Excellent sports complex, my son's school had a lovely event there.

We had a two days Rugby Tournment July 6-7, where 8 counttires participated, these were: Canada, Jamaica, St.Lucia, Guyana, Bermuda, Mexico, Trinidad & Tobago, Host Grand Cayman Islands., Canada won so they will be going to the 2020 olimpics in Tokyo.

Lovely Sporting venue. Immaculate and well kept. The placement of the stands allow for unobstructed views of the tracks and field.

Enjoyed watching the 7s here. One large stand with a smaller one opposite. Grounds looked good. Tannoys were loud towards the back: if taking kids here for a whole day then it could be worth considering ear protection for little ones but it's probably fine!

Great environment to workout, coaches are helpful and the people are friendly.

If you're looking for a body challenge gym centre, you should be here! Group Boxing, Cardio, HIIT, Weight lifting, with super talented instructors, I'm going to say that again, super talented instructors. And guess what? The sessions are all free! Government paid! 5:30am sessions, 6:30am sessions, 5:00/5:30pm sessions, 6:30pm. You should try it out!

Shout out to the coaches at the pool, well done! The children always enjoy the evening sessions.?

Reasonable pitch and grounds, nice new running track, useful for multiple sports and very versatile, however not great for viewing or using.

Top rows of the stands have nice shades and great breeze; car park has limited space but can park on the sides of the roads nearby.

Beautiful area and well maintained

My granddaughter had her school Sports Day here; the facilities were very good for the kids.
