Stop messing up my order! I feel like I'm being targeted. I spent almost an hour in the drive through, then get all the way home to see this. This is the second time in 2 weeks. I can't drive all the way back out there, and I'm already home. Please make this right. I will not be returning until this is fixed.

I'm delighted to leave a second 5-star review for Dion at Chick-fil-A! He continues to impress me with his exceptional customer service and friendly demeanor. Dion truly makes every visit a memorable and enjoyable experience. The food is fantastic, but Dion's dedication and warmth are what set this Chick-fil-A apart. Two glowing reviews, and I'm sure there will be more in the future!

Very poor customer service. I placed a breakfast order online for a total of $97+. Upon arrival I was informed “we don’t start making the order until you get here”. This caused the order to be deleted because I arrived after breakfast and they claimed they couldn’t make it. No apology, no recommendation for replacing the order to a lunch order…..nothing. It was clear they just wanted us to go away. I do NOT recommend anyone spend their time or money here.

Good things- If you do take outs you will get your food quicker and more fresh. The food will always taste as good as you think, as most options on the menu will almost always taste great. the staff there are almost always willing to help you if you have a concern. You always receive the right order if you get it at the right times if they aren't super busy. They have a playset inside so you can set kids loose while you enjoy a meal. Bad things-If you go the wrong times, you usually get the wrong order but that's on a rare occasion. Sometimes the staff will not be as enjoyable and social as they are usually supposed to be according to their slogan. They usually don't keep seasonal drinks, or desserts in style for long, their prices are over the roof, so I would recommend getting their apps and earn rewards because it just isn't very affordable if you were to buy food for an entire party.

Holy Cow this place is just too good. Chick-fil-A is always just top tier. The food is always delicious. I always get the Spicy Deluxe Chicken Sandwich with a large fry and a Half and Half lemonade. It's amazing everytime. Crispy chicken with a crunch. Buttered buns, salty fries, tart lemonade, and a wholesome atmosphere!!! What more could you possible want!!!

This is by far one of the busiest Chick-Fil-A locations that I have been to, with a horrible parking lot situation, however the staff handles the large crowds effortlessly and with kindness. The food is always on point.

The location is horrible, they really need a better spot to accommodate everyone who wants to get food here but other than that, the staff here do their best to help everyone move in and out as fast as possible but I just can't help but feel that it's the location. Not to mention the traffic light and the traffic in that specific spot is just awful, although the food is great! It's always well made and fresh. I don't always come here to get food because of their location and distance but every now and then it is a good option

All the employees here are so nice. I love the food here. If any Chick-fil-A employees read this. I think you guys are awesome, and I hope that a lot of people are nice to you. Even the manager I think came up to us and was very nice. Thank you.

If you want to see how service should be in the food industry, Chick-fil-A has it down to an artful science. Their staff are friendly, kind, polite, and respectful. The food is always clean in presentation and tastes delicious! Wait time is minimal, and we were in and out quickly, even when I thought we wouldn't be!

In from out of town, & have visited this Chick-fil-A at least five or six times. I've ordered in the dining room, at the drive through, & on the app. As anticipated, the customer service has been exceptional, & the food & drinks have been accurate & high quality every time, all the way down to utensils & condiments. Kudos to all of the employees!

We've been going to Chick-fil-A for years and we have always loved it! On this visit however the service was excellent but our chicken nuggets were dry, they've never been dry! I mean they were still okay to eat, but they weren't the juicy ones I remember. So maybe we caught them at a bad time, maybe they were really really busy or something. I know we'll try them again because my family absolutely loves Chick-fil-A,we have loved them for years.

Had the basic spicy chicken sandwich. Surprisingly tasty. There was nothing on the sandwich except a pickle slice. No sauce, nothing. The patty was very flavorful and crunchy. Staff was welcoming and friendly. This was my first taste. Cannot wait to try the other items.

One of my favourite fast food establishments. The mac and cheese is yum! Love the sugar free lemon drink. Always great service.

I have nothing but good words to share of this store! I placed my online order and had an issue with my order being incorrect. I called and they resolved the issue quickly & corrected it! I am glad everything went smoothly and the worker was polite and kind.

Has an indoor playground! There aren’t to many places with one anymore to take my kids. Food is so good here and great service!

It's always a great experience going to this location. I've never had any issues. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Food is always delicious and made fresh to order. The play area for the kids is small, but clean and good fun. No complaints!

Got what we ordered, from a fast, efficient friendly staff. Very clean. Even the restrooms were clean. Food tastes just as good as always.

Came at 9:30 pm 11/24/23. After a long day all i wanted was chick fil a. Well i pay for a large and they only fill the fry’s half way full. I asked for 4 chick fil a sauces. They gave me 2. And then the cherry on top is they didn’t give me a straw. Horrible part on the service team especially with the standards this company has. I’ve probably been to chick fila over 200 times and it’s times like these that make me want to stop going. For a company that makes multi million dollars a day i would expect my meals to be fully filled to what i pay for. I would hate to say this but i feel like i ate at a mcdonald’s tonight.

I have come to this location two times in the past week to get breakfast. The first time was great, but the second time not so much. I only got 8 hash browns when usually they give you a lot more. Other than that, the food was fantastic!

If you want vacation in the mountains, away from the white noise of the world with the night sky that you can see more stars than you can imagine, this is the place. I visited in the winter (12/12/22) and vem still place is gorgeous. I can only imagine what it looks like in the summer. I’m not sure of the rates as I went on a Busines mastermind retreat só the stay was included in our mastermind affiliation cost so for pricing you’d have to call in but the place is complete. The log cabin we stayed was adorable and there’s plenty of them scattered around the the property. The octagon room has a full kitchen, and it fits about 100 people comfortably. They’ll also have a hooting range as well as a paintball field. Lots of fun and contact with nature.

Staff is always efficient and polite. I like the Cobb salad but a lot less chicken today and cut in tiny little pieces. Price has gone up and Iunderstand that but cutting back on chicken would make me not order it again. Over $10 with tax

Busy location but service is the same. This restaurant is a stopping place for many who are driving through and locals. The food quality is great and the employees match the standard set out. Due to the foot traffic the indoor seating seems limited and hard to find during meal rushes.

It’s amazing how their customer service can be so consistent. Would love to know their secret to finding great workers and training the staff so well. Food is consistent in quality and taste and they are very quick and efficient. Even when there is a long line it goes pretty quick. Catering experiences have been so great as well! We look to them as good examples in how we want our business to be ran. Great customer service! The best of any fast food place.

This is the best Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. The parking lot is a little chaotic but they certainly have the hottest fries and the most savory chicken sandwiches. Also, the owner is the best! I was skeptical because his last name is Macdonald and that seems like a little bit of a conflict of interest but I couldn't imagine a more ideal owner of this 5 star high dining restaurant.🐤🐄

Horrible service! The first time I visited this restaurant my food was incomplete and I only realized it when I arrived home. I had to drive back to the restaurant to get the rest of the food while the rest got cold. Today It happened again, I order to go and when I got home realized there was no dressing or fork for my salad, Drove back to the restaurant. I arrived home just to find out that the rest of the orders didn’t get any dressings. Drove back to the restaurant to let them know that it was the second time that I drove to them because most of the thing were missing from my order, just to find a staff that couldn’t care less about my complain. After explaining the situation he simply reply with “ so what do you need”. He didn’t even offer an apology. Staff needs better training at this restaurant.

The food was good. I think they had a new trainee at the register. Our order wasn't correct when we received it. The manager was awesome and immediately helped us. I'm not bashing the employee at the register. We all have a learning curve.

Don't let the lines fool you they move quick here. A line with 30 cars will take you less time than a 3 car line at most other places. I am also a huge fan of the waffle fries and can't go wrong with some Chick-fil-A sauce!

Tastes like chick fil a! Tried their new peppermint milkshake which tasted great. Great service also.

This restaurant was a good choice after a long day on the road. The chicken was crispy and tasty. We would certainly return.

If I could give it an 100/5 I would. I love Chick-fil-A and am always satisfied when I go! I was particularly satisfied with the last visit. The drive thru was closing, but they let us in before sealing it off. We ordered our food and they got it to us pretty fast. They asked if we wanted extra fries and they gave us an extra chicken sandwich free of charge!! Definitely would recommend!

I took a group of 17 young girls to this location, and we were paying all together. I as worried that all of the orders would get mixed together, so I asked if we could write names on individual meal bags. Multiple employees jumped in to help, and everything went perfectly! I was super impressed with their willingness to do something extra for us.
