us during our stay!

Stayed here to celebrate my birthday and couldn't ask for a better way to enjoy a couple days away. The staff here are absolutely amazing and so friendly. the location on the beach is great with the most beautiful water and sand. The hotel itself is stunning and well designed. For the fitness folks out there, the gym is well equipped with foam rollers, tons of cardio machines, weights (BB, KB, DB), etc. If you like running outdoors, the hotel provides routes along the golf course. There are two pools but we spent all our time at the beach when not scuba diving or at stingray city.

Impeccable and incredible service. Thank you for making a birthday and anniversary memorable, i couldn’t have asked for more. Every staff member was kind and attentive to my nephews and family. The birthday cake for my nephew was above and beyond and he’ll never forget it. The NYE party on the beach is a memory we will always cherish. Thank you to everyone at Ritz Grand Cayman for being exceptional and for Bonvoy for making all of our trips one of a kind!

Wow! I’ve been fortunate to stay at some amazing properties around the world, but the team at the RC Grand Cayman are amazing. From the moment you set foot on the property, to the moment you leave, every detail is curated. The beach side staff remembered our names (all 4 of us), what we like to drink and eat...etc. Seven was great for any meal, bars, all. As the parent of two small kids (5+7) this is definitely a "Kid Friendly" hotel. The water/splash pad was a hit! Highly recommend, and will come back soon!

We went for high tea! No matter, do this at least once in your life. It's about $50 per person, but the service is elegant beyond your dreams. The china is very fine, and service is well appointed and individualized. The delicacies and fancies are exquisitely prepared and delicious isn't enough to say. Our 7 yo granddaughter was with us and they had prepared for her, her own selections and she loved it!! The room is bright and allows for a contented atmosphere. They were some small private parties and 2 large parties celebrating baby genders. All inall, each party was intimate. Cheerful, yet quiet, this is such a relaxing experience that should not be overlooked.

Only negative is that they had very few Caymanian staff. Most of the staff was from India or the Philippines. While they were extremely nice, I come to an island to experience the local culture.
