Must Go. Probably the most peaceful and beautiful resort and restaurant to hangout with the whole family. Gregor the GM and part owner was so incredibly welcoming. My wife and I drank wine while our daughter swam in their pool. The food was excellent too! If you and your family want to beat the hussel and bussel at 7 mile Beach for a day go to NOVA and enjoy a beautiful, peaceful day while being waited on like royalty.

Took a little journey out to Nova , a new place! Gorgeous view. Great service from Jesus (he doesn’t turn water into wine, but makes great drink recommendations). Creative and very tasty menu. Nice vibe. Compliments to Gregor and his team. Visit soon before the word gets out and it gets crowded. Divetech will reopen up the dive shop on site soon 👍

We were there in the late evening. Excellent food and fantastic service. Great atmosphere and vibe. Jesus provided fantastic service. A little out of the way bit worth the drive. Can't wait to go back.

Delicious food, great service and staff, beautiful and chill ambiance. Kid and pet friendly. We ordered the NOVA burger and the garlic prawns, both were excellent. Drinks were tasty too. Servers went above and beyond for us. Would highly recommend this place for anyone to enjoy a lunch or dinner out. I am uncertain if they have a dessert menu as that would've made it a 5 star experience for me. For now 4.5.

What a gem!!! It's unlike any of the other restaurants we ate at in Cayman. It has this vibe where you don't even feel you're at a restaurant. It's quiet, the setting is the most beautiful, the staff felt like old friends and it was so DELICIOUS. We loved it. I wish we would have gone during the daytime because I bet the view is gorgeous! It's maybe a little out of the way of the main restaurants but it gave it this quiet experience where you felt like you were somewhere else. We loved the staff and they were so kind and brought us this beautiful dessert as it was our last night. I would ABSOLUTELY go there again!! It was perfection! Also, very sweet with kids. Thank you NOVA :)

Beautiful views, great service. Fish croquettes and tuna were great appetizers. Snapper was good too. Off the beaten path, but worth it!

So far this was the best meal and ambiance we have experienced on Grand Cayman; honestly the best in the Caribbean when accounting for the excellent service, food and views. The service is doting. The food is creative and delicious and the happy hour menu was awesome. I would strongly recommend this place.
