are
rooting
for
you
to
do
your
best,
and
you
will
see
results
if
you
consistently
attend.
Consistently
showing
up
resulted
in
weight
loss,
increased
strength,
improved
sleep,
and
even
an
improved
mood.
My
watch
often
shows
that
I’ve
burned
500-800
calories
during
our
classes.
Additionally
my
average
resting
heart
rate
is
trending
down
over
10
beats
per
minute.
I
love
the
results!
The
coaches
are
very
encouraging
and
do
a
great
job
of
demonstrating
proper
and
safe
form
and
will
help
you
if
your
form
needs
adjustment.
Accountability
helps
me
target
areas
I’m
less
likely
to
address
on
my
own
like
my
core
which
I’ve
neglected
in
the
past
although
I
know
it
could
lead
to
injury.
It
helps
to
have
someone
remind
you
to
engage
it
throughout
the
workout
and
program
specific
training
for
it.
I
really
appreciate
the
warm-ups
and
mobility
work
which
allows
one
to
work
out
with
intensity
without
fear
of
injury.
Variety
and
scaling
options
are
nice
in
case
you
need
to
reserve
some
of
your
energy
for
another
activity
or
are
feeling
like
certain
body
parts
need
the
rest.
Nutritional
counseling
is
included
at
no
charge
and
optional
meal
plans
can
be
purchased.
There
are
fun
contests,
holiday
parties,
and
events
at
other
locations
like
the
Kimpton.
In
addition
to
classes,
there
is
a
beautiful
new
24
hour
gym
with
2
treadmills
and
lots
of
free
weights
and
machines.
Typically
when
I’ve
gone
it’s
just
been
me
or
one
other
person
in
the
mornings.
You
will
never
get
bored
with
the
classes
and
if
you
show
up
consistently
for
yourself,
you
will
see
results.
