Stood at counter waiting to order for over ten minutes. Not even a hello or anything. Then I noticed a kiosk in the corner and had to place my own order, which made it take longer. Employees definitely did not want to be there, and I could hear them cussing in the back.

No decent customer service @ all here, I'm so tired of spending my money in some establishments lately to only be treated as if my money doesn't matter or like I better not say anything @ all if my food doesn't meet my expectations

A+ service dog experience. As they should, staff completely ignored my service dog. Excellent customer service! I ordered a burrito without sour cream. When I ordered potatoes the cashier made sure to tell me that they came with sour cream in case I didn't want any on them too. I didn't.

I ORDER THE SAME TACO EVERTIME. AND EVERYTIME I ORDER THERE IS AN ISSUE. ALL I WANTED WAS A SUPRIME DORITOS LOCOS TACO. WITH NO SOUR CREAM. NOT HARD TO DO LITERALLY GAVE ME A TACO WITH LETTUCE BRO AND NOT EVEN THE RIGHT TACO. I ORDER THE FAMILY PACK. AND LIVE 20 MINUTES AWAY. Just a waist. ORDER HERE IF YOU WANT GOOD FOOD BUT YOUR ORDER MESSED UP.

Drive-thru only. Staff was grumpy. The food was good.

Great service!! I ordered from the ordering station and the staff accidentally made my tacos with the wrong beans and Love that the staff Helped get it resolved right away! Honestly the best Taco Bell around no lies! It always tastes way better than any other Taco Bell! Also super happy the lava tacos are back! I will continue to keep going to this place!

This Taco Bell has DRASTICALLY improved. I left a negative review 9 months ago and am here to give credit on a major turnaround. Very quick, very accutate orders. Great job to everyone, I am happy to be a customer again!

I ordered first and got my food. We had a hard time finding a clean table and the floors and surfaces everywhere were filthy. No one came out and cleaned ANYTHING while we were there. I ended up sharing my food with my grandson, who was starving. When I gave him a cinnamon twist and took a bite of my own, there was a horrible taste, like chemicals. We couldn’t eat them. The Pepsi was mixed wrong and we heard someone say, “We are OUT of PEPSI? How can we be OUT OF PEPSI? The kitchen staff lost my daughter and grandsons order thinking it was from the drive thru and kept making remarks about it from the back instead of checking to see if she was IN the building. When I went up to check on her order, the young man we PLACED the order with who just got back from IT was awesome and went to check. The kitchen staff got mouthy with him when he was just trying to provide excellent service to the customers. We couldn’t enjoy our meal TOGETHER and there was multiple people from the kitchen arguing with each other and swearing. We will not be back.

Inconsistent is how best to describe Taco Bell. I like their menu and food, but I can't rely on what I'll receive. This meal, part of our box was piping hot while other parts were stone cold. Add them being out of all sugar-free drink options to some suspect behavior and this experience could have been better. Will I return? Of course. Taco Bell doesn't pretend to ever be anything other than what it is. They set the bar pretty low and almost always achieve their goal.

Edit: Likely got the flu (respiratory) from eating here. Skip this location it's just not worth it Slow service. Placed order on app and waited a very, very long time. Reported to customer support.

Great food. Dining room was a little dirty but was being cleaned up.

Flies and food all over the tables, workers don't acknowledge when a customer is there waiting for order, and when doordashing I'm always late to deliver because of tacobell. They're either eating while working or messing around instead of working. I also asked for my chicken taco to not have Chipotle ranch on it and it had it on there, my girlfriend asked no tomato because she is allergic and they put it on there anyway so we basically wasted money.

Food was pretty decent for it being fast food. I normally get the quesadillas and personally I think they are good. They didn't give us everything and we had to drive back through it but all in all okay

Whatever happened to going to a register giving your order paying at the register and then sitting there waiting for your food everything I just named is opposite of what we had to go through at Taco Bell last night So they can stick those Menu to fill out

They get my mobile order wrong EVERY. TIME. I add customizations which I know can be time consuming but I pay extra for these things and I never get them.

Drive thru was quick and fast during lunch hour, and the food was fresh.

Customer service can't be replaced with a machine, after finally getting the attention of the manager, she took our order as we were ignored by the line in the kitchen. They saw us at the counter yet never let the manager know.

Penny S. is great in the drive thru. Efficient, quick, order is always correct, and she has a smile for me when i pay. Love Taco Bell Supreme Tacos with mild sauce. My personal favorite.
