Phoned up to check the stock of a top for our sports team. CHAD was exceptionally unhelpful and rude. Muttering that he loved "phone shoppers." Our coach had been in there only half an hour before looking at Top options and we just wanted to check that there were sufficient sizes for us before coming back to purchase them. Well done Chad, you just missed the sale of 12 sports shirts due to your unnecessary abrasivness.

Chad is very rude and useless in sales. He has no costumer service etiquette whatsoever. After asking for assistance to get the right size of knee cap support, he showed me one that didn't fit. I asked if they had a bigger size he said , no. I asked if they had a different brand he said , no they didn't have. He went on playing music on his phone.I went back at the same shelf and to my surprise I found a nike knee cap that was exactly the size I was looking for. I tried it on and it fitted. I went to pay for it and he didn't apologize or even say anything regarding it. He cashed it and handed me the receipt and turned to his phone. Really!!'😳.

Sadly, Sports Supply is not what it once was. The store doesnt have many of the basic sporting goods, always looking scantily stocked and they dont always have a wide selection of sizes. Lets hope they return to their former glory

Terribly disorganized. Questionable customer service. Bought a fitness tracker that did not work. Would not accept a return because it was on sale, then magically found another watch that retails for the same price ($80). Same watch sells for $17 in the states. Save your money, and look elsewhere.

I went after the store closed one day and saw they had skateboards inside. I came back the next day looking for 2 common replacement parts for my longboard and they said they didn't have them.

No idea what these poor reviews are talking about. Frank hooked me up with good deals, accurate delivery and free assembly of my Bowflex M3 and Century Bob heavy bag. I will definitely be back. A+

A fair variety of products from swimming to weight lifting to boxing and yoga. Unfortunately I bought the wrong size! No fault of the extremely friendly customer service team though...I was in a rush.

Always get good customer service here, and their stock has increased over the years so there is good variety of products to choose from. The price tag is a bit high for most products, but most things are expensive here in Cayman overall. I do believe they are the best on island for Sports products so far
