The
crew
at
Lobster
Pot
Dive
Center
are
excellent,
both
in
diving
operations
and
in
customer
service.
I
contacted
them
a
couple
weeks
prior
to
our
visit
because
I
had
some
very
specific
requests.
Our
transaction
required
multiple
emails
and
messages
back
and
forth,
and
their
responses
were
always
timely,
professional,
and
responsive.
They
were
flexible
and
accommodating
of
our
requests,
and
gave
me
great
assurances
that
they
would
handle
all
of
our
needs.
Which
they
did.
We
were
visiting
on
a
cruise
ship,
and
on
the
day
of
our
dives,
they
picked
us
up
when
and
where
they
said
they
would,
and
handled
our
gear
with
efficiency.
They
got
us
on
the
water
in
a
timely
fashion,
and
were
helpful
and
courteous
at
every
turn.
We
booked
dives
for
the
Kittewake
and
a
reef
location,
and
we
were
fortunate
that
no
other
divers
had
booked
that
plan,
so
we
essentially
had
a
private
charter.
And
while
you
shouldn't
expect
to
have
that
level
of
personalized
service
on
every
visit,
I'm
certain
that
even
if
the
boat
was
full,
we
would
have
received
comparably
excellent
service.
Our
guide
for
the
Kittiwake
was
Dan,
and
he
was
professional,
congenial,
and
highly
skilled.
As
inexperienced
wreck
divers,
we
were
a
little
apprehensive
at
first,
but
Dan
filled
us
with
assurance,
and
when
it
came
time
to
enter
the
ship,
we
had
no
hesitation
to
follow
wherever
he
led.
It's
a
remarkable
dive,
and
I
highly
recommend
it
for
beginners
and
experienced
divers
alike.
It
also
didn't
hurt
that
there
were
no
other
charters
diving
on
the
wreck
that
day.
We
had
it
all
to
ourselves.
For
our
reef
dive,
our
guide
was
Steve,
who
was
professional,
efficient,
and
safety-focused.
We
cruised
through
the
reef
at
a
relaxing
pace,
saw
a
sea
turtle,
plenty
of
interesting
corals,
a
lots
of
fish.
Back
on
shore,
we
took
advantage
of
the
fresh
water
rinse
tanks
for
our
gear,
and
Mike
in
the
office
was
helpful,
friendly,
and
accommodating.
They
helped
us
get
our
gear
organized,
and
they
got
us
back
to
the
ship
terminal
at
the
very
time
they
said
they
would.
We
never
felt
any
concern
for
time.
Lobster
Pot
Dive
Center
provided
us
with
absolutely
flawless
service
and
excellent,
safe
dives.
Their
prices
are
reasonable,
their
service
was
great,
and
we
had
no
problems
of
any
kind
from
beginning
to
end.
I
highly
recommend
their
service.
